Had flat on trailer on i40 interstate n he had tire laying there gave it to us n 2 bottle water n help us put it on and wouldn't take any money hope God pays him back 10 times overs. He was sure a Blessing

Dennis is a great guy that does great work. I've been to other muffler shop in town and have been screwed. I've never had a single problem with this shop. Dennis has done 3 different vehicles for me and they all turned out great. I will return and never use another shop.

I'm not writing this to be mean but u just gotta learn how to treat peopleI went IN TO HAVE MUFFLER INSTALLED AND I was treated as a child and quoted a price that basically said I don't want your business ok no problem. I then went to west end MUFFLER and was overwhelmed by the customer service I received.

Charged me 550 bucks for a muffler and a used tailpipe. Truck sounds absolutely horrible now. Went in with no exhaust leak. Left with a exhaust leak. Super super super high!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

A little scary looking from the outside because it's an old business. Don't be scared off though as the owner really knows his business and does excellent work.
