The best experience. I bought 4 new tires and asked to replace them with 100, they told me it would be ready in 5 hours. I ordered an Uber and drove as a lady. After 40 minutes they called me and said that they could not replace the front cylinders because they were tightly screwed on, so I asked to at least replace the rear ones. 10 minutes later they called me and said that they could only replace 1 rear balloon. I arrived and picked up all 4 cylinders and went to the workshop across the road where I change all 4 tires around 10 minutes. Thank you for good job.

When it comes to price, you cannot BEAT the WalMart Automotive section for pricing on tires and automotive accessories. I priced the same tires at 5 local stores and WalMart was at least $30 cheaper on the tire and the installation in every case.However, like all things WalMart, your overall experience will be determined by the individual who is working and is helping you. Unfortunately, many of the staff members really would rather be anywhere than with a customer when they are charged with assisting you.I recently purchased two (2) tires from this WalMart auto center. I was originally helped by John who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. However, the store was extremely busy and there was a 4+ hour wait on tire installation so I decided to return at a later time that day. Unfortunately, John was already gone for the day but fortunately, Cory the department manager was present and I was helped. Cory was busy fixing problems of other staff members after I was helped and I eventually was able to get one tire replaced but was told my lug nuts were to tight and they could not remove them to replace the other tire and would have to go elsewhere.I went home and was easily able to remove the lug nuts in questions with a very simple car lug wrench and no resistance. So, decided to return the next day and get the other tire replaced since they had the best prices.On night two of my return there was no manager on duty and it took almost 20 minutes and a visit to the front service desk with calls over the intercom to get anyone to come to the automotive counter. After all, it was 5:40 PM with no cars in the bay and they do close at 7:00 PM. Once I did get help it was VERY obvious I was really impeding upon their time but eventually I was able to get them to agree to replace the tire.So, they replaced the tire which turned out to be $22.78 more than than the previous night for the same tire and service but nobody could tell me why the variance. This was learned after the installation. Also, apparently my TPMS sensor was bad and was discarded during the install so that is another $200 dealer only item I need to buy since they didn't keep the old sensor.Also, apparently in asking for an oil change it was determined that the oil reservoir plug was cross threaded and could not be threaded so I could not get it done. However, a trip to Valvoline the next evening they never reported any issue and changed the oil with no problem or reports of issue.I also learned that if you contact WalMart Customer Service for an issue I was told that they only take complaints and offer refunds to customers but are powerless to actually help or do anything to resolve an issue. I was not looking for a refund so that was useless.The tires were name brand and good and I have not had any issues. They just need to hire better people who actually don't resent being at work and having to do anything.

I brought my car here for oil change on 12/31/2023 at 3pm with an appointment. They checked-in my car, kept me waiting for 50 mins. Theb they said they do not have a specific tool to make my VW s oil change. AFTER 50 MINS WAITING. The worst part is they did not even apologize. The demeanor they had literally we dont give a F . Never ever gonna come walmart auto care again.

I took the day off work for my appointment that I stressed needed to be done ASAP and I was called the day of and told "yeah some people called out so we're just gonna cancel."Unprofessional, now I see why everyone goes to Discount Tires.

I stopped by to get My car's battery replaced. I asked for help selecting the correct battery. Randy, the representative that helped me pulled out a book and looked up the correct battery. Since we are used to computers, I was not expecting for him to use a book. We walked outside to get my car's VIN number and mileage, during our small walk we had a short conversation. Randy was very professional and polite.

My very first time at the 7044 Charlotte Pike service center (months ago) the service was commendable so I went back.This time I experienced unkind, rude customer service from different team members, including ignorance and apathy from two members of the supervising team.I hope things change for the better. The tech, Corey, showed better customer service, humility and empathy than both the team lead and manager combined! The supervisory team, especially, seems to need more training in customer service, how to work as a team, and how to deal with grievances raised by customers. If the leaders can't get it right, what happens with the team? Customers are why Walmart is successful so we should be treated as valuable and as people.

I went in for an appointment at 7am. I got to the counter and the person working there said that I couldn't have any service done until two people were there to wait 20 more minutes to which I waited 40 wondering around bored from place to place. Came back and there were two to which I was no informed oh hey none of us knows how to work a cash register that I should go to another Walmart or find someone else who can do it because they had no training.

The worst customer service here. Think before you come here for any tire service. They make an excuse for you to just walk away with someBlant excuses. I came here for about 2 times for just scheduling my appointment. After successful appointment for second time when they say you need to wait for 4 hours. I went ahead to wait and here come an excuse- after half an hour they make an excuse that they can t install the tire.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Didn't tell me they had none of the cheaper oil until I was already in the bay..feel like I just got scammed..there are other better auto centers that are fair and not thieves..use them instead avoid thus on like the plague.

