Could not have asked for an easier or better experience - 5 stars across the board. Got my engine thermostat changed in one afternoon - same day I called too! Incredibly nice people and I ll be going back every time in the future. Perfectly clear communication on price, timing, and they called me as soon as it was ready. Zero problems. You really can t ignore how useful an A+ independent mechanic is these days, and mine will be Urzua s.

WOW! I suddenly had a low tire found the screw at 4pm on a Friday. I was stressed and realizing my weekend was ruined NOPE! I pulled into Urzua s and they took my car right back, patched the tire, and sent me on my way to have a great weekend! This is where the company I work for gets the fleet trucks fixed and serviced. They do a good job. They are usually on-time and efficient. They communicate with you if it takes more time than intended. There's never been an issue on our trucks they couldn't fix. My fleet truck has over 240, 000 miles on it and runs like it only has 10.

I took my Toyota sienna to this business because my ac was blowing hot air. The guy told me that it was the door actuator. Got that fixed and still same problem. I took it up there again and he said you have a leak in your ac compressor, I asked him about the labor and part he told me 1400. Long story short, I had my brother in law fixed it for me. 1. My ac/compressor didn't have a leak. 2. The relay needed to be replaced 3. He used a special tool to vacuum any dirt and debris that probably was in compressor. 4 added freon and 5 put ac caps on. It's been blowing cold every since. I would not recommend going to this business at all, he tried to get me to replace my ac compressor which it didn't need to be replace. He tried to swindle me, thank God I got a second option my brother in law saved me 1400 dollars.Service: A/C installation & repair

I wish I could give this shop 10 stars! I had my AC fixed after nearly 5yrs of it being broken. They said they would need it overnight, but I got a call like 4 hours later that it was done! I am currently getting an alignment, tune up and new tires at their shop. They are very professional, friendly and honest. Best experience at an auto shop ever. Worth their weight in gold!

Fast service and very knowledgeable on different car types.had my car fixed ahead of schedule and did extras like checking fluids and tire pressure. will definitely be returning back hopefully just for service and a set of new tires which he had priced at lower rate then other competitive stores and no wait to get them put on, drive up wait 30 min to hour BOOM new tires. thanks hector, see ya next time!

Would give more stars if I could! Been going here for 3 years now! Several repairs in- one major- the rest maintenance. The owner, Harold, is very nice and knowledgeable and has always been on point with his "diagnoses". Tells you what is urgent, what can wait. Prices are fair. Gets your car back in a timely manner! I have loved watching his shop expand and his business pick up over the few years I've been going to him! You can't go wrong with Urzua's!

Instead of saying he didn t know what was wrong with my car he charged me $600 to replace a part that wasn t even what was wrong with my car. When my husband called him to tell him the check engine light came on for the 3rd time he said I don t know what to tell you. What a joke. A man who s running a business shouldn t leave their customers with the same problem they had before they spent $600.

Took my car in to have a used car inspection and Harold and the crew were awesome. They showed me what was wrong with the vehicle and gave their recommendation on whether it was a good purchase. I don't live around here but if I did I would definitely bring my car to them to have my repairs done. Thanks Harold and team.

We hit the auto repair lottery with Urzua's Auto Service. It is scary when you move to a new area and your car starts acting up. Where do you go?We saw a post on FB and they highly recommend them. So I needed my car repaired fast!! So we tried Urzua's!!So glad we did!He fix my car and at a excellent fair price. That's right an honest auto repair shop.We have used him several times now and still feel the same. Not that usual feeling when leaving an auto repair shop that you have been taken advantage of!? Love this place!!

These guys are nice individuals but have been known to mix chemicals when performing work on customer vehicles. Instead of fixing problems, they are creating greater potential for worse problems.

Service was extremely fast and friendly. Definitely going to make this my preferred shop. This is the best experience I ve had with an auto shop.Car startup system broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead and explained the problem and they said to bring it in ASAP and they would do their best to fix the problem. Had the diagnostic and battery change done in less than an hour.

Really solid shop. They tell you what actually needs fixed and what can wait. Never try to persuade you to get work done you don't need or want. Prices are as good as anywhere I've ever been. Only place I will take my car.
