We've used this company about 3 times, never had a problem before but then, we didn't have anything major done. Our engine light was on, $149 to diagnose and we're told it needs over $1000 in work to have running smooth. We accepted the quote, waited a day, picked it up this morning and within 5 miles and 3 hours later light is back on. Of course it's 330pm on Fri so they won't check codes and we have to wait until Mon. Will give you update then. We had code checked over weekend and it said a different fuel injector... computer must have needed time to catch up, engine light is out. They replaced all 6 injectors and replaced drive belt so hopefully we're good for a few more years. We have trusted these guys now with both cars so we're happy.

Absolutely love the team here. Nina was very punctual and examined everything in great detail. They photograph everything as soon as your car comes in and actually show you what's going on with your car. A front to back basic inspection is standard with even an oil change for no extra charge. Highly recommend

I took My Car in for Oil Change check what was going on with My Car, They found out what was Wrong, and Fixed What I could Afford and will next Payday, get My Tires and some other Work done. Because it was going to Take 5 hours or so, They Uber Me Home, which as a 70 Y.O. was very Nice and They, did some other thing and Their Oil Change is Only $39.00 plus Tax for Synthetic oil, which is Wonderful. They were very Nice and Helpful. Would Highly Recommend Them.

I cannot speak highly enough about Wilson Tire and Auto. We have taken three of our cars there. They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. But best of all, they are cognizant of repair costs and when a lot of repairs are necessary, they are very helpful prioritizing the work, providing timelines that comply with your safety AND your wallet. They have never suggested work that is not necessary. They even invited us into the shop and showed us things that needed to be done, and why, while the car was on the hoist so we could fully understand the priority recommendations of the work to be done. They provide paperwork to confirm both estimates, work agreed upon and completed.We bought a car from a Nashville company that turned out to be a lemon. It was an awful experience. A few days after our purchase the car stopped running. We had it towed to Wilson where trustworthy mechanics inspected it and suggested some repairs. The guys there suggested a low cost idea of what might help us out. They clearly explained the idea might not work. When that "fix" failed. We asked for other options, dreading what we believed were going to be high costs. We were told that the timing belt was broken and we needed a new engine. They priced out the cost of a new engine and told us they didn't think we should put the money into the car. They valued the car and the replacement engine and labor costs for us and took time explaining why they, in good faith, could not suggest that repair. Have you ever heard of a mechanic being that considerate? I never had until Wilson. They also provided documentation as to their findings in the event we needed to get lawyers involved regarding our purchase of a car that failed to run less than a week after purchase.Wilson is very dependable. Very trustworthy. Very fast with little waiting. And their staff, from Nina in the front office, to every one of their mechanics, is kind, patient and informative. I often get treated by repair shop personnel like being female I am unable to understand car repairs. Wilson is not one of those shops. The mechanics there talked to me so I could understand and showed me on my car what they were talking about that needed repair, and why.Wilson Tire and Auto is great. I strongly urge everyone to bring their cars in need of service to them. From routine things like tire rotations, oil changes or tire purchases to more extensive engine repairs, you can trust their expertise and their business moral compass.

This was my second time using Wilson's. This time I brought my truck in hardly running. They were able to diagnose the problem very efficiently and keep me informed through the process. I was back in my truck within a few short days. They were very easy to work with and I will bring my vehicles here in the future. I highly recommend using Wilson's Tire & Auto.

Needed a car fixed quickly. Same day I dropped it off they looked at the whole car and had a quote to me by mid day. Was fixed the next business day. All very friendly and prices very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience at Wilson Auto & Tire! I brought my 2017 Honda in. The diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and got it fixed. They really take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

The professionalism of the staff and the clean environment is second to none. They invite you to see underneath the car and show you the problems. Very understanding and friendly not only did they explan the problem but they provide a priority list of my repairs to be done and worked with my budget.

I arrived with my vehicle running with no issue. After two weeks and them using their programmer vendor my car no longer starts after having it home for 3 hours and they say there s nothing they can do but have been paid through my warranty. WILL NEVER go back!

I liked that the company was a small local business. I thought they would have decent pricing but I was wrong. Front desk staff was very rude. Tried to mark up the cost of labor and say the job took way longer to make more money. I will not be back.

By far the best mechanic experience I ve ever had. They were informative, honest, quick, efficient and extremely well priced. A mechanic was at my car to greet me and grab my keys before I had even turned the car off. They didn t come up with multiple repairs that needed to be done right away. 5 star experience and will be back

