WORST CAR REPAIR SHOP. That was by far the most unprofessional and horrible experience to get my car fixed at Johnson s. The owner was constantly making excuses as to why he couldn t do a better job, couldn t cooperate with the insurance company, and made many accusations to avoid doing any further work after the repair was complete. He also charged the insurance company for parts and labor that never occurred. Do not bring your car here if you have the choice.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I recently move to Tennessee from Ohio and on the way down hit a blown truck tire on Interstate 65. I called the local Advance Auto Part store and was recommended Johnson's Collision Repair. I took the car to Johnson's for an estimate and the owner drove me and my family home, fixed the entire damage under the wheel well and front spoiler by applying larger washers and bolts and epoxying the damaged plastic parts and liner without ordering new parts. Johnson s saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and was extremely professional and then delivered the car to my house! The same repair at a major dealership could have cost $700/$800 up to a $1000; instead of the $100 I was charged. I highly recommend Jeff Johnson s shop.

I recently ran into a pole in my apartment complex in my brand new Toyota Corolla, only 2 weeks after buying the vehicle. Other repair centers quoted me about $500 to repair what looked like a small job. Although I live in Donelson, a friend recommended Johnson's Collision Center to me, and I made the drive to Nolensville. The owner, Jeff, charged me less than the other repair shops and was able to get it repaired in just a couple of days. My car looks brand new again! I am wary of auto shops in general, but Johnson's, although out of the way, is certainly worth the trip! I hope I don't have to use him again anytime soon, but if I need future body work, I definitely will be back!
