To start off it took them 45 minutes to change a tire. There were 7 employees only one actually working. Finally get my tire changed to find out they stripped all my lugs and replaced them with ones the wrong size . Never again

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.My husband had a horrible service. They almost put the wrong oil in my car! And they only had one tech who was over an hour late. It took two hours for an oil change!! Also the tech who finally did come to do the service left oil boot marks all over my floor mat. When we went to tell him about it he said there was nothing he could do about it!!Also the card machine was down and we had to check out at self service.DO NOT EVEN attempt to get a service here.

Brought our car in for a tire repair at 12:50 pm. It s now 3 pm and they just brought it in for service and this is after asking us which car was even OURS. They straight up forgot about us. Never again.

DO NOT USE THEM. This is a terrible auto care center and because they haven t had techs working in 2 months, should be closed ASAP. My roommate ordered 8 tires. 4 for my vehicle, 4 for her vehicle. They were the exact same tires going on the exact same vehicle. She ordered online and Walmart allowed to her make an appointment to get them put on for a Saturday afternoon. They called that morning and said they have no techs to do the tires but we could come in at any point Sunday. The voicemail said they open at 8:00, so anytime after that, they could do our tires. Got my neighbors to help me get both cars there to get the tires installed on Sunday, as my roommate was getting on a flight. Showed up and no one was at the counter. When the lady came to assist, she stated that they didn t know if there would be techs to do the tires. Apparently their tech at 8:00 called out and she was waiting to see if the 10:00 would come in. I asked if I could leave the vehicles since we were already there. She said she couldn t touch the vehicles without the techs there. I said, that s fine and she added that she couldn t even hold the keys. When we went to the front of the store to talk to a manager about the situation, she stated that they haven t had techs working in 2 months. Needless to say, we took the tires and found a shop down the road who were kind enough to get them installed right then.

I originally went to a different walmart location and they were not able to help me so i tried this location and Myron was wonderful. He got me in got my tire fixed and got me out within 30 minutes. He was also training a new hire and he was explaining services to myself and the trainee at the same time. I watched him multi task helping several people at one time. If a tire center knows they have staffing issues why let them buy tires and schedule appointment online when no one is going to be there. I got there at 6:55am by 7:05am no one. I went to customer service that took another 30mins to find someone which ultimately turned out to be an employee that walked in the door 5mins ago when there were multiple employees walking around. In the end Misty was very helpful and I took my tires elsewhere. Did you know that most tire shops won't put on tires from other places? This particular Walmart needs to just shut the autocare center down. The only reason for the one star is Misty.

Made appointment a week in advance for tire replacement. Recieved several email appointment confimations showed up and they were closed. No one in the store knew why and just kept passing me along . Do not go here it is full of crackheads. I am not even kidding when I say I believe they went and hired homeless people with zero experience to work here. The lady Laura at the counter was full of hatred and racism. Must ve not of got her fix that day

There was no one there for my appointment time to put on my new tires at 7:00 AM. Walmart put Douglas tires on my car after I paid for Michelin. They stripped my tire my tire bolt and said they did not fix that type of problem. They sent me to Pep boys to be charged $103. Walmart did reimburse me. I spent 7 hrs dealing with this issue. Ruined my whole planned day. That's all.

I took my work van here a few weeks ago and the customer service at this location was amazing. Adrienne was helpful with all my questions and made sure I had the right service done due to a leaking tire. Myron took care of the service, which ended up taking a little longer than anticipated so I received a free oil change along with my tire service. The manager Keith also made sure to come and talk to me about the service because he was made aware by Adrienne that it took a while and gave me an extra discount. I have always taken my van to Walmart for service and this was by far the best experience even considering the wait. They definitely take care of you here and they deserve to be recognized.

Went about a year ago and had to wait for 1 to be charge because an employee took upon themselves to take a break with nobody at the register. Went today for oil change, they are suppose to open at 7, but wasn t open for an oil change. Never going there again.

We were in a bind and thought we'd try our luck on purchasing a tire to take to Chattanooga on a Friday evening after the Chattanooga Walmart Auto Center location refused to help our daughter with a flat. My husband was trying to buy all sorts of extra stuff and they team was knowledgeable and recommended only what was really needed. From the manager to the sales associates, this is what I would expect of a professional auto shop, and we found it at Walmart. They could probably train the other store on customer service.

Fair prices with quick and quality maintenance work. Maintenance techs are super cool and knowledgeable.. The lady who runs the counter on the weekend is very sweet and attentive.

I had some time to kill so I left the hospital from across the street to get a tire rotation. The girl changing the tires around says she cannot get the Lugnuts off and she only done one side. My car drove absolutely fine before driving in there driving out it rides like a road wagon. Shaking everywhere. When I got home I literally took the tire off with handtools. Adrienne at the front desk was an absolute blessing. She is very kind and patient. The wait was long but it was busy and I understand. People were complaining to her left and right and she managed to keep a smile on her face. We need more people like her in this world and I hope She gets treated by the company like she deserves. Also the job was thoroughly done. Oil was changed and tires were aired up and fluids topped off without me even asking. Thank you.

