I have never had a bad experience at the Oak Ridge O'Reilly store. All the employees are knowledgeable and have been helpful in solving problems. Will always be my first choice for auto parts.

They came out to look at my lights in the freezing cold weather, and gave me a completely honest run down of what they thought my problem was. They recommended me a really cheap mechanic in the area (East End Automotive shout-out) and really tried to teach me about my car vs talking down to me. If you're a female you have absolutely nothing to worry about, this shop is full of kind people that really just want to help you fix your problems and won't upsell you due to lack of knowledge.

Walked in Sunday to ask a question as i carried in my parts that I bought online, and that tall fat guy never said a word until I asked him for help. Then he point down an isle after uttering a few syllables as his answer. I turned and asked if he could help me since I didn't know the store, and he seemed irritated he had to stand up.Then the lazy guy just pointed to a spinning rack with at least 200 things hanging on it and said, "It's here, you'll just have to look around." then he walked away and sat his lazy butt down on his stool. I was so overwhelmed by what I saw on the racks, I didn't know where to start. After a minute or two, I just turned around and left the store. He watched me leave and never said a word.All I could think of as I left the store was, American businesses had better wake the hell up and offer some great customer service, or it is over for them. Especially, Local businesses!So I went over to AutoZone and the lady there actually took her time with me until I got what I needed. Yes, AutoZone in Oak Ridge. She was great and she got the sale!

Stopped by to have my battery tested and was told they had no way of jumping my car if it wouldn t restart after testing. I told the man working there I had my own cables and he repeated he had no way of helping me. Very poor customer service, unprofessional. I went to Advanced Auto Parts instead and had an excellent experience.

Ive never had an experience at an auto parts place, where the employees were so unhelpful. We asked some simple questions to help us buy the correct headlight bulb, & both guys sitting behind the counter did nothing to help, & guy standing in line to pay, was super nice, & ended up answering all our questions outside as he was leaving.

If you visit here, ask for Jessica. She's very knowledge and professional - she helped me understand the issue with my car and gave me options on how to solve it. Plus, no sales pressure, which is a huge plus for me!

I bought a pack of fuses for my car but they took so I had to leave to pick daughter up from school came back the next day and waited 20 minutes in the store with no one to help and the phone constantly ringing.. Finally a man walked up I said can I get some help and Good morning instantly he got upset.. Manger roger is very un professional and doesn t deserve to wear the name of the company on his shirt.. Customer service is key he refused to help he cared more about who I talked that was suppose to help then actually helping me. I you tuned how to do it and got my radio too work.

I went by the other week for a new gas cap and the gentleman that helped me (I believe his name was Dan?) was so wonderful! He was so helpful and friendly. He even put the new cap on for me. We chit chatted a bit and it really made my day. Thank you for much for the help guys!!!

Pretty much all the workers are great, just need a new manager, theirs has little man syndrome. He doesn t like matching prices like he s supposed to.

Normally top notch. Until the past 24 hours. Ordered a part yesterday at store to be delivered to store at 8 am this morning. Not delivered. Was told to check back at 11:30. Not delivered. Car can't run without this part. Make matters worse the Clinton store (18 miles away) has the part in stock but I have no way of getting there.

Facility is manned by well qualified workers. Each gives his all and is always very courtesyFacility meets ADA requirements. Store is well stocked and many types of automobile parts are stocked. If part is not on hand, parts can be ordered and most times be received the next day.Facility and restrooms are kept clean and sanitized.

We ordered parts for a Chevrolet S10, and got the wrong parts three times. We eventually three out hands up, and got a return on our parts. The people that work there are nice and help, but whatever is going on with the parts needs to get sorted. I went to a different store, got the parts in 5 minutes no issue.

I would give less if it would let me. Ordered a $200+ battery for my Armada on 11/23. Called every other day to see if it arrived. On 11/25 Zack said he would call me when it arrived so I wouldn t have to call everyday. Called again on 11/30. They returned my battery due to lack of pickup by customer. I will never use this store again. I ve been stranded without a car for over a week due to their lack of customer service and promises unkept.

I ordered replacement headlight bulbs for my car online for in store pick up. Their website mentioned they would replace the bulbs if purchased there.Went to pick them up, the old man at the register didn't even know how to process online orders. Someone else had to walk him through it. When I mentioned to them about them putting the bulbs in my car, they said they couldn't because you have to take the bumper off the front of the car. Neither of the men would even come check it out to see if it could be done.Had a friend of mine do it instead and it didn't even take him 5 minutes to change the bulbs and the bumper didn't need to be removed. The employees are not helpful at all. What a bad first experience this was, will not be back and will not recommend them. Don't expect them to get up off their chair and help you.

Depends on who's there they really don't like to help out people. That's why I only mainly use them if paint is needed for the most part or paint supplies.

Can't get ordered parts quickly, almost impossible to place an order in the first place and watched a sweet 85 year old veteran get ripped off and treated like dirt right in front of us at the checkout line. Other than that....Will never go back to the Oak Ridge store again. Going back to Autozone, where they treat everyone with respect and sell you the correct, working part.

Friendly folks, warehouse is in knoxville so some specialty parts have to be ordered. They did give good recommendation on where to get the part quicker so I am very appreciative of the staff. Thanks for a great experience!

Needed a couple batteries for my truck. The staff was very helpful. Do I think they went out of their way because I'm a woman? Nope! They treat everyone that way. Keep up the great work!

Only one person at the counter waited for a while to get my parts overall he was very polite and his service was perfect just the wait time was a little bit outrageous wasn't that person's fault management needs to put more people in there

I have not yet encountered an employee at the Oak Ridge, TN location that has any interest in any kind of hurry. If meandering and silence were Olympic events then this store would have 2 gold medals.
