My husband and I got a low 12V battery warning on my 2022 Ioniq 5. We were able to drive home from Wears Valley and my husband kept the car running while our wonderful customer service person found the right replacement 12V. I bought the one with the three-year warranty. She took it out to our car on a dolly, and we drove home and replaced the battery in our driveway, no problem.We took the old battery back the next day and dropped it off for a small refund. Easy peasy. The customer service was friendly, quick and professional. Would use again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Employees were rude or indifferent and unhelpful. I was made to feel like a problem. The employee literally called me "his mess." When the one wiper didn't work and the one he replaced it with also didn't work he literally said "I hate you now". Eventually he got the right kind of wiper, but this was such an awful experience I will never come back to this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

The customer service was really bad. I walked in there and went to the front desk and asked one of the two people currently working if they would mind helping me figure out which oil my car took. They said, of course and then started hysterically laughing at me. When we figured out what oil and oil filter my car needed the employee made a comment about how there is no possible way I know how to change my own oil and then laughed at his own joke. While helping me look for the oil filter, he could not find it. I picked up the one in front of me and said is this right he goes no that s not it. He looks little bit longer and then he tells me they didn t have it in stock and then suddenly see the one that I had literally just picked up and goes this is it. When I went to pay, I said I think I have phone number here and the guy checking me out just scoffs and says, you probably don t.

Terrible customer service. I literally showed them the receipt for my recent purchase and they tell me there is nothing they can do even that though the box quite literally says 5 year warranty.

I would ve left a -5 Star review if possible, my sister went in for a check engine light code to be read and her nearest family lives 250 miles away and the workers behind the counter had no customers other than her and she asked to have to code ran off the car as I get all our vehicle codes read from our local Auto Zone. They gave her the code reader and said good luck and sent her on her way. As she struggles in the parking lot to figure it out and crying she finally gave up came back in and they laughed when she laid the monitor back on the counter. Nobody broke away from their group talk behind the counter to go help a 23 year old female out. I m lived as I write this review still and this happened a few hours ago and she called telling me of the incident. I wouldn t give Oak Ridge AutoZone a dime even if I had to walk 10 miles to the next store before I walked in that store with that group of worthless individuals. Trash individuals you all are representing the company and other great employees out of that store.

4/19/23 - I have been a loyal AutoZone customer since my first car in 2005, knowing it's far cheaper to buy & bring your own parts to the mechanic rather than they use their own stock, or send someone to do so. After 18 years, I'm beyond happy nothing has changed & inflation hasn't hit the automotive parts markets as it did the whole new & used car market (due to the 2020 chip shortage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic).AutoZone has been in a competitive market with Advanced Auto & O'Reilly's, where it dominates value & selection... but lacks in availability. There are rarely public restrooms, but I always suggest they just install a sink outside 'cause there's always one person that is replacing their parts in the parking lot.

I have been here several times over the past few days having to return for things that were needed during a "first-time" project. Every time I went in, everyone was outstandingly helpful and extremely accommodating. Even when the computer system made refunding a mini living hell for the staff, I was treated with the utmost respect. Mike Trent was exceptional and absolutely proved that he knows how to put the needs of the customer as a priority. Thanks ro Mike and all the staff at Oak Ridge Auto Zone. I very much look forward to doing ALL of my auto part shopping here.

Wow! What can I say! This customer service experience was the best! The manager on duty assisted me with testing my battery. He told me what I already knew it was a goner! Instead of going with the really expensive battery the computer said to use, the manager stayed with it and found a cheaper battery for me! He saved me 40 dollars! I installed the battery and it worked like a charm. Me and my Caddy are on road again baby! Thanks to the AutoZone guys!

5 STARS FOR SHANE J ! He was excellent he helped me with my battery ! No clue at what I was doing and helped me with the battery and helped find what I needed . Excellent manners and service ! Definitely needs to be higher than what he is ! He will always have my service

I gave this establishment all excellent marks because as we we traveling through in the family RV after vacationing at Myrtle Beach, SC, the generator broke down and we stopped there to try to fix it. The staff were very helpful, and seemed to be genuinely concerned. They let me borrow any all the tools that I needed. I couldn't fix the problem, and we had to ride the rest of the way home with no air conditioner, but I feel that they really tried to go above and beyond to help.