Bait-and-switch oil change.Went to get oil change and wanted pit crew low price.When they were done( 1 1/2 hours later) lady said 42.88.I said I didn't want the highest wanted the lowest.She went right to we can drain it out, hey how about maybe you made a mistake or let me see what I can do to solve this problem. Very rude.She said more stuff to me.It's really not the money it's the way I was treated.

Went to take advantage of BLACK FRIDAY TIRE SALE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Appointment made to get set of tires installed! The Automotive Center was not scheduled to open until 8 AM, but I went early in case there was a line. Since I was there they took care of me and got me back home before 8 AM! Looking forward to my appointment!!!

Do not use them! I went yesterday to get an oil change and they broke my brake line while changing the oil filter! So now my truck has no brakes and they would not claim responsibility. Funny how my truck ran perfectly up until it came out for its oil change then suddenly I have.nmy brake pedal went down to the floor terrible service which is going to cost me a lot to repair also could have gotten me killed. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Unbelievably slow service. I arrived around 6:30 AM. They were supposed to open at 7:00 AM. But aside from the service manager, the rest of the staff didn't bother to get there until maybe 8:30-ish? When they finally did show up they were meandering slowly around like they didn't have a care in the world. I wish I could show video of the speed at which these people moved. I've seen funeral processions with more pep than these folks. I saw one guy playing a game on his phone. Unbelievable. No hustle at all. Granted there were three people in front of me in line. But my car didn't even get pulled into the garage until around 10:15. I thought great! FINALLY! Here we go. It's going to get done and I can get out of here.NOPE!!They continued meandering around. Actually not even meandering. Literally standing around. And I do mean literally standing in place doing nothing. Finally at 10:45 they started working on it. At one point they told me that the tire wasn't going to come off so he couldn't change that one. I asked him if he had tried to manually loosen it. He said he had not but he would try that. But then told me he couldn't find the tool to do that. So I actually found it FOR him. It was sitting right there. I was finally out of there around 11:45. So it took him an hour to change two tires.At one point I heard a manager explaining to someone over the phone why it was taking so long to get their vehicle done. All of the excuses were complete BS since I was waiting there watching how slow and inept everyone was.I most definitely will not be coming here again.

I went to get an oil change and they told me an hour and a half. I waited two hours walking around the store (because they don't have a waiting room) and then I came back to check up and they said the oil drain plug I have isn't stock so they can't do it and they won't sell me a new one to put it in. I asked why it took them two hours to tell me that and they said the typical answer of "I don't know".

The WORST SERVICE!!!! I was there three hours only to have to leave because of the slow service. I had five cars in front of me and when I left still had 3 cars on front of me. The attendants moved slowly and no one but the cashier seemed to want to help you. I went down the road fo A-1 tire shop and got the same tire for 52 dollars less. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Go anywhere else but here unless you want to wait hours. I was second in line. They told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later, I was told I would have to wait another 35 minutes. That was after I saw the guy that was after the guy who was supposed to work on it wondered around the store and decided to quit chatting with his Co workers about how awesome some guys truck is. He had the audacity to lie and say he was needed at the counter when I had heard everything that was said. There were other workers at the counter. He was definitely not needed.

I would nt give this one star if I could simply because, the customer service is terrible. They told me that there was an hour to two hour wait on oil changes so I was okay with that. I went grocery shopping an even played around a bit And came back and was told I would have to wait two hours or maybe even three for a oil change. They need more workers or something because this won t work. And was given an attitude when I told him I had already been waiting for two hours. I work hard for my money and I wasted my time an even took off work for bs. I wouldn t waste my time if I was you.

Best department in the entire store!!! The clerk Glenda was very friendly, Myron and Jordan the guy that did the tires as well. Service was quick, but I was first one there when they opened. Great service and tires from Walmart. Com came very fast.

I brought my son to Nashville from Mn, and I got a flat so I brought my van to this Wal-Mart for replacement at 9:30 am. The guy at the register was really rude, he didn't tell me abput how long it would be, or anything. So I went outside so I could talk to a mechanic and I asked him about how long it would be, and he sounded really rude also, said he really didn't know. I wanted to make sure they knew the tire that needed replacing was in the back hatch, and not to put it on the rusted spare. Plus my son needed to be picked up back at the motel by 11. They're not at all them smiling friendly faces they show on tv.

This Walmart automotive service center is so much better since they finally fired the service manager Kevin. He was a major problem and didn't like working in an urban areas and made it extremely obvious. Now it's a much more pleasant place to get an oil change plus tire services.

I walked into this Walmart just to grab a few things, I noticed that the oil change area looked a little slow so I walked up to the counter, and asked what was the wait time, they said there was no wait. So I said great I will go get my car and bring it around back, and the whole 2 or 3 minutes that it took me to get my car and come around the back turned into an hour and a 1/2 wait.

I dropped my car off at 5 thinking it would be done quick since I was the only car there. 7 o clock rolls around and still no call and now they're closed! I go to customer service to get my keys and no one knows where the keys are but one guy. When that guy just so happens to walk by, they explain to him what happen and asked him where the keys were stored. He says well I'm off the clock in which I replied, well punch back in the clock and grab my keys. Moral of the story is go to jiffy Lube.
