I purchased a car recently that had wheel locks and no key to match. The front brake pads were already low and needed replacing, so I called around to find a place that could remove the wheel locks and install brake pads.I called a few places to see who might offer the service and Mark was the first to pick up the phone. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a quick estimate that was very fair. When I arrived at the shop, a mechanic came to my car to greet me and direct me to the office. The work was done well and quickly by the mechanics, and the price at payment matched what we'd talked about over the phone.My opinion: While I was there, I witnessed Mark interact with staff, clients, and the mailman. He treated everyone with equal respect. He also seems to be someone who enjoys the work he is invested in, as he clearly and completely answers questions and gives helpful advice for next steps. I intend to continue bringing my car to Mark for quality, efficient, and fair work as well as spread the word to my friends and family in the area.Thanks Mark!

I hit a pothole and my tire popped right in front of this tire shop. Mark was actually leaving the parking lot, because it was an hour after close. He stopped to help me, changed my tire, and then gave me a deal on a new tire. I am so grateful for him being so kind while helping me! Not to mention, he was incredibly quick considering the situation. I was on my way home from the hospital with my 65 year old grandmother who has a broken shoulder. As I was leaving, he began helping two or three other cars that were pulled over because they hit the same pothole. After we left my grandmother actually said she believes Mark gave her & my 90 y/o great grandmother a ride home one day when their car was not working. God bless you. Thank you Mark!!!!

I honestly have had the WORST luck with my tire this past week in general. Mark and his guys are literally HEAVEN SENT! I seen a couple of reviews about them being rude and mean and overcharging. THIS was by far the most INACCURATE thing I have ever read. He was so understanding and so nice. Very professional and informative and that s for him and his crew. Had such a gentle soul and that is why this business would always flourish! As a female , I m scared that most places would try to get over on me and focus on getting money out of me because most time women don t know what to expect when dealing with cars and I knew absolutely nothing but that was not the case here AT ALL. I m sitting in my car right now writing this review while they are fixing my tire. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone seriously!

This place has been great for my daughter She has brought me with her 2 times with her for work on her car and a tire replaced and they are very helpful and so nice! Prices are very reasonable. She bought a used car and there's a few things that needed attention. Grateful for their honesty and pricing!! I will definitely recommend to others!!

Hello, 3 weeks ago I had a disk and pad change. 270 usd I went 3 days later, they could not help because they were busy, they said come back later. When they told me that the handbrake spring was defective, I went and the change was 200 usd, then I was not satisfied, I went to the person who made the change and he told me that the caliper was defective. He said that the disk and pad will change again and you will pay 150 usd extra in total. I said if the caliper I just changed was defective, why did you change the disk? I have no confidence left because they robbed me and robbed me every day because they robbed me because they robbed me of a different malfunction, the rear left tire was locking while cruising. So I got technical support help, they installed the tire, there should be 2 pads on each wheel, there is 1 pad in my car, they could not put the other one in place, it fell because they did not put it in place and luckily I did not have a different problem. The change was made 5 days ago, there is no sound now, I had the change done in a different place. I took the photo materials to him, I explain the problem, he still does not accept it, he demands a fee from me, he says that this sever disk and pad will be under warranty, but you will give 150 usd again. What I can't explain is that he doesn't accept his own mistake, he still wants extra money, there is no sound in my car now, I brought the old material, he didn't give me my money back, so I threw it away with him. This business only operates to exploit people, I lost 1 week because of the wrong analysis, I spent 500 usd from my pocket, read this article when choosing this place.

Went in earlier this evening *at closing time* and was very well taken care of by all the guys at this tire shop. Definitely recommend this place, they went above and beyond to make sure I could drive home safe.

These guys were great. I got an unexpected nail in my tire. They had me fixed and in the road in 30 minutes, and their prices are not high.

My step-son ripped apart 2 tires and the steelies when he hit a large item on Briley Parkway (while merging). Anyway, Mark and his team got new wheels, tires and aligned the Avenger in record time and at a great price. I'm thrilled we found him in our search to find a tire and wheel business in the aread.Highly recommended.

Great place! They were extremely busy and worked very hard to get multiple cars in at the same time. Took no time at all. Very honest about tire quality on the used tires I asked about. Would definitely recommend this place!

Had been looking for a set of wheels and tires for over a year. Throughout this time I had researched many (I mean MANY) places online and local. When I decided to finally pull the trigger, I stopped by the shop and talked to Marc. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he also took the time to review the best tire for my truck. I already had an idea on the wheel but I was amazed at their selection and how fast I was able to get the tires and wheels I wanted mounted on my truck. Within 24 hours my tires arrived to the shop. I got to their shop on a Friday at 4:30pm and I was out of there by 5:00pm. Excellent service. Will definitely return there for all my tire needs!

I could not believe the service I received here. Mark worked with me on the phone as I was coming from Huntsville AL. When I got there they got started on my SUV right away. The service was outstanding and so was the workers very polite and sociable. The price I could not beat anywhere and I did my research. That is why I drove from Huntsville to Nashville. Mark you will see repeated service from the Green Family in the future. I just want to say Thank You and you made my day. I pray and hope your business prosper greatly. Thanks from the Green Family ( Did I mention we have 6 vehicles) There is no doubt you are the best from the rest.

