Caliber Collision staff were professional, kind, helpful and informative. As a woman, I felt very comfortable. I had previously used Donny Hitch in that location, but he retired. Calibur had taken over this collision business. They took immediate steps to work with my insurance company to accommodate the repairs and contacted Enterprise to pick me up. They sent regular updates through texts and phone calls that were very helpful. There was some delay in getting parts, but they regularly kept me up to date on all information. They did an excellent job on my 2013 Lexus bumper replacement caused by the 2024 snow and ice. It was a quality transaction. I would highly recommend them if you need auto repair.

Thank you for repairing my Maxima and doing a superb job. My experience with Athena Lavender was amazing. She showed professionalism and kept me informed each day. They did a beautiful job and kept my car clean on the inside. I am very pleased with my car. If the need ever arises again I will return to caliber. Hands down the best.!!!Thank you again . Awesome service! Caliber oak ridge was able to go out of the way and fit me in their very busy schedule to fit a time constraint I had. They the communicated very clearly and well with daily texts/updates. Their entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Our 15 suburban looks great after they repaired a deer strike damaged area. General manager Jeremy Copeland went out of the way to communicate with me and ensure I was satisfied, he oversaw the project and walked with me through the entire repair. 5 star service, highly recommend.An added bonus is the work with Enterprise rental agency and processed my vehicle return as well. Awesome.

I had a great experience with this Caliber Collision in Oak Ridge. Andrew was in charge of my repair. He communicated regularly to keep me informed of the schedule and my car looks great. Office staff was friendly and professional.

Caliber helped me deal with an insurance claim for my car that was damaged due to an accident for which I was not at fault. Andrew was my go-between and he kept me informed throughout the entire process! The shop is easy to work with & they were all very friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who s looking for a Shop if they need any repairs done!

I have taken my car to Caliber Collision in Oak Ridge Tn once before and I have zero complaints. I believe that the repair team did a great job to get my car back to looking nice and completing it on time. The office staff is polite and professional as well.

Our sons car was in need of repair that was beyond the ability of our local tire and alignment shop. We contacted this location because they were highly recommended by friends due to their outstanding management team and knowledgeable staff. The customer service was great here. We had an easy time getting an appointment. They provided a prompt examination of our car and estimate. They completed the repairs quickly and in a quality manner. The Staff and Manager were extremely polite and kept us up to speed on the status of our car during the repair. We highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you to Jeremy and his team.

Jeremy and crew at Caliber Collision in Oak Ridge are great to deal with. We have had a few repairs done at this facility. They always make sure you are satisfied with the work they do. This time they replaced a door on my Subaru and blended it in with the rest of the car. It looks great. I would highly recommend them for any body repair work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What nice and talented employees at Caliber! They did an excellent job repairing and painting my car and did it in a timely manner. They treat customers with respect and give them options to choose from. After the repair they returned my car in much better condition and much cleaner than when I dropped it off. My car now looks better than new. The Caliber people swept the inside and washed the outside which was a perk I did not expect. Caliber is my go-to company from now on and I highly recommend them. The folks at Caliber Collision Oak Ridge are top notch. I was recently in a slight fender bender and had picked up a slight rub on my left front tire. My insurance declined to cover it. Called and spoke to Jeremy and he said to swing by. Took it in to Jeremy and company at Caliber and the team had it fixed and ready to go quickly. Caliber Collision is the best car repair business with which I've ever dealt. I usually bring my husband with me, but felt completely comfortable and listened to from the start. I was continually treated with respect from the moment I contacted them until my repair were complete. My family and I will only use Caliber Collision for all of our car repairs and body work. I highly recommend them.
