Very reasonable. The service was beyond anything that I witnessed in years. The guys came out for a flat tire their was a whole lot more wrong. The guys hopped on it. Very thankful. I am well pleased with the customer service.

These guys come out to the lot at Sonoco products in order to complete inspections & to make repairs to the trailers on site. They are always polite and professional. Timothy is very knowledgeable when it comes to trailer issues. He often goes above what's ask or expected of him & we appreciate all of the hard work that he does while he's here... Thank you Timothy Nic is equally dependable as well.

Due to Google not allowing me to leave a review I'm sending it from my wife's phone, my name is Jassen Garrett and I was put out of service by DOT for a "loose pitman arm" this occurred in the middle of a massive snow storm here in east Tennessee, CTC was very professional and were the only repair facility willing to respond to me in such bad weather, I can't begin to express how greatful I am to Reid and his mechanic, given the circumstances they were very prompt, thank you guys very much

Owners exceeded our expectations. We got stuck on the side on the road, and had to get towed there. The owner made accommodations for us to get on the lot even though we just missed the closing time. They also gave us a ride to and from the hotel. They fixed our vehicle right away. This place is a gem.

Commercial truck center is one of the best by far. Called them showed up in exact time as they promised. Thank you timothy for coming and doing inspection for my trailer. That was fast service. Overall great customer service . I highly recommend commercial truck center if you need quality service with great customer service

I highly recommend Commercial Truck Center. My husband s truck had alternator problems on his way to a delivery. I called and I get a quick response and quick service. It was too late but at the next day first thing in the morning, they quick responded again to me and they were on their way to rescue my husband. It took less than three hours, and everything was done professionally. I am really thankful with the staff for a great service and quick response.

This company is an excellent company to do business work. The are professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I took my coach bus to Freightliner to have something simple done in the computer software and they could not do it after having it for two days. Icalled commercial truck and they told me to bring it out. They fixed it under 15 minutes. I ask Clark Detriot before I found this company and they said they could do it but it would cost almost $500 because of there 2 hour minimum. This is why I like dealing with the smaller shops they treat you like a person and not like a bank account. We will be doing more business with them. Thanks again

I blew my spring bag actuator for my ride height lock on the trailer coming down the gorge on I40. I got off the road and called these guys up. They were very friendly and got out to me within about an hour of my call. I'd recommend them for sure!

They are thieves, they charge me $150.00 dollars just tu change a spare tire. They did the job in less then 30 minutes. I don't recommend you to go to that place. Ever!!!!

My business was extremely blessed to have found these guys as I drove past. My dodge 3500 work truck had unexpected issues Arise that needed immediate attention to get back in the road! I just so happened to drive by going to pick up materials. Walked right in told the person at the front desk what was going on and they were able to work me in their schedule! I am Very blessed to have found these guys! This commercial truck business has excellent service and and very helpful staff! I am very appreciative and highly recommend them!

I m glad to give a Five * review forCOMMERCIAL TRUCK CENTER.I have been to their business a few times and have been greeted promptly and my questions were answered by the person at the desk or by Karen for some of my difficult questions.Each time my truck was repaired and back on the road quickly.I was afraid that the last repair might cost me a thousand dollars or more, but Thankfully it was repaired and I was back in business and working the same day. The repair cost around $229 which was a blessing especially when it could have cost me much more.Times are tough- Thank you CTC

These guys did a fantastic job!!I m traveling around the country in a motorhome and it was time for an oil change, I called Commercial Truck Center and they were able to get me in the next day. Talk about quick service, wow!!Not only were they able to help me with the oil change but they also serviced the transmission (which was due) and rotated my tires. Commercial Truck is an all round service center, very helpful and eager to take care of their customers... very refreshing and appreciated.I highly recommend calling these guys for your truck servicing needs.
