Cannot say enough about how satisfied I was on Saturday the 29th. I was traveling with a trailer when I noticed one of my tires was almost worn out. I was towing this vehicle from Tennessee to Virginia and in a bad spot. Chip and the crew here at tire discounters got me right in and on the road in a very short amount of time Over the top pleased this type of professionalism. After being in the car business for 41 years I know a team when I see it! Made it back to Virginia without any issues!

Bad Customer Service: 1 week later after this post and still no one has contacted me for resolution after they caused extensive damage to the vehicle, 6 months and counting now. Went in for an alignment, and had the technician completely destroy my suspension. They bent the alignment tabs off the frame and took no responsibility. It took two months to get my vehicle fixed and multiple letters and calls. I am still out of pocket all of the parts and labor associated with getting my car safely back on the road. Absolutely horrible experience

So this wasn't my normal Tire Discounters. We moved to a new area and luckily there was a location close by because we loved our previous location so much. I called this location before coming because one of my purchased tires was acting up and I wanted to know my options. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone answered all of my questions, but I felt like he did so in the most rude and ineffective ways. Very short, very much making me feel like I was waisting his time. I chalked it up to a fluke, and still brought in my vehicle. They were VERY busy so I expected a long wait. I have to say they got done so fast. I was very pleased with that aspect of the service. However, everything else could of been better. The waiting room wasn't very inviting, and the gentleman who was helping me (he did sound like the same guy from the phone) was again super short. I understand that there was no charge for my work because it was just repairing a warranty claim but I still expect to be treated like a customer. I have to get my oil changed in two weeks so I will be giving them another attempt but so far I think I will just drive across town to hit my other Tire Discounters.

Service was excellent. I was able to have my spare tire put on, leave my damaged tire and rim with you all and my tire replaced. I got a text when it was ready and had my new tire put on in just a few minutes.

Making an appointment is necessary and pointless. You will still be waiting 2+ hours for your car to even get looked at. The lobby I sat in didn t change for those two hours. Only piled up more. The included coverage after buying tires is great if you have the time to sit for hours on end. It may be worth going somewhere else to get your regular maintenance done and paying. Can t really recommend this place.Regional manager also works here. Had quite the crude conversation when I pulled up in the parking lot. Thought he was a normal employee. Quite the image for the company.

I registered online for 4 tires. It turns out that the tires I wanted and ordered were not available. The company didn't make the size. Then I got a phone call the next day saying said fault. I had budget a certain amount for tires so the guy up sold me about 200$ more for the tires. I agreed to that and got another call back stating that the price changed to 400$ more. I'd of bought it had the guy from Ohio, mind you that I'm in TN hadn't given me 3 different quotes. He was playing games. London story short, I went to a different tire source that didn't beat around the bush.

I made an online appointment for a tire rotation. Received email confirmation, arrived at store and told I don t have an appointment and they don t have time to do it. Come back tomorrow when they open, if I come later they may not have time. I made another appointment to have a tire replaced on my wife s car. Sat for 3.5 hours before they even started on the car. The young man at the desk was apologetic and polite.What has happened at this store? It used to be fantastic

Great team of technicians but little disappointed on the front desk personnel. Went in for a flat tire and ended getting breaks. What I did not wanted to do was to purchase new rotors because mine were in good condition . Well guess what happened, they added the rotors as well without my authorization and they charged me for it as well. I was in a hurry and did not notice until I was back at my office. I should ve payed attention at the receipt, can t trust businesses anymore

My husband was told yesterday that he could bring his car in without an appointment and get his tires rotated the next day. We showed up today and were told that they only had one tire tech and they weren t able to get to him today without an appointment. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between employees. I Understand only one tire tech but the fact that we were told to come back the following day and then to be turned away no one is communicating within that company is ridiculous. If my husband didn t have free rotations, we would not be going back. It may be worth it to pay for a tire rotation to work with a competent company.

These guys are THE BEST!! I almost want to keep them a secret bc they do get busy. But it is too good to keep to myself. They will forever care for my car.

Have been taking our vehicles here for years. Sometimes the appointments are weeks out, but I understand the lack of good techs staying hurts them in that.Did drop off the other day and it was ready in less than 2 days(vs waiting the 3+ weeks for an appointment).I'd recommend as we have had good luck.

Refused to do a front end alignment on my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 even though they did an alignment in 2020. I was told is was too long for the rack even though they had a newer and bigger Ford F250 on the rack for an alignment while I was there! Just don t bring you vehicles to this ragged place they used to be good but my last couple of experiences I ve had with them have been terrible. Along with the rude staff and unprofessionalism this place should go under. If you re wanting to get tires mounted and balanced for a good deal go to Discount Tire on charlotte they are very polite and knowledgeable and actually take care of you quickly and efficiently. If you don t buy tires directly from them it seems like they don t want anything to do with you from what I can tell.

