My Update review :: Charles Hendricks was very very helpful at the time of my purchase did everything right in order to make a sale . But as of 5 days later I am not satisfied . The vehicle was sold to me with issues with the wheel barring that they were aware of prior to saling the car to me . They made me believe it would be a quick fix but now no one knows anything about when the part will come in and I m having to get the issue fixed through warranty . I m forced to keep the car or choose another one because I can not get my money back and go elsewhere . If I would have known this issue wouldn t be resolved as quick as possible I wouldn t have purchased from them . It has been a nightmare because I ve had to reschedule very important meetings and interviews that are life changing because I could not get on the road in the condition the car I just bought is in . Please be careful shopping here they will treat you very well to get your money then boom seem like you aren t important and giving them business; make sure the car has no issues before completing your sale or you are out of luck they do not keep you informed like they promised .

Six months later without a car and they re telling me that I have to dispute charges with the credit bureau. I had gap insurance and total loss. I cannot buy another car because of the repo from us auto. The accident was in September and they re still giving me the run around. I ve been renting for the last 8 months paying $1400/month. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will proceed with litigation. I signed an arbitration agreement but the dealer voided his own contract by not putting me-the primary buyer on the insurance. These people must have no soul to con poor working folks for a buck. It s disgraceful. The last person I talked to told me that they didn t know where the car was. Horrible experience. Buyer beware.

Danny was very efficient at getting me in and getting me in my new ride! The admin is a snazzy dresser and wonderful person! Very fast and easy process and I am super pleased with my new car and definitely a place I will recommend to everyone! Very friendly staff everyone greeted us with a smile!!

Terrible service after I bought car. They threaten to take my care after a day of having it and also not give my down payment back because the let me leave the lot without having full coverage, when the situation could have been handled professionally before I left there lot. They as a dealership need to go over everything before letting you take the car off their lot instead if THEY miss up they will threaten you as if you stole the car off the lot without their permission.

Purchased a car from them. Went smooth.. the car was total 6 months later. I was told to come back the have a program that could put me in a car 500 down after a total loss. I got there their first stayed on his cell phone the other one got upset and was yelling at me through the store management told me to talk to the yelling sales only and refused to help. The GAP Insurance purchased through them never kicked in 3 months later and the Call center representatives transfer you 50 million times before you are actually transferred to the correct department.. They only hire clowns and don t train them.

Yes we're the Stewart's we was at US Auto Sales in Nashville on Saturday. And this wonderful representative named Joey assisted us from top to bottom all week long. Joey was excellent in his services that he given to us and it was absolutely wonderful if you need a car check out US Auto Sales. All of the people work their was wonderful they had some vehicles picked out for us to choose from because that's what we asked for something with low mileage, and I'm telling you the truth the experience was marvelous, excellent. Go see Joey very knowledgeable young man, he'll make you happy he made us very happy and we're proud to say that we're with US Auto Sales wonderful, wonderful experience thank you Joey and I will give 5 stars all over again.

I'm retracting my previous statement, Jacob who we bought the car from said he'd set up my insurance,well he didn't put me on the insurance,only my co signer. I was hit by an uninsured driver three weeks ago and my car is still sitting where it was wrecked. I have called so many people trying to resolve this issue but no one will return my call. The one man I did talk to said, well you should have gotten your own insurance and passed me off on another hold where I was directed to ANOTHER full mailbox. So buyer be ware, they just want your money.Update:They've called me every day for the last 10 days wanting my payment but it's been almost 5 weeks and I can't even get the insurance department to answer the phone and the voicemail is full. The car wasn't picked up from the site of the accident for 4 weeks. At this point I just want my money and to not do business with this company. Not to mention that they call in the middle of the work day and tell you you're on hold! You called me! Terrible customer service, in fact it's non existent.

I definitely recommend US Auto Sales to anyone. They went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Kevin the floating manager is absolotely amazing for making everything happen and Deron for going to pick up my car from another property and creating a calm and collected experience when I definitely was stressing. Huge shout out to these guys.

My experience was great all around. I came in, in need of a vehicle and I literally drove off in a car that I loved. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and funny! Even though when I got there I was having a really bad day they still managed to make me smile! Thank you for helping me find a vehicle that is perfect for my kids and I.

