I walked in here with my hopes low and a very indecisive mindset, Trista went out her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible and did everything she could to help me, along with the other staff members who helped. I have had the WORST experience with Ole Ben Franklin Motors. I purchased my car in November with a full warranty. 2 weeks after I purchased the car the Check engine light came on. I also noticed my gas meter wasn't reading correctly and every time I turned my car, the ball joints made an awful popping noise. I took it back to Ole Ben on Clinton Hwy where I purchased the vehicle (within 30 days) and they said "Oh no big deal, just call the warranty the will fix it." I called the warranty (AUL) several times, just to find out I had to take the car to the dealership to get serviced. Fine. I took the car back to Ole Ben, this time in Oak Ridge, where I was greeted by a lovely employee Trista. I told her the situation. She apologized for the experience. Took my name and number and assured me she would have the Service department reach out to me the next morning. Low and behold no one reached out to me. I reached back out to Trista a few days later and informed her that no one had reached out. She said she would take care of it first thing in the morning. Still no call. Its been 2 weeks since taking my car to Ole Ben and getting assured someone will reach out to me. I called Trista back again today and she said "I took the message to service, you'll just have to keep calling them moving forward until they get you taken care of." I appreciate her listening to me on my initial visit to Ole Ben, but I would've expected a follow up by now. On top of that, the moment I found out that a customer still hadn't been called, I would've marched over to the service department and made someone call that moment. Awful experience. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OLE BEN. They do not stand behind their vehicles and have zero urgency to get their customers resolved.

Trista has been our sales person the last TWO visits and is awesome! This is our 3rd time back at OBF, our 2nd time working with Trista, and she's a delight each and every time! She always works her hardest to get us the best deals, and doesn't have us waiting nearly as long as anyone else! We love working with Trista!

Mike; was absolutely awesome!!! He made sure I was in my own personal financial comfort zone and didn t budge on my request. We drove multiple vehicles until I was 1,000% satisfied with the vehicle of my choosing. He was a smooth professional who knew the ends and outs thoroughly. He treated my family with great hospitality and we had a connection as if we were old high school buddies. It was sincerely refreshing! Hands down. Greatest car salesman ever.

Had a little rattle under hood. called and Service scheduled appt. Showed up and went for a short test ride. Found out it was loose belt and was under warranty. It was fixed by 3pm same day! Excellent and Prompt service. Thank you for always serving your customers at a high level!

I recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from Trista here and I couldn t be happier with my decision. They worked with me to find the best financing option for my budget and bad credit situation. They also explained all the features and benefits of the Mirage G4 in detail and answered all my questions. They made me feel valued and respected as a customer.I came in expecting to buy an older Subaru, but Trista was able to get me out the door with my first ever new car. And if you are in the area, you should definitely check them out for the best service and deals. They will treat you right and make sure you drive away happy.

Went for my first car buying experience without much of an idea what was happening. We were introduced to Brian who guided my and my father through a seamless, and informed process to find the right vehicle for me. He as well as the whole staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Could not be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommended!!!

Of course they have so many 5 star reviews. They pressure customers to putting their good review online halfway through carbuying. After I worked with a salesman he sat me in an office and asked me to put a good review online and then he would get the paperwork done and get me out the door. I had been there so long and just wanted to go. And then I saw another salesman do the same to another customer and sat her across from me. The salesman came back in and wanted to double check I out the review up and asked me to show it to him.This place is high pressure, greedy, and fits everything you hear about shady car salesmen.The unpressured reviews would probably reflect a very different star rating. MOST OF THEIR CARS ARE OLD RENTAL CARS THAT HAVE BEEN DRIVEN LIKE HELL BUT STILL LOOK NICE. BEWARE!

So on March 17th myself and my partner were interested in getting a new vehicle and based on the advertising from this company they seemed like a great fit. We worked with happy and he was extremely pleasant. However after speaking on financing the vehicle closest to our price range, it was indeed out of our budget. We were interested in trying to make some things work and potentially return the adequate funds (low probability but we did attempt). After leaving the lot and heading home one of the employees ran out to ask us to come back and see what their manager could do. We walked back thinking this was pretty strange behavior. The manager spoke on how that vehicle could leave the lot any moment so to save it for us just put a $100 deposit on the vehicle and if we got the funds then we could still get the vehicle. As a show of good faith and trust I did make the deposit and it was agreed upon that if the funds were not available that on March 21st I would be refunded the$100 deposit. It was communicated that day that the refund was done and that I would receive that in 2-3 business days. I did not receive that refund so I called back on March 26th and was informed that there was some miscommunication and that the refund was not processed but now it would be. I then proceeded to call back on March 29th and was informed that the refund was still not processed but would be processed yet again. I still have not received that refund and called on April 3 and 4th. I asked to speak with a manager and got Anthony and he was extremely callous, unsympathetic and his words "I'm a manger I have more important maters then this" and could not provide any information or documents proving the return was happening. This has been an ongoing nightmare and for a dealership that speaks on family values and trust this is downright fraudulent behavior and would not a recommend anyone to this establishment. If the refund will still not be received I will pursue greater action (notifying Better Business Bureau and contacting local attorneys)

My fianc� and I purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander last month, and three of the wheels were curbed badly when we got it. It s been nothing but a headache and a hassle trying to get it fixed. Also, the car wasn t detailed when we bought it, and were encouraged to bring it back for a full detail on the house. Did that, and the car was still disgusting and with added handprints on the glass, didn t actually clean the car, and left glue on the windshield from dealership stickers. This was her second Ole Ben experience, my first, and certainly our last. If anything, the Alcoa dealership is better to deal with.
