Everyone here chipped in to help change my headlights. I m usually charged way more anywhere else because for my car they gotta take off the bumper but they found a way around it. 5 stars, definitely coming back and everyone in this area should too. Super nice and love seeing woman working in auto!

honestly some of the nicest folks in the business. always helpful and timely. Hannah and Naomi went above and beyond for me. my bumper fully fell off my car and they took time out of their busy days to help reattach it, something they fully didn t have to do, but did any ways. i m really grateful for for the folks here and feel so care for every time I come in! Shout out to Naomi and Hannah though! Kindest souls, greatest workers!! :)

This is easily the worst experience I've ever had getting this Sprinter van serviced. I'm about to embark on a 1700 mile trip from Nashville to Nogales Arizona and at this point I have so little confidence in the service that was just done to my van I don't even think I'll make it.To begin with they weren't even going to put the right oil in this vehicle. Diesel Sprinter vans require a very specific type of oil - which Valvoline makes - to prevent some ridiculously expensive damage to the diesel emission system. The people here despite claiming they all drove European cars had no clue what oil was supposed to go in this vehicle. After educating them on that and letting them find the right oil, they proceeded with the work.As I'm sitting in the van with No airflow in 95 heat + humidity for 45 minutes I come to realize that nobody's working on it. I start watching and come to the realization that they're having difficulty with the oil filter housing cap. I watch as they try several more tools to try to remove the oil filter cap growing more and more alarmed. Because as I know, if they damage this piece I won't be able to make this trip at all. Finally they get a broken loose. They complete the service - it's now been an hour and nobody has said a word to me - somebody pulls out the dipstick and shows me that the oil is full. They did not wipe off the dipstick. They also had difficulty locating my oil cap. How they don't have a procedure to put the oil cap in the same place for every service I have no idea, I used to run a shop myself and there's always a standard operating procedure of where to put the oil cap. Anyway, the normal procedure also is to have the engine started and run for a few moments to fill the oil filter with oil which they did have me do, but this also pushes oil up the dipstick tube. With nobody wiping off the dipstick tube, of course it looked full. I checked the gauge on my dash and it showed about a quart low on oil. I exited my vehicle and checked the oil for myself and sure enough it was low. I removed the oil cap and found the oil cap full of dirt. There's also oil spilled all over inside my engine bay around the oil fill tube.At this point I have them fill the oil level properly, clean off the inside of the oil cap, and the rest of the mess I'll just take care of when I have time. I pulled out of the bay to let the van run for a few minutes and make sure that nothing explodes before I leave. This is a $200 oil change. For that $200 and that's taking them about 1:20-30 minutes all together (My receipt is timed at 1:58 p.m. as when I paid, I'm pulling out of the bay at 2:45 p.m.), with no communication, trying to use the wrong oil, having an enormous difficulty without informing me of a word, and replacing the oil cap after it had been falling or misplaced God knows where full of dirt. Professionalism can be found, but not here. I am enormously, tremendously disappointed. I'm copying this letter and forwarding it to their corporate office along with pictures.

Awful. Was there an hour and a half but didn t even mind that so much. I was next in line behind the right bay door and the cars in front of me were having issues, I guess. Finally, a guy came out and told me that the car in the left bay lane was gonna go in and asked me to go in behind it. I had to turn my car almost 70 degrees to the left, and then straighten it out. Well, I hit the right side of my car on their retaining poll. I don t blame them for that but it s a maneuver that s difficult . But then this guy starts screaming at me after I hit the wall, screaming, Stop! You watch me! You watch me guide you He kept telling me to turn my wheel and kept yelling STOP! and just got extremely angry. Then I was inside the bay for an hour getting an oil change. Just terrible customer service.

Best service anywhere. I always get fast, complete oil changes. Chris once alerted me to my tire that was hanging on by a thread. I was able to get a new tire immediately thereby avoiding disaster. I recently pulled up and asked for air for my front two tires and Manny ushered me in like it was his lucky day. What professionalism and good hearted staff.

Had my oil change and brought it back two weeks later with a leak. They said I did not bring it back and called me a lier. They refuse my claim and I will never go there again. Watch out for this oil change location They are dishonest and don't trust them. If you go there makesure that you get names and if you bring it back get name of tec. and makesure they scan you into system. They can not be trusted.

