My husband and I were looking for a new car but needed it before our Thanksgiving vacation. After driving and looking everywhere in the state of Texas, my husband stumbled upon a jeep at Secret City. From start to finish, communication was great, Tyler our salesman was amazing to deal with as well. This could have been an absolute horrible experience with living almost 1000 miles away and never having seen or driven the car, but we were more than pleased when she finally arrived!! The car is beautiful, it was expertly cleaned on the inside/out as promised, and we could not be happier with it. Tyler even reached out a few days later to ask how everything was going. Wish we lived closer so we could shake his hand - but a 5-star review will have to do.

We told Secret City what we were looking for type vehicle, price range for budget. Sales rep contacted us couple times with vehicles that met our request but just wasn t 100% color or options. Then the rep called said I think we just took in on a trade the vehicle you will want. Meets everything you have talked about. Sure enough it was perfect!! They all made the financing transaction quick and easy. LOVE IT!Thanks, Keith

Awesome experience! Franco Faribar was great. He answered all my questions, provided refreshment, and was willing to stay till after close. There was no high pressure to buy. He was informative in proving details about my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited.Next up to bat was finance. Best finance process I have ever experienced in my 68+ years. It was past closing time on Friday evening. Shane Cochran went above board to make the process wonderful. He found financing 3/4 percent less than what was quoted.He took time to clearly explain warranty options. He was a delight to work with and I feel I made a new friend.I highly recommend Franco and Secret City Ram for your next truck purchase.Five plus stars all around!!!

My experience with Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent. I was in the service Department and wow what an awesome crew. My service advisor was Keri York, she was extremely professional, Knowledgeable and helpful. The department was clean, not one thing out of place. The service Department people were all very nice and polite and they seemed to work as a team. This place has top notch customer service! My salesman was Kaceye and I couldn t recommend him enough. They went above and beyond to find me the exact truck that I wanted and researched to ensure it was going to be a great truck maintenance/reliability wise before they put me in it(was buying used). This was the 3rd time doing business with this dealership as well but this last time was the greatest experience yet. I will definitely do business with them again down the road! The finance guy was great as well although I can t remember his name. He was super helpful only thing I didn t like was his way of explaining things by scribbling on a paper and drawing a bunch of arrows and talking while doing so almost as if he s trying to overwhelm you or confuse you haha. He was doing this cause I was asking specifics on the numbers and what was what and just seemed as if that s what was going on. But I wouldn t say he was bad by no means. Overall I highly recommend doing business here.

Edit: After I posted the original post below, I found that the Jeep needed an oil change thousands of miles ago, needed the front and rear differentials done, the serpentine belt was cracked to the point of being near failure, and it had four bad rocker arms that had to be replaced (two "on the brink of catastrophic failure" according to my mechanic), and two scored cam shafts. In all the Jeep that had "been thoroughly checked out by their service department," needed about $3,000 worth of work, and the salesman who sold it to me ghosted me when I confronted him about it. Buyer beware. Bring a mechanic if you buy anything used.Original post: Love these guys! I had a rare request and got lucky that they had what I needed in stock. They went above and beyond by trying multiple lenders to find me the best interest rate. Oh, and they delivered my vehicle to me. Wonderful people, with the customer's needs in mind. Even though it's 70 miles away from me, this is where I will go to buy new Jeeps from now on.

