Tammy the new rental manager was very rude. We have rented cars from Sexton Automotive many times with no problems with other staff members. She refused to rent to us because we wanted to change who was driving the car. I am still waiting for the owner to call and make this right. This was very poor management on Sexton Automotive. #Dissatisfied customers!

The Oak Ridge chamber is very thankful to have a member like Seton and we thank them for allowing us use of a brand new Titan truck for the chambers float in the Oak Ridge Christmas parade!

Went in to get the front bumper of my daughter s car fixed. They could have high balled me and made the repair really expensive, but they listened to what I had to say. Instead they put new clips on and it solves the problem until my daughter gets out of college. Super nice and accommodating people in the office.

I stopped in to see if they could help me with a trim replacement on my wife s Audi. Not only were they able to help but they did it on the spot in just a few minutes. Audi had quoted what seemed like an unreasonable price and timeline. I could tell as soon as they looked at the vehicle it just needed someone with some experience to install correctly. Great price and great work.

This is the BEST and most HONEST auto repair shop I have ever been to. I have lived in 4 different states and the Virgin Islands and no auto repair shop or dealership could compare. After I explained my car problem, Michael identified the problem immediately and ordered the part and had my car running smoothly at a fair price. I also have to mention Ella, a 10- year old Brittany, who greeted me at the door and kept me company. Lovely family- owned business!

Sexton Auto is the best in every category. They are knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with, and have patience beyond compare. I will always go to them for service. Great family dealership with outstanding people working for them. Give them a try for any maintenance, trade-ins, and car problems. You will not be disappointed.

We purchased our vehicle from Sexton s via internet search. We are out of state. They made the purchasing process as simple and stress free as possible. We found them to be very upfront and honest in their bottom line pricing, as well as their trade in offer. Although we live almost 2 hours away, we will absolutely keep them in mind for our next vehicle purchase! Dennis is fantastic!

Best car buying experience ever. Denis was a excellent sales person. Got me a very fair price and shared much info on car buying with me. No hassles at all and left super satisfied. Can't stress enough how far Honesty goes at a car dealership. Thanks to Denis and Sexton Automotive.

Wonderful staff! They do not work on commission so they work together as a team! No high pressure sales tactics, just more than fair prices and a great buying experience! They even had all of our paperwork done before we got there so we we're only at the dealership for maybe 20 minutes. This is the third car we have bought from them and we will buy from them again without a doubt.

We just bought our car from Sexton. We got a great price and excellent service. Even with issues from the bank, they worked tirelessly to help us. They made it such a fast and simple process. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Sexton Automotive and have been absolutely thrilled with each purchase. Their vehicles are clean and mechanically sound, and the prices were exceptional. They do not charge any doc or other fees, nor is there any high pressure sales tactics. Mr. Vicary and his staff are very friendly and excellent to deal with.We also had one of our vehicles repaired by Sexton Auto Body and were very satisfied with the results.We highly recommend Sexton Automotive Group. It has been our pleasure doing business with them!

We've bought two cars from Sexton - one through Tom and one through Denis. In both cases we were treated like valued customers and came away feeling good that we had gotten our vehicle at a fair price. As far as service, Sexton has been extraordinarily good and - once again - price was fair. Absolutely happy to say good things about Sexton Automotive!

Hands down, best car buying experience I ve ever had! Denis was our salesman and he definitely went the extra mile to make a great deal and get us in the car we wanted. He made the whole experience fast and stress free. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and there was ZERO pressure like at most other dealerships.If you re looking for a car, check them out!

Several transactions by my daughter and her husband with excellent results, service department always prompt and thorough. My Ford pickup now in shop for minor body work and mechanical check-up subsequent to body shop work.the sales manager is terrific and helpful in every respect!! Just give them a visit and see for yourself

Great folks to do business! They are very far during price and trade in negotiations. My daughter loves her vw. Many times at other dealerships I have had buyers remorse. After leaving Sexton's I have had no remorse and feel that the deal was fair for both parties. I will definitely do business again! Thanks Again!

Excellent Staff and outstanding service department. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Denis and he is great to deal with and no pressure at all. Very pleasant experience every time I go to Sextons I highly recommend Denis and Salena for sales and Mike in the service dept. These people treat you like they want to be treated very awesome!!! This has to be the best dealership I have ever conducted business with !!!

Had a wonderful experience.Normally pre-owned car lots are pushy and unethical. This team brought some trust back. I appreciate their straightforwardness and excellent feedback.Definitely recommend doing business with this team!We love our 2017 Tahoe!

I recently took my 2003 Chevy S10 pickup into Sexton Automotive Oak Ridge because the backup lights would not come on. Jim wrote up my service order and Derek did the work. I was there at about 815A and they worked me in so that I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Their charges were slightly less than I had been quoted elsewhere and the work was accomplished quickly and solved the problem. The shop is very well equipped and I plan to ask them to do some more work for me on other vehicles. Very nice crew!

My wife and I bought two new vehicle so far in our lifetime. I'm proud to say we had bought both of these from Elizabeth and Tom. They are an amazing family and run a fantastic local business. The Wells family does not bother looking anywhere else when it comes to our vehicle needs.

Get estimate on car repairs. Way IMate was done in a timely manner and the prices for parts and labor were here reasonable. The shop manager was very nice and kind and very knowledgeable on car repairs. Repair time schedule was very good for The amount of repairs. Did offer a loner car during my car repairs.

I have bought four vehicles from Sexton's and all four times have been very pleasurable. Low to no pressure and Dennis is great to work with. If you are looking for a vehicle, this should be the first place to look. (I promise it will be the only place you will go to.

So I was on vacation with my family all the way from New Hampshire when our car blew the engine. The owner was so thoughtful and helped us get into a new car as well as borrow his own truck so I could get my little ones back to our hotel out of the 103� weather all in side of 24 hours. Cannot say enough about the quality of service. Five stars? I'd give them more if I could! Thank you to the staff and their hospitality.

I bought a new 2011 Ford Escape from Elizabeth when they were in Wartburg. It was a great car! Recently got totaled and all I had to do was text her and give her my price range. Bought a 2011 Enclave (loaded) the same day for a GREAT price! As someone in a related industry, I know great customer service - and these folks definitely provide it!!

Lofton was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He told us all about the car and let us take it for a test drive. The finance guy was also very helpful and nice. We had a good experience at Sexton Automotive. We love the car.

Sexton has been the most painless experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. The staff is very professional. They was willing to help us in anyway possible. MOST AMAZING AND PRESSURE FREE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! They worked hard to get us approved and in the vehicle we wanted!!! Great staff, great payments, great cars, great experience!! They are up as front and honest as they come! Very family oriented and super friendly! I will be back when we need a car or for repairs or maintenance! Shout out to Lofton!
