I took my car here to get detailed. They vacuumed and cleaned it inside and out. When I got home I noticed there is paint missing from the lift gate in the back. I understand that things happen, but do you think they could have mentioned it to me? It was missing in an 8 x 5 space, so it s not like they didn t know it. I m so disappointed and kind of angry that they couldn t be honest.Service: Auto detailing

No posted work hours. Made appointment for 8:30 store opened 9:15 ish. Got there car seats were actually standing with water. Took 2 days to get them dry. Looked like a hurry up job. Would not recommend. Exterior was fine inside not so much.

Have used Newport Auto Detailing twice for my work van and once for my car. They did a good job cleaning inside and out including washing the carpets. The prices for all three detailings were very reasonable.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

They did a wonderful job. We had spilled bacon grease on the carpet transporting food & they fixed er right up. Just a little pricey is why I didn't give 5 stars.