I took my low miles Audi Q3 to this location for an oil change. The car was in perfect working condition, is always garaged and maintained to manufacturers specs. The technicians killed the battery when they plugged into the car's computer. When attempting to jump start the car the technician fried the MMI computer. After speaking with the store manager (Alex Gonzalez) he informed me to let his team diagnose the problem before getting an estimate at a mechanic. After Valvoline was not able to fix the problem, I was instructed by Alex to take the vehicle into a mechanic of my choice and Valvoline would take care of the issue. Once presented with the estimate to fix, Valvoline denied the claim and stated they did not cause the issue to the vehicle. Their position was "You can't prove that we did this". Pretty weak defense and certainly not customer friendly.Emails, Phone Calls, Registered Letters all have been ignored by local management and Headquarters. It's incredibly frustrating when a large organization like Valvoline refuses to accept responsibility for their actions.I have been forced to reach out to Valvoline's legal team, but will not be surprised if I'm ignored once again.Save your time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Regular oil change is around $42 - $45 with synthetic running around $80. Yes, my whole experience took about 15 minutes and I never left my car but the prices seem a little steep for me. The staff were very hard working and fast paced. You usually can find some $10 off coupons online.

Incompetent workers didn't put my engine splash shield back on properly, the piece that gives access to the oil filter/drain. They did NOT place all the bolts back so my panel was dragging on the road and is now damaged. Ridiculous. Avoid this place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Traveling from Ohio on a vacation. Check engine light came on and we looked up places to go. Found this place nearby. A technician named Steven helped us, he erased the light and told us what the problem was. He also topped off all our fluids. All for no charge!! He was very polite, professional and honest about not needing an oil change yet. Highly recommend this place. All happened an hour before closing. It also was very hot out!

Really horrible communication amongst their team owners. They had drained the oil in my car unbeknownst to other team members and then were going to ask me to start the engine and pull forward without new oil (to allow for them to service another vehicle). Good thing I caught them and let them know. Very poor experience

After recieving an oil change, we came back for a coolant top off and tire pressure check. Kyle topped off my coolant and filled up my tires with the correct pressure of air. He was respectful and very helpful and for free, after I only paid for my oil changed a month ago. God bless Kyle and Valvoline for valuing their customers. We really appreciate it! Kyle deserves a raise!!! Thank you Kyle. God bless.

I've never had an oil change take so long. They were all really sweet, but I waited for over an hour to have an oil change done. There were plenty of people standing around, so I don't think it was an understaffing issue. I definitely won't be going back, although they did an okay job (from what I can tell!)

I went to another Valvoline to get an oil change while in Nashville, unfortunately they could not take my filter off they informed me that the previous place I went to had put the filter on too tight. All 5 employees and staff weren't able to remove it.I normally stick with one place for my oil changes but for convenience I wanted to get it changed in Nashville also I was trying to utilize a Groupon.Upon leaving this particular location I called the original location in Clarksville where I always get my oil changes.I asked to speak to Mrs. June who is the manager and she wasn't available I spoke with the shift manager and explain to him the situation from the other Valvoline that I was at he said yes ma'am I do apologize about that he said we did have some employees who were putting the filters on extremely tight and have been reprimanded, terminated as you said not the first that's mentioned this. But if you come we will definitely make it right and provide you a discount for the inconvenience.I went to get my oil changed as normal,Miss June was there and fortunately they were able to get it off (within a few seconds) and my oil was changed the staff members are knowledgeable quick and fast.Miss June is really the sweetest down-to-earth reasonable that I, have ever met. I will continue to go here to get my oil changed.

Brought in a 1999 Toyota 4Runner today which I have not driven very much in the last six months. The store manager today looked at my oil and mileage and, even though I was past the due date for an oil change, he advised, sir, you really don t need an oil change. This MaxLife oil is in great shape. Why don t you come back in another 1000 or 2000 miles.

Fast service, upbeat team, and very informative on other things you did not know your car needed and they have no problem printing out a report so you can decide in the future how you want to care or those potential car problems.

I have used this business's services several times. When they are fully staffed, things move along at a good clip. This is a four-bay garage and think it would take at least five efficient employees to keep things moving along. Unfortunately, understaffing seems the norm these days. Today, there were only two employees, and one appeared a trainee. So it took about an hour to get an oil change today even though I arrived as the first in line outside of the garage, which already had four cars inside. Despite that, my experience was a positive one because of Jeremie's efforts to move things along as fast as reasonably possible under the circumstances. He maintained a positive and professional attitude and calmly handled some customers who were less patient than they should have been. And he provided good information about the process and what to expect next. So I give the experience five stars just because of how impressed I was in watching Jeremie move things along as quickly as possible under difficult circumstances, all while giving patient instruction to a trainee. We need more Jeremies in the world.Service: Oil change

The staff was all very friendly and great at keeping everyone updated on how long you will be waiting. If you come here EXPECT TO WAIT. Its literally a drive thru oil change, I dont know what everyone is expecting. A track pit crew to do it all in 10 seconds? We waited about an hour an 15 minutes just like they said. About 15 minutes per car. They were good at what they did and seemed like they were having a good time which made the vibe a lot better.