I brought my vehicle to Wilson for strut replacement. Having the parts on hand myself I confirmed they could and would mount them to the existing springs and they set me up with an appointment.First appointment was timely and I had the car back quickly. The problem was it was sitting higher than before. The tech said it only needed to settle but upon further inspection the spring perch was put on upsidedown on the passenger side causing the vehicle to sit higher. The owner had me bring it back after the long weekend to be fixed for free.Second attempt was also done in a timely manner but again was wrong. The shock was installed with either parts missing or in the wrong place. The boot cover fell down and the upper bolt was not secured tight. (Pic attached) The mechanic explained that while trying to fix the first mistake the plastic washer that holds the boot up broke but he deemed it not necessary to replace or even tell me about. As for the bolt on the top I was told the nut is only a one time use that s why it didn t go on well. I m not sure if that s the case as I feel like it s actually just cross threaded. Either way it s now stuck.Overall I didn t want to leave a bad review but this kind of work is unacceptable. It really sounds like they knew they still screwed it up the second time but deemed it good enough without any mention to me of the trouble they encountered. I did receive a refund for the one side they failed to install but cannot be refunded for the brand new parts that are likely broken due to carelessness, as I did not buy them through their shop.I now need to pay someone to uninstall their mistakes, reinstall it correctly, and likely replace parts lost/broken along the way at Wilson.I won t be back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

Went in for an oil change and the lady at the front desk was so rude. First of all, all I wanted was a simple oil change I didn t ask for a full inspection because that will take extra time and I have been here before and was given paperwork about needed repairs. The oil change too over an hour and very rude customer service at front desk. Don t recommend and won t be back.

I traveled to Nashville from out of town for a conference and needed to have my punctured/flat tire repaired or replaced. This shop took my reservation ahead of time so I didn't have to waste valuable work/conference meeting time -- and got the tire fixed quickly while I waited during my appointment time. I made it safely back to my conference and then back home a day later. Would recommend this shop anytime -- esp. if you are in a pinch and need help right away. Terrific experience!Service: Tires

This place is honest, dependable, and has excellent communication. Everytime I ve taken my jeep here they ve gotten back to me on what s wrong and how quickly they can fix it within hours. They are professional and trustworthy, which is hard to find in the car industry. I ve been to over 6 different auto shops around nashville/Bellevue/Franklin, but now I ll never go anywhere else!

On the drive up to Nashville from Miami, my tire lost pressure. I went here to see if they can help me and they were amazing. They understood that we were there on vacation and that time was important. They were quick, professional and educational. If I could give them 10 stars I would !

The crew at Wilson does a great job and is great with their communication and service. Javier and Brian took great care of my car and kept me on the loop the entire way. I love that they do their P1-P3 system to let you know what they think should be done now and should be done in the (near) future after an inspection. Cannot say enough good things about them! I bought a whole new set of tires and they texted me the next week just checking in to make sure everything was working okay. My tire blew out and had it towed to them. They fixed my tire, topped off all my fluids, and didn't charge me. They are so sweet and never try to upsell! Love love love them!!

You will get what you pay for at this establishment. I called regarding a turbo issue with my Chevrolet Sedan and received a same-day quote. The job that was conducted on my vehicle was quite pricey, but I received a fair discount/negotiation. The parts were not received by the auto repair shop in the timeframe that was initially discussed, however, due to this mishap, Wilson's provided me with a credit for a rental car! You can't get any better than that! Lastly, once you pick up your vehicle they go over a breakdown of things that were wrong with your car and they provide pictures as well which is very helpful! I will continue to conduct business with this establishment because they are reliable and professional! Thanks for all of your help Brian, it was greatly appreciated.

Landed here because I needed a battery replaced asap, and they were close and recommended by a reputable parts store nearby. Kinda shocked at how good the experience was. Javier (shop manager) is really good at his job and actually likes dealing with customers. Owner and crew were friendly and professional, as well as efficient and thorough. Shop is well taken care of. I also like supporting local small businesses, so this was a win all the way around. Again, what a find.

The guys here were nice friendly. However this was and will be my only time getting an oil change there never have I ever had an issue with my suv after getting an oil change and well I'm from Georgia and really needed to get an oil change since I wouldn't be back home for a few weeks I like to keep my vehicle serviced on time. However the very next day my vehicle started make horrible noise and acting up. The only thing different was there oil in my vehicle. Other than that they were very nice.

Came from Ohio to Nashville for 2 days and got 2 miles away and brakes started grinding. They were able to fit me in and get me back on the road. I broke down just down the street from Wilson Auto. It was late and I managed to leave my car in their parking lot so they could take a look at it in the morning. I am from South Dakota and I was worried about getting home. They were professional and complete with the repair and diagnosis (which I knew was the starter). They had the starter part and repair done by the end of the day which I was thankful for! Being the brother of a mechanic and understanding the costs which were fair and reasonable made this experience top notch. I came here from out of state, on vacation, with a scary suspension issue. They, unlike other places locally, told me they could see me same day. Already a good start. Soon, they diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and installed them. On the test ride they discovered a smaller part of the bigger problem causing noise, so they made sure they found that and fixed it as well. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and care provided to me and my vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this place from the owner, manager, and mechanics who all explained to me step by step this process.If I lived in Nashville this would be my auto shop, hands down.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They just did the oil which I appreciate. But tires need rotation. I noticed this because my tires were marked. I recommend going down the street to THE TIRE SHOP on Murfreesboro road they will set you straight if you ask. Plus they are open on Saturdays.
