Called practically every tow/wrecker business around. All said 'No' or we were in queue. Waited for 4 hours for AAA, and they said we had another 2 to wait. Called Norton, they came in 30 mins and got us where we needed to go. Thank goodness they are reliable and fast. Wish we called them first tbh. Thank you for being quick and efficient.

Great man he and his team were great and everyone was patient with me and were very helpful and sweet people they were really fast he told me that it would be about 30-45 minutes and It felt like maybe 15 minutes and he was there hopefully I don t have to call them again but if I do have to call for a tow I will absolutely call Norton s thank you all so much for everything

I would highly recommend this company. After midnight, when all other Dandridge towing/wrecker services ignored our repeated calls - in spite of their websites stating they're open 24 hours, Norton's answered our first call and arrived in less than 30 minutes. Norton's Towing did an excellent job at moving my truck from Morristown to New Market. The cost of the move was more than fair. The owner of the company was more than helpful in every way. He went out of his way to make the experience as easy for me as possible.He also offered other services for my vehicle that were needed. If you need a tow or any other services offered by Norton's I would definitely recommend them to you. Very pleasant experience.Service: Car towing

They were on the double about getting out to us, to the benefit of our wallet we got into the vehicle just before they arrived. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and they kindly told us to take care. Even though they were unable to service us you can tell they are professionals.

I locked my keys in my car, gave Norton's a call and they were so quick to help. I could not have asked for better service, by an extremely kind individual. DEFINATLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mr Charlie seems very helpful.His towing company helped my wife out while she was dazed after being in auto accident.He would not release my car till I said so, not insurance company so I can make sure I have everything I needed from my wrecked car.

After being stuck at a gas station a hour away from our cabin for almost 4 hours I found the number for norton's towing online and I am very glad we did. Charlie went above and beyond for my family that night. Once he realized we were stranded there, he called his wife to give us a ride to the nearest hotel and stayed with us until she arrived so we weren't sitting at the gas station alone in the dark. I honestly cant thank him enough for helping us out that night!
