Justin and Alex did an amazing job on my Nissan Frontier! Justin kept me informed and helped guide my decisions every step of the way. The team came up with a solution to a major barrier and actually saved me approximately 500 dollars off of the original estimate. I d recommend Car Fix in Oakridge to anyone who needs vehicle repairs and are not sure where to go!

This is the best place to take your car to be repaired. Justin was great very knowledgeable and very friendly. They text me with everything they found wronge with the car and sent videos explaining all of the text messages. I truly would recommend Car fix. Thank you Justin and car fix.

Justin and the crew did a great job getting my truck back on the road when the brakes failed. Of course, being from out of town you always fear the worst when you need vehicle repairs. No worries here, they were straight forward, honest and made the extra effort to get me back on the road the same day.

Took my car in with a significant leak in the tire. They easily could have taken advantage and told me I needed a new tire. But they were honest and friendly and got my tire repaired and charged a fair price. They have earned a new customer.

Kudos to Chuck and the Car Fix team in Oak Ridge. I put off doing some preventive maintenance due to my travel schedule. I buzzed into their shop (in an huge hurry) and they were able to get me in, same day, for maintenance and repairs. They also provided me with something to drive. They were upfront about cost and communicated throughout the process without being pushy or recommending unnecessary fixes. Greatly appreciated all of this! Have used them before and will use them again.

**Update: After posting the initial review below, I was contacted by the store manager, Rhett, who apologized for the poor service I received and took steps to make things right. He offered a full refund for the services rendered earlier in the day and asked me to come back in so they could replace the two tail lights that were supposed to be fixed during my initial visit, free of charge.Rhett acknowledged the shortcomings in their customer service and assured me that he would address the issues with his front-end staff to prevent similar incidents in the future. He also offered a complimentary service for my next visit to demonstrate their commitment to providing better customer service.While I appreciate Rhett's efforts to rectify the situation and his willingness to take responsibility, I have decided to keep my original review intact to reflect my initial experience accurately. However, I want to acknowledge the manager's prompt response and the steps taken to resolve my concerns.I hope that Car Fix will follow through on their commitment to improving their service, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.**Original Review: So I've been to this Car Fix location a couple of times with no problems. This time, I took my husband's car to get an oil change, check fluids, and replace the headlamps and the tail lights, which were both out. The lobby had been redesigned since last time so the customers sit in the same room with the customer service guys, so you can literally watch them work.I dropped the car off, and the CS guy said it would take about an hour. Fine. I walked on the greenway across the street for an hour and came back. The car was still being worked on at that time.At 1 hour and 15 minutes, I saw a mechanic walk in and hang the key on the board. I even walked outside to see if the car was ready. Yep, it was parked outside. I thought for sure I wouldn't have to wait much longer, but I was wrong. I sat for another 45 minutes waiting in the lobby to be checked out.At 1 hour and 50 minutes, I walked outside to make sure the car was still ready to go. It was. I then approached the customer service person at the counter. He acknowledged me and I sat back down.After 2 hours, the guy finally had me come up to the counter to check out and pay for the work. Plus, he gave me a long list of recommended repairs that need to be done at some point. Once I got home, I noticed I paid for a cabin air filter that I hadn't asked for (I should have looked over the costs there). Also, I had been told the rear brake lights were fine, so nothing was done. It was the tail lights that needed to be replaced, and they were not working when I checked them at home, a safety hazard.

I decided to come here for an oil change after seeing the dealership was charging double. I used a coupon and left with the price we discussed up front. There was a $3 charge for old oil disposal that wasn t mentioned, but that was negligible and it didn t feel like they were being deceptive. They were very friendly, thorough, and transparent. I was able to drop my car off and pick it back up in less than an hour. Me and my family will definitely do business with them again.

Service was good, but it's what I saw when I was there that will keep me going back - while I was waiting in lounge, a young lady's car broke down at the red light, and a staff member grabbed 5 of his guys in the garage and they ran out there and pushed it in for service without hesitation. They went above and beyond. Plus, the the rates are reasonable and service is great. This was my first time here, and I plan to use them in the future for all my car needs.

After a horrendous afternoon oil change at Take 5 Oil change that snowballed to more bad than good, I was point in the direction of Car Fix. Chad, Brandon, and Brian were absolutely fantastic and were able to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem that was apparent, but they also were thorough enough to discover other problems that had arose. They did an amazing job at getting my vehicle in and fixed as well as lifting my spirits! Great group of gentleman and I will definitely be giving them my service in the future!

My wife and I made an appointment for our van to get new front brakes because of the squeaking sound coming from the front. When the guys at CarFix got it up on the lift they noticed that the back brakes were bad as well. Everything was done and ready for me in just about 2 hours. I m thankful for a fast and very professional team to get everything done.

Car Fix Oak Ridge is one of the most professional, if not the most professional, places we ve ever been to have our car worked on. We have even sent people there. The employees are top notch and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them and will always use them for our car needs.

Fantastic service, Very good prices, Kept me informed of the repairs on my car every day. Have used once before and felt they were fantastic. So this is my new place that I will go to for any kind of car work. Robert the employee that worked with me was so helpful and friendly. Called first to check if they do sensors and a guess-of price. I called others they couldn't help me today.Then arriving and a Chris P. Gave me a warm welcome and car questions to get me started. Nice people. They also brought to my attention a water pump leak. That was helpful..Give Chris a call !

Excellent visit. The service members were fast and went over the inspection results. Explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait. No pressure to have them do the work. Even looked up other service centers that accepted my extended warranty. I have been here several times and always have fast service with our pressure. I gWould recommend them anytime!

Great! Tyler got the cruise control on my Cadillac repaired and got it back to me with no issues. He even found another issue that I was unaware of and informed me of the necessary fix to the issue and the price beforehand. I gave him the green light and he got it done. Go to CarFix.

We suffered a flat/damaged tire near Pioneer, TN from a LARGE pothole at 11am Sunday morning. We were taken to Carfix on Sunday afternoon. Next morning at 7:10 we received a phone call telling us they had received the car and were evaluating the repair. They soon phoned back with an estimate and asked if we wanted the wheels aligned, which we did. They said they would get the repair done by noon, would let us know when it was ready and would pick us up from the hotel which was a few miles down the road. The car was ready soon after 11am and we were picked up, taken to Carfix, paid the bill and were on the road before 11:30am. Good service and their speed in getting us away to return home to NC was appreciated.

I've used other automobile repair facilities in the past but Carfix is head and shoulders above the rest. No excessive wait times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who keep you informed. My experience was great. They were very efficient in checking my vehicle issues. They found my battery was weak. Replaced battery, changed my oil and checked all fluids etc. They were very courteous with very competitive pricing!!

My tire was punctured with ice when it snowed. Robert Pierce at CAR FIX got me in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price. Thank you. Highly recommend.
