It is the worst service I've ever experienced. My service advisor never gave me updates they have given me the runaround all day, and all I wanted to know is what's going on with my recall on my car and when will I be able to pick my car up. I have been without a car for two days and still no word. "Communication is key." I won't recommend this dealership to no one!

Fantastic knowledge, customer support, and timeliness. The whole parts team from counter to management care about customers. In a pinch looking for unique parts for my 2011 Sienna SE, I contacted the Beaman Toyota team hoping they could help me. They found the right parts and shipped them to me going out of their way to make sure I got them quickly and in good working order. Needless to say, the parts got here in perfect condition solving my parts availability problem. I am a Beaman Toyota parts customer for life!

Made an appointment ahead of time and was told my service would be "real quick" 3 hours later, they didn't do the oil change and I had to insist they do the oil change because it wasn't due yet (300 miles). I spoke with 3 different people and no one knew what the hell was going on. It should not be this hard to change my oil. When I finally got my car back they left trash in my car and my my window open next to the smoking area. I will be driving the hour to Clarksville to avoid this place next time.

I wonder if you really want business? Had a terrible time trying to get someone to answer the phone in the parts department to bring over a part I knew they had in their warehouse. After calling about 8 times finally got someone to answer. Said he would get right back to me about when he could get the part brought over (to Beaman). Still waiting.... Called back another 8 times to make sure he had my number correct...no answer. No one ever picked up in the parts department. Called the Toyota Dealership in Sioux City, IA. In five minutes they had the part ordered and will ship it to me. My Toyota Camry has over 400,000 miles because that dealership in Sioux City has done all my service and we have a relationship. I like my Toyotas and want to take care of them as best I can but I also want a dealership that believes in customer service.

Horrible service since April, car is back in the shop Beamon is the worst about trying fix things had to drive to another dealership to try and get my car fix and since then there doing everything they can do to fix my car and not possible after Beamon messed it up. My vice don t buy from these liers.

I got the OEM brake parts for my caddy. They were the only one's that didnt squeak while on my car.

Reasonable prices on the real deal parts. Not the cheapest, but you get the original parts that really fit your Toyota.
