Great service; quick and transparent! Thanks to Taylor and his son our family vehicle will be back in good shape for the winter! They were easy to communicate with and also convenient for them to come to us. Service was quick despite replacing all sets of pads and rotors! Recently attempted to use this company. Had good rapport with Taylor (aka Woody) so despite his asking price being higher than a few others, I decided to go with his services for front brakes & rotors. It wasn t more expensive by a lot & I always try to support local entrepreneurs. We set a time for Wednesday. As the time approached, Taylor (aka Woody) called saying he could not actually find the parts at the location he would tried to get the parts from & would be about 30 behind. No problem. Taylor (aka Woody) then calls from the second location & says they didn t have them & wanted to push the time back again. I had plans that evening so we just rescheduled for the following day. The next day he sends Dillon who has parts but gets my car up, pads until he realizes the parts he has does not fit. He goes to find new parts. No problem. Now Dillon can t find the actual size & needs to order the parts. Make the weird statement He can t make the parts appear out of thin air unnecessarily but I shrug it off. Not his fault. Dillon tells me they ll order the parts & get back to me in a day or two. He puts my car back together & leaves. When I drive my car now, the steering is VERY wobbly & doesn t feel right. I ve called several times & left both message to tell them this in attempts to get a date for the repair & to let them know Dillon left an entire rotor in the box in from of my passenger side tire. Had my girlfriend not seen it coming in, I would ve drove over it. Potentially damaging my tires. I have not heard a word from Taylor (aka Woody) or Dillon since. They were extremely responsive until I alerted them of the steering & the rotor. Very disappointing & am almost inclined to seek legal action. We ll see how it goes from here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

I didn t realize how bad my brakes were! I was driving through Nashville when I heard them. I called this brake repair shop. The guy on the phone said they could come out to me! The mechanic came out to me, and replaced my brakes super quick! I can t thank them enough! I was able to get back on the road in less than an hour!

Woody's came to my location to repair my brakes they were very courteous and very efficient. They were though they verified that the work they performed was correct and made sure I understood what they were doing. They had the parts needed to complete the job.They gave me confidence because they did the work at my home and I was not without my vehicle for days at a time as most shops operate. Woody's is great. Needed my front pads and rotors changed out and he came the very next day. Fast service, didn't have to leave home, awesome prices and a great person. I highly recommend using Woody's for all your brake needs. 10/10

WOODYS mobile services came out to me scheduled an appointment conveniently over Facebook messenger very professional dispatcher got me connected with a technician who was also very professional and went above and beyond to help me with a rotor and pad replacement. The prices were reasonable and fair. They also wished me a happy birthday. Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

Taylor came through for me on a front brake pad and rotor replacement on my explorer yesterday. He makes it super easy, the come to you, all you do is relax and they take care of you. Everywhere in Clarksville quoted me high, and even with them coming from Nashville, it was cheaper than anywhere in town. Great product, great service, and a great touch with customers. I ll be putting my people on Woody s mobile brakes from here on out, and I ll be using them again. Thanks again for the great work, I recommend Woody s over anyone in Clarksville or Nashville!

Auto repairs can be overwhelming, but Woodys made it so easy! I got my quote in the morning and it was less than others I'd received! They were able to fit me in for a SAME DAY appointment!! Taylor and Dalton showed up early and ready to assist! They took care of the issue I was having and made sure to educate me about why an additional repair was necessary. They were super quick about completing their work too! If you're in need of mobile brake repair, give Woodys a try. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Truly an amazing guy, friendly and knowlegable. Explains in detail everything he is doing, and is very helpful especially for a person like me who is not faamiliar with what needs to be done. Definitely can trust Woodys and they wont add anything else that is not needed just to get more payment. Honestly is 100% overall i give a 10 being highest. Work was neatly done with care. And all this done at your own home and no waiting time to be serviced. From now on i will always use Woodys for all my vehicle s brakes n rotors need. keep it up guys!!!

Customer Service from the messages, voice calls and in person 10/10. The same tech in the video was the same one that showed up, even with him running late he communicated with me the entire time. He was able to check all my breaks and change what was needed while I was at work. I would absolutely use this service again. The service received matched the price quoted. Messaged on Saturday night for brake/rotor replacement, and Taylor was here on Monday morning to do the job. Finished in just a couple of hours, with pricing that was less than what other businesses had quoted. Can't put a pricetag on the convenience of their service. Will definitely be using Woody's again in the future.

The best experience I ve had dealing with car repairs. Taylor was really sweet and personable. The brake repair was done at my job where he came and diagnosed what was needed. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I will recommend Woodys over and over again! Came to my home & I had much more wrong than I originally thought. On a Friday night they stayed and fixed everything wrong with my breaks,rotors, and calibers although they had originally thought it was just the pads. They went above and beyond if your looking for break services go with them! You won't regret it!!

Done in under an hour. He called before he came, after he inspected my brakes & rotors, and once he was done. The price, you can t beat when you are in the comfort of your home and not waiting at a shop. He fixed a problem I ve had 3 mechanics inspect within 45 minutes.