UPDATE: The truck we were waiting on finally came in 3 months later!! After it arrived they sent us a deal that was ridiculous, they were going to set us back $27K on a truck we settled for and therefore wasn t taking care of us like they promised!!! Everything was a huge LIE!!!! I ve given them 2 extra weeks to come back and make it right before I posted this but I see that they don t care for their customers like they did before we settled on something we didn t want. They basically charged us full price with no break at all on a used truck with 5200+ miles on it and it even had scratches that I pointed out and they said they d take care of it since we were getting a Brand NEW truck in a few weeks. None of that took place so we paid over $97k for a used truck that wasSupposed to be new and now STUCK WITH IT!!!!!! I m still pissed about it!!!!! They didn t take a dime off of the truck we settled on and was going to charge us full price ($105k) on the new truck that we d been waiting on plus end of deal we d of been financing $127k. This ended up being the WORST car buying experience ever!!!! The Salesman Dylan was great but the Management (Mike) and his team are full of lies!!!!!! Another thing they told us on the settled truck was that a full service had been done on it and now I find out from the dealer in Okeechobee, FL where we are now said that the oil filter had not been changed on it like we had been told and the oil was changed a month before we got it so no FULL SERVICE had been done at all!!!!! Yes, another LIE!!!!!!!!!!July, 2023-In the process of purchasing a 2023 Ram 3500 Dually and they ve been amazing through this whole process!!7/12/23 we purchased a 2023 Ram 3500 Dually and our experience with Dylan as our Salesman was amazing!!!!! The entire team, Jesse, Michelle, Shane, Mike & Nick & anyone else involved were amazing and made this the best buying experience ever (which turned into to worst after the truck we d been waiting on arrived)!!! They truly don t care about repeat customers!!!!! By the time we finished the paperwork the truck was washed and ready to roll except scratches weren t taken care of like we d been promised, Sirius XM was already setup and they went over the electronics on the dash!!!! Our new/used truck is ok but we re still actually waiting on the original truck we ordered, it s stuck in Mexico but this dealership is going to work with us on getting into it as soon as it arrives!!! See update above!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Jon took great care of us with the purchase of our new truck. This dealership does it right from the first minute I made contact over the phone to weeks after the sale with installation of ordered accessories. If you want to experience good old fashioned customer service make the drive to secret city.

I've rarely, if ever had a completely great experience at a dealership.... until NOW! I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon EcoDiesel in to have the HPFP recall completed. Tanner, my service advisor was absolutely top notch from start to finish. He validated my VIN and confirmed my vehicle was on the recall list and told me parts were available and when they would probably arrive. He kept me informed via phone calls of the progress being made and my vehicle was completed and ready to pick up when he said it would be. All work was excellent, the engine compartment clean and all of my personal settings were back to what they were when I brought my Jeep in for service. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Secret City CDJR in Oakridge was a great experience. I've changed to this dealership as my preferred provider primarily due to the professional experience. Thank you Secret City & Tanner.

I wanted you to be different. Plain and simple. I wanted to have an experience that was pain free. No games, no hidden agenda, non nonsense. You looked so appealing. Maybe that was my mistake, thinking that the beautiful facade was an indicator of what was within. I ve dated women like you, smoking hot on the outside, train wreck on the inside. Sure it s fun for a time, but eventually it s draining dealing with the drama that inevitably comes. And it did come.To be fair, you are no different than any other dealer. You have good prices, good selection, good service from what I saw. But what started out amazing evolved into a sprit crushing marathon to close the deal. I m happy with my Jeep. But I hated the process.

Nothing but good to say regarding my remote purchase. From Dylan (and Phil) in Sales, to Jordan in finance, everyone was pleasant, responsive, and great to work with. Living a few hours away, Dylan was great to provide me with all of the information and pictures he could. Driving the SUV to my door to complete the sale was top notch. Jordan in finance was detailed and answered all questions. Kudos to the team at Secret City.

We just bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler from here. First let me say we had two friends who had bought cars from here and recommended it. Second another friend is friends with someone who works here. Third we had friends recommend getting a car that still had warranty on it. We worked with Franco Farivar and Shane Cochran and we couldn t be happier. They were both amazing! And the warranty that comes with our car can t be beat. This is a great place to get a car from.

They will waste your time, they were told my financial situation before even going to the dealership. But they text and called assuring me it wouldn't be a waste of time driving 45 mins to the lot. Turns out, they wasted my time with my boy for the weekend, wasted my gas and mileage, and dropped my credit by 4 points after submitting my credit app and then not getting approved, now I know they can't tell for sure ahead of time without running credit, but if you're a good finance manager or sales rep, you should be able to tell if someone won't qualify to purchase a vehicle. Better to under promise and over deliver, than to over promise and under deliver! Buyer beware is all I'm saying. Was very disappointed with my visit..

I just purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger 345 R/T couldn t be happier with this purchase. Franko was my salesman and he made my experience so great. I have purchased from other dealers in the past. I can now declare Secret City is MY Jeep dealer. Kacey Edenfield and the entire team went above and beyond to make my deal happen. I could have purchased the same Red Jeep Gladiator at another dealership, Secret City has gained a loyal customer with their outstanding service to me. From driving it around, just so I could sit in it. To the full tank of gas when I left in my new truck. My experience with Secret City, could be a lesson in how to do business and treat customers.