Had car 3weeks exactly!! Communicated with dealer about issues with the car!! Can only talk to warranty company after u purchase vehicle!! TRANSMISSION COMPLETELY OUT ON THE CAR!!! And now guess what??? They not gonna cover it cause it s a billing matter!!! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! NO SALES PERSON OR MANAGEMENT KNOW ABOUT CARS AT ALL!!!

Charles Hendricks and James Michels did and excellent job they were professional ,courteous , and very informative they made the car buyin experience as calm and as less stressful as its ever been for me.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these gentlemen for any of your automotive needs they got me what i wanted and the price was unmatched not to mention them going above and beyond to make sure i was happy and not jus Settling best car buying experience to date. I cant shout them out enough for their care and consideration I ll definitely be a US auto sales customer for life thanks guys i cant brag on y all enough !

This place is absolutely the worst! I went to buy a 2nd vehicle, and they stated that because of having the current vehicle, I had to put almost 4k down for having an open auto loan. Don t go here if you want to be penalized for having one car already! They are a complete rip off and will only try to take your money! Shop elsewhere! There are plenty of lots in Nashville!

Complaint filed with BBB and State of Tennessee. Update..car was held together with duct tape, cardboard and fiberglass under car!!! Completely melted!!! Wish I.could post pictures!!! Guy said Im lucky whole car did not catch fire!!! Car now NOT MY PROBLEM!!! THEY WILL TAKE ZERO OWNERSHIP OF SELLING A SALVAGED CAR!!! CAR WELDED TOGETHER UNDER BODY, WATER DAMAGE INSIDE AND OUT!! LEFT IT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND CANCELLED INSURANCE! DO NOT BUY HERE IM BEGGING YOU!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Just found out the passenger seat mechanism is completely shot!! Rusted and not locking in place! Cant have a.passenger since seat is not locked in place. Very dangerous!!! More $$ to kick out because clearly they sell JUNK!! Update: changed to 1 star because check engine light on after 2 days!! NO ANTIFREEZE IN CAR!!!!! Car oil light on after driving off the lot even after Joey Johnson told me NO, it is fine! False advertising as I was told and have proof salesman told me I was approved for the car I wanted PRIOR to arriving. All paperwork was sent in night before but still waited 4 hours DESPITE having an 11:30 appointment! Maybe it's because Im an older woman, who knows. Calls, emails and texts went unanswered for hours even after calling to main office several times to reach my salesman. Not a good first impression. Car I was told I could buy (not the one I initially was told was approved for) is nice except for oil issue. We shall see and may update review after having car for awhile. Just BEWARE that what they advertise on website about down payment is not true and $300 off if you aren't finished in 90 minutes is also false. I was there 4 hours!!!! Even having all my documents etc prior to arrival. Finance manager was very nice!! She actually made the experience somewhat decent! Too bad she's not the salesperson.....

Buyer beware!!! Bout a car end of October 2nd week in December headed to pep boys found out I needed a engine. My thing is if I needed a motor in December I needed one October. Don't buy from those place. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!! Negative 1 star from me.

I financed a car through byrider of Murfreesboro, 6 weeks later had a semi run me off the road and my car was totaled. First car I financed in 20 years, i had full coverage through my own insurance company but come to find out was being charged full coverage from byrider as well but was not made aware of it. Byrider said they would do a "Roll Over" for me which means roll me over into a new vehicle. After waiting over 2 weeks and them having zero inventory in the last car lot they have in Tennessee because the one in Murfreesboro closed down. I decided to go to USAuto on Gallatin Pike in Madison Tennessee. I met Deron upon arrival, very nice and welcoming. After explaining my situation with byrider and going through a small process that was very easy then talking to James the general manager as well I end up getting a car that I am totally pleased with..very quick easy process and i would totally recommend them to anyone that is looking for vehicle without the stress and hassles of a lot of car lots. I left a very happy customer. Thanks US Auto and a special thanks to Deron and James.

I would NOT RECOMMEND. This place is so unprofessional when it comes to the customer service and the warranty department. These people including the warranty department they work with give you the run around and they are so rude. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . They have no direct phone line . I been paying for a vehicle that i haven t had since I pulled it off the lot. They sold me a car and the radiator went out on me the first week I got it. It s very unfortunate that I have to get a lawyer involved.

The insurance settled the claim why is my loan still open? Why won't anyone answer the phone, it always says the office is closed . Contacting the BBB and a lawyer. Stay away from this place, it's a literal nightmare.They have over 200 complaints this year with the BBB.
