A big thank you to the wonderful staff! I made an appointment online and got in quickly during a snowstorm. A slow leak in a tire turned out to be a screw in a non-repairable area. A new tire was needed. Luckily I purchased the protection plan when I bought the four new tires only 10k miles ago. The plan covered all but the taxes and fees.This situation could have been me stranded in sub freezing temps. Chip is the only name I can remember but everyone I interacted with was wonderful. They took care of me and my vehicle. Thanks again everyone!

My boyfriend this morning called about needing a Oil Change. Regular not synthetic high mileage oil. They stated on the phone that it would $29.99-$100, no more than $100. We dropped it off and waited FOUR HOURS. We came back and went inside to pay because they had pulled it out of the garage and tell me why it was $131.09 for an SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE that we didn t need. The guy then put in a coupon that brought it down to $114.NOT ONLY did they over charge us they stained the car!! DO NOT RECOMMEND, WE WILL NOT BE BACK. this is for a 2014 Nissan Altima.Service: Oil change

I went in on 12.19.23 for a simple oil change and got my car is ok, no issues. I had to bring it back in because my check engine light came on. I didn't appreciate being made to feel stupid and told it was my fault and that i would have to pay $120 to have it checked out, when it turns out that it was the mechanic who failed to properly close the air filter that caused my check engine light to come on. Maybe if they weren't in such a hurry they would have done a better job. Also why was I going to be charged $60 to have my tires balanced and rotated? I thought that was included with the oil change. DO BETTER!!

If they answer there phone and put you on hold. That s normal when you make and appointment don t expect them to get your car in on time Work was done correctly but a simple repair is going to be several hours more then expected

Mortl, Robert D. [US]I discovered a nail in my rear tire Saturday afternoon at 4:40 PM and went to Firestone and arrived at 4:50 PM. I knew the shop closed at 6:00 PM and hoped they could work me in before closing. Travis assured me they would get the tire replaced before they closed. Travis listened closely to my situation and promised the work would be completed. It is important to note that I drive 75 miles at night delivering the local newspapers and getting this work done within the hour gave me peace of mind that I would not have a flat in the overnight hours. I would like to compliment Travis on his excellent Customer Service and the Firestone Team for quick, quality service. There are several choices for new tires and service in Oak Ridge, but I will speak highly of the quality service at Firestone to everyone I meet. I took company vehicles here for maintenance a few times and thought I would try my commuter car. Roger has been my guy and has always taken care of me. Recently I had my wife s suburban for the day and the rear brakes started dragging and making noise. I called Roger and told him the issue and that I would need to get it fixed by the end of the day since I live 60 miles away. He said to bring it in right away so they could diagnose the problem. 2 hours later he called me with the problem and the solution. Roger gave me a great deal. When I picked up the vehicle, I signed up for the Firestone card and got an even better deal. Thanks Roger! Customer service at its best.

Shop was very clean and professional looking. The employees were up front about the work and cost needed, broke down each individual line item and even explained in detail why the work was needed. They offered to maximize the use of the business provided coupons to save on price as well. Very good service in Oak Ridge, thank you gentlemen!Service: Brakes

Cannot say thank you enough to David and the wonderful staff here at Firestone in Oak Ridge. This morning I had a flat tire on my way into work. David and his staff made the process stress free - they got my car in relatively quickly after it arrived, changed out both my back tires and helped me to get back on the road. David and Travis will generally be at the service desk and are a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. I had a problem with my electric windows on my GMC Acadia which I had taken into Rice GMC in Knoxville 3 times without them being able to fix it. I described the problem to David and without even seeing the car he told me exactly what the problem was. The repair was reasonable and Ive become a loyal customer. I have purchased tires and brakes and have had all my maintenance there since moving to Oak Ridge in 2020. My neighbor recommended them and I m so glad he did. I have confidence in David and Travis and all the mechanics there. The only negative observation is the new service waiting area. The remodel was not an improvement in comfort or aesthetics, and as I generally have to wait while my car is worked on, that also matters. Firestone, bring back the fireplace and homelike atmosphere!

Took my truck on for an alignment, was told the steering gear box needed replaced, and needed new front wheel bearings. Ok, not a big deal. Except for- they wanted to charge me $539 for a gear box, $140 for the bearings, and $115 for alignment. Lmao! I had already priced a gear box, $135. Bearings for my truck are $10 each side. A little work; but not hard. I told them no thanks, i dont feel like giving away money to scam mechanics that havent got a clue. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from these crooks.

I take my car and fiancee's car here, I trust them with my safety and that of my family. Because I know they care about the vehicle and the safety of it and don't skip details just to get vehicles out of the door. I have always went to Firestone anytime I had a chance, even if it was out of the way. They are honest and don't try to gimmick you on unneeded services or repairs. As with everything being so expensive now days, I am thankful for the Firestone Credit Card too, to cover the cost of those unexpected cost.

Had a voucher alignment from a rim shop that obviously works with Firestone. Their logo was on it and everything. I took it down here in Oak Ridge and the guy acted like I was trying to get a free alignment. I don't recommend this one. Firestone on Clinton hwy is the best in town

Above and beyond! Earlier this year, I'd had the Eddie Hair mechanics fix my AC that had gone out. Only a few months later, every time I turned it on water started leaking from under the dash. Coming back, the manager, David I want to say, replaced the parts and only charged me for the labor even though the shop is now owned by Firestone and they were under no obligation to fix any of the Eddie Hair mistakes! They even pinpointed the cause of the parts being ruined because of a leak in the seal of the windshield. And after getting that repaired, I haven't had any more problems! They clearly care about people and service instead of ripping them off the way most repair shops do.

I can't believe how helpful and willing to work within my budget they were. Finances are tight right now, and they were able to find the right solution for me in a way that didn't break my bank! I was blessed to find my way here this morning!
