There's been a change in body shop management. Lemme tell ya, Ms. Candy Hurst is running things like a rockstar! Most pleasant, and caring person that I have ever dealt with in a body shop experience. When you're working with Candy, she treats you fairly and with respect! No b.s.! She's truly awesome to work with!

These guys are the best! I dropped my car off to them on a Tuesday morning and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. They were fast, friendly and great to work with. My car came out looking great! I would recommend them!

Well I am making this post because. Today I took my car to have some work done and was refused a rental vehicle because I didn't have a credit card to have on file even though I was not having to pay for the repair. This was the 5th vehicle I had purchased. Just so you know. If you ever need a loaner or rental from here. I hope you received better treatment than I did. Even though I could have rented one across the street at enterprise with my debit card.

Dropped by for a cost estimate on body work for my car. The technician was very fast and knowledgeable for my car. Very thorough and complete. Answered all my questions. The estimate was very reasonable in cost, appears to take quiet a while to get the finish product. Do not know if they offer a loaner car during the repair. Very professional and thorough.

Quality Body Shop RIP Bill and Rick I enjoyed so many years and learned so much thank you guys love y'all WOW it's been so long and what amazing changes have been made to upgrade certain things I was blessed to have the opportunity to be back home and get the chance to paint where it all began but I was supposed to be the main painter then things change and I should be the main NOW but no hard feelings this is truly an amazing place

I stupidly ran my trash can into my car mirror and it bent backwards and broke a pin that holds the mirror in place. Mike gave me an estimate for the new mirror since the pin itself can t be replaced, but then gave me other ideas besides replacement and fixed it for free on the spot. I m grateful for sweet people like this who don t charge you an arm and a leg for something you really don t need. Thanks, Mike!Service: Body & Trim

My fiance was ran off toad and had extensive damage. After they supposedly fixed it it pulled harder to the center line than it previously did after accident the bottom skid ate was never replaced the inner fender was never replaced and even after taking it back the tire pressure censor still didn't work. Due to checking ut myself I already knew it had damaged tge wheel bearing and that was never fixed either. Progressive insurance claims rep had actually told her he climbed under car and visually checked the wheel bearing and it was fine which is literally I possible to do..athos point I would giggly recommend u do not bring your vehicle no where near here and if u do not know much about cars....do not use progressive insurance

I had to have my vehicle repaired after being hit. Secret City did an excellent job, went above and beyond with their service and repairs. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional! Highly recommend.

Tre our salesman was absolutely wonderful!!! My daughter and I was looking for a Jeep Reanage. Tre didn't pressure us. Tre and his team got us what we wanted ..And I even made friends with some of the other sales people Excellent experience ..I would recommend them!!!

The lady that showed me a rental car was very professional. I rented my car for June 19th. Had to call several times and ask questions I had forgotten but she answered them right away.

Called on a Friday for a tow was told it will have to wait till Saturday at 10 am called 5 times Saturday no answer so went to there office and there gates where closed
