Have tried for two weeks to get an appt to get a transmission swapped. Big Daddy told me to call back which I did twice. He said he would get back to me by end of the day and never did. He seems very uninterested in taking on new customers. Wouldn't recommend him.

Super Helpful, Quick, Great Prices.Called everywhere and nowhere had openings for another week or two. I called Big Daddy s and they were able to fit me in the next day AND gave me a better price than anywhere else around town. Had me in at 8am and they called me at 10:30am saying they were done. Fixed what everywhere else said would be a 3 hour job. Highly Highly Recommend. Great ServiceService: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. After the brakes went out on our f150 we knew who to take it to. Big daddys is amazing, they had our truck back to us in just one day and the price was more than fair. We recommend big daddys above and beyond any other repair shop. Friendly and courteous folks there and very professional. Highly highly recommend them to everyone.

Fast service on an order of arrival basis. Big Daddy and his crew are very competent, get straight to the issue, and fix it quickly. Honestly, this is the best mechanic experience I have had. Highly recommend going here for any issues you might have.

So here goes. I called this shop looking for help with a couple of minor issues with my car. I told " Big Daddy " I had an oil leak and my washer fluid pump was bad. I asked if he did warranty work and his response was NO, Absolutely Not. GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMEONE WHO WILL WORK ON IT. How rude and obnoxious he was to me. Little did he know that I would have been willing to pay cash and had the cash in hand. I am a totally disabled military veteran and this is how we get treated???? I sincerely hope nobody uses this shop for their repair needs.

Was very professional and had excellent customer service skills, also made sure I was in and out in a fast and friendly manner by making sure he had two of his finest mechanics working on my welcome and had me out within minutes..

It costed 220 for a battery installed. Also, as the mechanic started my vehicle the guy at counter stated that the loud noise was the fan hitting fan shroud. I drove my vehicle to work and home. All day, I was looking for fan hitting plastic. So, I took my vehicle to an auto store. The auto store told me that I had a lifter collapse. This visit to garage could of mess up my motor even more!

Took jeep in for a lean code big daddy had stated that it shouldn't be a problem. Well 152$ later check engine light still on just change gas and oil filter had into a jeep dealership 2 weeks prior who does maintenance on my car never mentioned either filters were dirty so I have a check engine light still on and dirty floor mats from their shoes. Total joke asked if he had filters available for me to see he stated in the trash. Save your money move on thanks Brian Kittel

I asked to be quoted the price it would be to fix my A/C and before telling me the price he went ahead and fixed the problem. Well turns out nothing was truly fixed, he just tried to Jerry-rig my compressor clutch and it ended up not working. Not a fan and then he quoted me a price after it not being fixed to replace the compressor. Overall not a good experience.

I've heard several people complain about him doing bad jobs to fix the problem. His prices are higher than they should be and the manager actually cussed a customer who was unsatisfied with his work. Very disappointed.