Truly awful. The worst. They had me wait 2 hours only to tell me they didn't have the part I needed in stock. Which could have been checked at any time

Nice people, but rarely has help to stay open & doesn't honor the hours they have posted as far as staying open in the automotive shop. Unfortunately they rarely answer their phones the afternoon & a lot of us have noticed that with other departments as far as not answering phones in the afternoon/evenings except for the pharmacy department. Would be great to see that improve as I would like to be able to support their local business more if it weren't for those issues.

Tried to get a new tire, but was turned away because the mechanic was about to go to lunch. He told me to come back in an hour, and that he couldn t accept my car now, because it would hurt his numbers/metrics if it sat for an extra hour. When I told him I wasn t willing to wait or make another trip back, he told me I could go somewhere else for service. Unacceptable customer service and complete waste of time.

They just need to get rid of the auto care department. It is really no need for them at all, they turn you away when it s no where near closing time and the staff especially the manager over the department is very unprofessional and rude. They are not knowledgeable about anything dealing with cars. I understand this place is cheaper and convenient but just pay the extra money and go to real professionals. Store 00688 do better!

Marcus was amazing, super helpful, I called earlier and voiced my fears because I'd gone to discount tires and they completely ignored me and tried to tell me what I needed. Granted I didn't really like the fact that if my car has the ability to be all wheel drive I have to buy 4 tires for them to touch my car regardless of whether I actually do drive it like that or not, but that's a Walmart policy issue not anybody who works there's fault. If you need someone to help who cares about people ask for Marcus all day.

I dropped off my vehicle there for oil change. Oh yeah, the price is unbeatable. I wish folks there would tell me that my car had very bad oil leak. I would still go somewhere else next time, maybe Valvoline. I prefer somewhere the technicians will talk to me about the condition of the vehicle.

I have tires through Walmart. However when I call they swear it will happen fast yet you're waiting all day for someone who apparently is not capable of working on your car as they are new with out any knowledge of what they're doing. This is what they told me after I was there waiting for 3 hrs at this point to have 2 flats fixed.. they are kids learning with out school or any idea of cars. So if you want your car to have better care. You might want to go somewhere else. Sad, I really had high hopes as the Walmart where I use to live was really great with such knowledgeable people that worked there.

I got oil changed and next day car broke down, I was wrong but at 1st thought it was something they did, I called and was treated so nicely, instantly told to get tire truck of my choice to tow car there and they'd pay for it and check my car and take care of me. After call I found out it wasn't anything related to them or oil so just got car towed to shop to b fixed and called back to tell them and was told that I could still get them to check it to b sure if I wanted. So very nice! And my oil change was great too

There is a $17/tire mounting fee that is not on the board of tires services, nor is it included in the quote for tires. The lady who told me she quotes it lied.

Showed up at 8:30 to get my oil changed was told the service center did not open until 9:00am . Your web site says 8am.

I needed 1 tire replaced. They turned me away before 6:00 because they were "too busy" (they close at 7). I asked if I could just leave the wheel and tire and pick it up the next day but they apparently can't do that. I should add that they made me wait over 30 minutes before they even spoke to me because they had to fill out something on the front desk computer.. Poor customer service in general. One star.

Best place for a full synthetic oil change. You will pay almost double or more anywhere else. Never have to wait very long and you can always squeeze in some shopping to pass the time.

Kris, the supposed service manager, felt the need to refuse me service because I did not have a mask. All while HIS MASK WAS COMPLETELY OFF. I went and got one, put it in my hand, and he served me while on his phone making personal calls and snapchats. This behavior is not only sad but a terrible look for a service center. I go here all the time for tires and have never had a problem until now.

I did not actually get tires from here, not for lack of trying though. The woman behind the desk was very rude and unknowable. I wanted a price first, but she was unable to look up my truck and tell me what I needed. I am not sure why an auto department would not have the ability to look up a vehicle with year make model engine size and trim package, but that is apparently the case here. Then you get treated rudely for not knowing. I cannot see myself going back.

I get my oil changed and batteries replaced here. Prices are ok. Usually a wait though. Which isn't a problem to me since I can shop here, or I can walk to the front of the store where there's a Subway sub shop where I can wait at. I've had no issues with the work that they do.

3 mechanics on duty, but two went to lunch at the same time. What should have been 20 minutes turned into 2 hours. The vehicles ahead of me were 2 oil changes and 2 tire changes. The "reason" for the delay was that an engine had a large capacity and they don't have a pump drain the oil.