I had a great experience with Secret City CDJR. When my Jeep was ready to pick up from the collision department, due to a recall job. I was unable to get there before they closed. The lady that is over the department stayed 15 minutes over, so I could make it there. Such good people! And my Jeep looked awesome!!

My father purchased a truck from them and it has had several large repairs needed in the last 6 months. Recently my father took the truck in for service. They told him they took it out and drove it and that they needed to replace the sway bar because that s what was causing the rattling noise. When my father went to pick it up, the mileage was exactly the same and the back end was still rattling. They did not take the truck out or inspected it. He took it back and they told him he needed to replace the front end and that would fix the rattling. My father just had the front end replaced by a didn t mechanic. They obviously didn t know what was wrong with the truck and kept trying to replace parts that were in perfect condition. On top of all this, they sold him a lifetime warranty that covers absolutely nothing. They also pre-fill-out the customer reviews after your service is done and try to get you to sign it saying they did an amazing job, which they don t. Do not purchase vehicles from them and do not go here for repairs.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from Secret City last week. Kyle was the salesman. I must say that I am absolutely satisfied with the experience I had with this business. I identified the car I wanted from their website and went to check into it. I have to admit after a recent experience I had with Ole Ben Franklin Motors on Kingston Pike I went into this with some anxiety. Ole Ben had me wait in their sales office THREE HOURS waiting on credit approval that never came. When I decided I couldn't wait any longer they wanted me to make an appointment to come back the weekend. I checked my credit report and they made TEN hard inquiries! 3 months later and they still can't give me any information. Secret City got me in the sales office and an hour later I had financing approval at an astoundingly low 4.4% APR with $500 down! The only negative is that they promised me a full tank of gas that didn't happen. Pretty sure it was an oversight and I'm not sweating small stuff after a great experience. I highly recommend this dealer for your next auto purchase!

I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Secret City. The entire staff was family friendly. They took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in a Jeep. They did not try to push me into something that I did not want. The entire staff was knowledgeable about the Jeep and financing. They took the time to answer all of my questions !

Terrible experience. Would not buy a car here again. From walking into the door and being ignored to buying the car and not even receiving a hand shake. Being asked for proof of having an actual social security card, to having to wait 40 minutes for the finance agent. The immature smirks, the high school bully vibes, and not even given a simple envelope for the paperwork. If you want true professionals and positive atmosphere. Don't buy here

Edit: I bought the Jeep in October and got the dreaded check engine light came on last week (mid January) . Well I have their powertrain warranty and took it in and let's just say I had a very unique issue occur and I will not get into that but I was treated incredibly by the service team. My technician did an amazing job. I can't stress enough the integrity I have recieved from the sale to service after the sale. They are really trying hard to create solid relationships with customers. Thanks Phil for keeping me updated and the issue was fixed under the promised warranty. Hopefully I will not have any issues soon but will keep updated edits to show the solid job by everyone during each encounter.Mike and Joe were awesome. They did not pressure you to buy and they wanted to make sure you were happy with your purchase. I wheel and deal all the time and this was very smooth. Thank you guys.

I purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership in 4 years.i custom ordered my 4th vehicle and it did not have the features I ordered and I didn t notice until I left the lot. I returned after driving 1/2mile and asked to cancel the deal. They refused. They upsold me to a vehicle 10k more. They pressured me not to leave a bad review I waited a while to decide to leave this review but I feel I should let others know. I will not return to this dealer.

Secret City has an outstanding staff and are very professional. They are also very warm and welcoming. All the way from the Internet interaction, the test drive coordinator, my salesman, Shane Cochran, the Finance gentleman, Justin, and the Sales Manager, Brad...couldn't have been more thoughtful and helpful. My experience with Secret City was absolutely positive! Anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram or Jeep should definitely go see the staff at Secret City in Oak Ridge. You will have a happy and positive experience too!! The sales consultants on the floor couldn't be more kind as well. And they followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions about my Jeep! Thanks Shane Cochran!!

She made sure I knew what they was gonna do and what would be coming up on my next service appointment. Couldn t be any more satisfied. Thanks to everyone at Secret City for treating us so well. And thanks for taking care of my 2016 Dodge 1500 Ram and my 2021 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased from you. And a shout out to Keith Russell the best sells man I have ever delt with.
