Excellent business for elderly women like me who need batteries and windshield wipers and fluids, etc. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They install batteries and wipers and even pour the wiper fluid and end with a wave and "have a nice day and come back if you need further assistance." What more could you ask for.

This Advance location has always been a Go to for my husband for Parts,&myself for Car Cleaning supplies which are comparible to Wal Marts prices.The staff have always been able to find,&get parts for my husband on our older vehicles that the neighboring Auto parts couldnt.Would highly reccomend.

Excellent service sales man was very helpful bought a battery and it was the exact one and the gentleman installed my battery without complaining. I bout the battery on December 24th 2022 in morning hours. It was a older gentleman don't remember his name wish I could he was excellent

Been very helpful both in getting an emergency battery installed after car died at work and got jump-started successfully to get off site and over to the nearest battery store. Also helped recently with a recurring service engine soon light and gave me advice on replacement costs and seriousness of code. Will keep stopping by

Dont remember staff members name, but I went in to buy a new car battery and he lied about which was the cheapest and almost made me buy one that was 3times as much as the one my husband found on the shelf. Everyone else was polite and helpful, except him...

It's getting to the point all retail auto parts stores are worthless. They only carry their house brands and often don't have the higher end version of that. I prefer NAPA but we don't have one in Oak Ridge.

3 stars only because they DO carry some boat detailing / marine products. Service was horrible, in fact, I had to ASK someone to check out. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts, just down the road, a few weeks ago, much better experience! Prices about the same.

I went in, up to the counter, asked for what I was looking for, the pleasant young man told me exactly where to look and I mean EXACTLY.. couldn't miss it. Was very fast, efficient and courteous be visit. I will shop there again.

Ordinarily this is a reasonable store. But In the midst of a significant COVID outbreak in TN, the staff in this Advance Auto Parts were not wearing masks, much less establishing an expectation that customers wear masks, or even respecting the personal space of those customers who come in with a mask. After a brief look for the item I sought, when the maskless employee came and stood right by me in the narrow aisle, I left for another autoparts store. The other parts store I went to had some distance-keeping measures installed, and the staff member donned a mask as I came in. If the stores are not willing to take basic precautions in the interest of customers' health, or train their employees, I suggest going elsewhere.

Extremely bad customer service. Attempted to return a couple of items but the worker wouldn t accept them because they each had a small dent in the packaging. The items were in the original packaging, unopened, in the same condition I bought them. I ll stick to AutoZone from now on.

I went there to get a punch connector for my hvac hoses to charge a car's hvac system was told it fit my hoses but it only fit automotive hoses. Then ask if they had a hose or anything I could rent and was told no have a good day like they didn't even care. Had to go to another for help.