Got a flat tire while out running errands for a wedding, pulled in told them what was going on, they checked to see if the leak could be repaired but it could not, had me in and out in less than 20 minutes with a nice priced used tire. Great people that hustle working there, if I lived in the area I would definitely use them again.

I Have purchased over 10 sets of tires for my fleet of work trucks nobody easier to deal with or quicker in Nashville area always quality service never any issues . .old school business Mark keeps his word stands behind his guys and leads from the front

Reasonable prices. Kind owner worked with me on the tire price. When that tire went flat, he found out that the problem was a rusted rim. They filed the rust off and viola!!<3

I have been kicking around about getting new wheels & tries. Today I made the trip to Nashville wish I knew about TM auto & tries a long time ago. Mark and his team made buying wheels & tries the easiest Iv'e ever done I still can't believe how fast and easy they made it. If you don't check them out your crazy 150% satisfied Mark and his team are a blessing

Went in this morning around 9 and was out by 10.Got new wheels and tires for my GMC AT4.Mahyar is very knowledgable about fitment.Got Nitto Grapplers and probably best ride I have had on truck.Price is great!I will be repeat customer.

I would give less than 1 star but Google won't allow it. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with a business. I went to Tires by Mark on Monday evening to have my tire fixed. It was fast and easy, they repaired my tire in about 10 minutes. However the next afternoon my tire started leaking air. I put air in it and went on about my day. I got sick and didn't drive it again until today, Saturday. Got on the interstate to Clarksville and my tire pressure went from 39 pounds to 10 pounds in 3 minutes. We stopped on their side of the interstate to a fully flat tire. My husband went to change the tire and put on the spare and the lug nuts were on so tight that he had to stand and jump on the the tire iron to loosen them. By the way he weighs 280 pounds so that's how over tightened they were. I called Tire by Mark and told him my problem where I was met with him yelling at me telling me that I should have brought my tire in as soon as it started loosing air. And that he tightrns all tires to factory specs. He said that it wasn't their fault that I probably picked up another nail. He was absolutely horrible. Yelled at me, talked over me and then told me that I should talk to him with respect. He did offer to fix it free of charge but only after I told him that my husband would come to the shop with it. Horrible, horrible experience. All he had to do was tell me "sorry mam if you bring it in I will take a look"at it or better yet do it right in the first place I wish I could attach a picture to show the shotty workmanship. Anyone that would like a picture, comment on this post and I will send you one.

We needed to change the tire because of a bubble on the side wall and they were the only place in town that had our size. The were very reasonable and friendly. They made sure our concerns were addressed. We will continue to use them if or when the need arises. Great job guys!

I had an excellent experience with TM auto & tires! I had a flat tire traveling from Atlanta. I called ahead and they had a used replacement tire which worked perfectly for me finishing my trip. When I arrived at TM they were waiting for me! I drove out of their lot within 10 minutes! Awesome service and genuinely there for the customer! Thanks TM!

My tire size is difficult to find in Nashville. I had called several used tire shops and stores that sold new tires and could not get a decent price for one tire as I was driving on a spare. Luckily, TM had my tire and Mark was happy to hold it for me until I got off work and got there!! Once I pulled in, as quickly as they possibly AND safely could, the guys put on the tire. Everyone was very kind and personable and professional. Mark even put my mirror on for me and the cost for both services were reasonable! Hop forward to this week, today I had to replace my 2 back tires b/c I got a bolt in one of them. I called Mark first and luckily enough he had 2 of my size tire! And when I pulled up he remembered my car and what I needed and they were very prompt in taking care of me. I will definitely come back for any tire or car needs I have not because of coincidences and good prices but because of the kindness, professionalism, and care they take with my vehicle.Update: 2 cars later, still great service, still EXTREMELY helpful staff!

Do not replace brakes pads here. They don't know what they're doing. They'll put your pads upside down. Also if they can't find a small nail in your tire they'll just replace your air valve instead of looking carefully for the small leak.

Thank God for caller ID. Traveling from out of town, we got a flat (no surprise thanks to TN roads LOL). It was 5:30 on Sat and we had no spare (thanks KIA). While hubs tried to figure out to use the "fix a flat" I called various tire shops. I called TM Tires at 5:57 pm and got no answer. A few minutes later he returned my call. When I explained our situation, he agreed to stay open late to help us. We bought a whole set of tires from him, for approx $150-200 less than what I estimate a whole set would cost. Not only that, he had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. These days customer service seems to be non-existent. However, in this case, Marc went above and beyond! I highly recommend him and his shop to anyone in the market for new tires.

Thank you to TM Auto! We were in a pinch after getting back from a spring break vacation got to the hotel to find a flat tire. TM was willing to help in a pinch when everyone else was closed and gave us an amazing deal on new tires. Staff were nice and very helpful. Hopefully we won't need to come back since we're from out of town, but I recommend TM to anyone local

What a GREAT experience! Referred from a friend. Thank you to the team here, 4 guys working to get me in & out! Super fast install and lightening checkout! Love the tires. It's only been 30 minutes, but rides amazing, so I'll come back after I put a few more miles on them and give an update.