They really know what they are talking about and usually pretty helpful. They even take "recycle" spark plugs and other broken parts so they don't have to go in the landfill

When my car wouldn't start in the strip mall's parking lot, Shane offered to test my battery and give me a jump if necessary--and both were necessary. Thanks to Shane, I was able to get home. Phenomenal service!

I went in looking for a new set of floor mats. The available selection in the tan color was somewhat limited, but that was the case everywhere I looked. The quality is good, and they look great in my car.

I've had both good and bad experiences here, with employee knowledge tentatively trustworthy, having been told twice that I could put just any power steering fluid into my Honda. Over all the employees have been knowledgeable and helpful however, with a few experiences that really shine in the staff going above and beyond to assist (like coming out to my car in the parking lot to help me retrieve a cap dropped inside of my car).

When I first walked in, an older gentleman asked me if I needed help and I politely responded no. At that time I did not, as I knew what I needed and where it was.I collected all but one of my items and when I was unable to locate the last item I returned to the front desk for assistance.Unfortunately, the old man who originally offered to help me was no longer available as he was busy chatting with two people whom he was clearly more than acquainted with about a topic which had nothing to do with buying auto parts.I approached the desk and he simply ignored me then continued on reminiscing with his buddies. I went back to searching the store for 20 min on my own which yielded no results, as did waiting on the old man to tear himself away from his friends to answer my one question. I replaced all the items I had and left, most likely unnoticed.

Great bunch of folks here. Helped me find the part I was looking for and were friendly and helpful in the process. I forgot about my rewards card and they found me by my number and helped me save 20.00 on my purchase from past rewards. Thanks for all the help through the years!

One of the best parts place to purchase vehicle repair parts for nearly all vehicles. Parts not on hand, and are requested with overnight delivery. Store clerks are polite and very knowledgeable of every vehicle on the market. Prices are very reasonable. Facilities are ADA compliant. Facilities and grounds are well maintained.

The lady that rung me up was nice as ever she even gave me paper towels so my hands wouldn't get dirty while i put oil in my vehicle. Im giving it 2-stars because my car broke down in the parking lot my husband talked to the manager and he said it was ok that we left it there it was not in an inconvenient parking spot we had someone coming to put the part in, but he called and had our car towed. The lady is great!

Been a loyal customer for years. When AZ has a sale (like their M1 oil change specials), it's a real deal. Staff is knowledgeable and always quick to help out if it's needed.

So many good things I could say about this store. Many of the people that work at this autozone have been there for years and treat customers like good neighbors. The customer service here is second to none. In this case I'd say, take away this team and you'd simply be left with a building full of car parts.

I drive a lot of miles as a pilot car driver. Between my GF and I we easily due over 4000 miles a week. I due a lot of oil changes and maintenance. This auto zone has become my goto. They are wonderful and very professional.

Found the exact brand and size of battery needed. Since blessed w a humbling disease I was and am grateful AutoZone carried and installed the new battery! A second trip was not needed to return the old battery. They carried it back inside!Thank you Auto Zone.

I stopped shopping here. They may have good parts but they don't have good employees. Too much attitude these days. Started going to advanced auto. Much friendlier.

My daughter was on her way home last Thursday night and it was raining, she misjudged our driveway and ended up going into a small culvert right before our house. Luckily Robyn Gleaves was going thru right after it happened and she turned around to come back to see if she could help. She used the winch on her Jeep along with the help from my SIL and nephew and pulled her car out, saving us a wrecker bill. She ended up getting pretty wet but that didn t matter to her, I just want to thank her for helping us out , she didn t have to stop but that s the kind of person she is.Thanks again for all you done!!!!!Joann

Was sold the wrong bulb for my taillight . Due to covid the employee stated they can't help find out which bulb you need. So they look it up and still , wrong bulb. All i needed was someone to tell me which light was out when I pushed my breaks. That's more than 6 ft apart. Customer service isn't like it used to be.

The guys did their best to help everyone as quickly as they could seeing as how they were both busy and there were only two of them. They did good but I think that they need a couple more ppl on their team. Thank you guys.