Excellent service!! Unfortunately I was one of those customers that came in close to closing time. I had no choice due to a nail in my tire. Frank was there to greet me. He was very friendly and was able to work me in. Thank goodness!!! Everyone was wearing a mask in case you're wondering.

I brought my vehicle here because one of my tires that was patched up a couple of times last year is just now wearing out. I moved to Nashville, TN from N. Hollywood, CA. so I came from a place where you gotta worry about running over nails frequently. A gentleman name Anthony helped me out with putting air in my bad tire while I had to work thru Uber and was able to get my bad tire replaced by them.Gary helped with the service. The staff are all kind and it didn't take very long to get my vehicle in and out which was a surprise because they are generally a very busy shop. Their oil change deals provide a lot more perks than Jiffy Lube for sure. I eventually will need to replace all of my tires, so I definitely will be returning here.

I had an appointment recently at Tire Discounters for 2 pm. I arrived early 15 minutes and confirmed my appointment with the guy at the front desk. He took my keys and we discussed what work I would like done. I left to go to lunch for 15 minutes and came back. It was 2pm and they had not moved my truck, no worries I thought, they are running behind. Another 15 minutes pass, okay, they are pretty behind. I wait around another 15 minutes before asking for my keys back. I was 30 minutes into my appointment with no one touching or looking at my truck. They were clearly working hard and over booked. Sucks that they would take an appointment knowing they are overbooking and that will impact their customer's timeline. I'm going to look for a new facility one that can keep to their appointments. I feel my time was completely wasted by trying to support this business. I

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. They called when they said they would and they gave me a rid to and from the store and were happy to do it. Can't say enough, in a day when customer service is no existent in most places.i was very happy with their work.

Tire Discounters Bellevue always takes care of us! They are always working tirelessly. Please have Grace on them with time and they will get the job done. Some days and weeks, esp holidays are better than others. Plan on taking a Lyft home or they do have a work station for you to plug in computer for work. I will say you need to communicate with them that you need a qoute before they work on car but other than that the customer service is top notch and they genuinely do care about you and want you to drive away happy and safe.

This location has gotten better over the years. I admittedly had a bad experience about 3-4 years ago and looking back, they already had new people in place trying to make it better. They worked with me to keep my business and honestly, since then I ve had great experiences. I ve got multiple cars in their system, so I m there 4-6 times a year. Each time, I see hard working folks from the manager down. Conversation is professional and efficient, and the service speed seems to have gotten better every year, despite their increasing popularity. For my past service I was expecting 2+ hours and I was out of there in less than an hour. If they keep running it the way they are now, with the great group of people they have, I m a customer for life!

Had our jeep Lifted and needed new wheels and tires.after shopping around decided to check them out and glad we did.Jonathan was very helpful,understood exactly what we were going for in terms of the look and ride and was very patient with all of our questions some of which were quite rediculous.was more helpful and easier to work with than any of the custom shops I had tried to talk to and has as good or better selection of wheels and the price was better.even rolled our tires into the showroom for us to see.thanks we won't go anywhere else if we ever buy more wheels.or tires either

Great service, very happy with the outcome. I just bought a used car and it needed tires so I showed up at Tire Discounters on Hwy 100. They promised to check the brakes, shocks, etc. and everything was fine. They certainly helped my comfort level with recently buying a used car. Then my wife got a screw in her tire and I took her car up to get the tire fixed at this same store. They jumped right on it and fixed the problem without my having to wait long or get a rental. Great place!!!!

Everyone I talked to was very polite and open to questions. The service was much faster than I anticipated and top quality. The 5 year alignment plan is an amazing deal. I'll be back in a few months for tires. I appreciate the good service, top quality and excellent prices.

I had been driving on a low tire for a week, until my boyfriend came to my workplace, removed the tire and dropped it off at Tire Discounters this past Tuesday. I drove to Tire Discounters after work and was met by a very nice young man, who installed my repaired tire within minutes! I asked where I should pay and he replied that there was no charge! What? No charge? Yes! I was informed that tire repairs have no charge. I am so grateful for the service that was provided to me and for the kindness of their employees

Had an appointment for my car to get a quote on brakes and see how the price lines up with the dealership. Not only did they advise less work was required (which we anticipated), but it was much cheaper. They were kind, swift, and had it completed in less than an hour. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

very rude when trying to make an appointment. he asked me for my first and last name and I said my first name and before I could even start spelling my last name he said I need your last name and I finally said I know, you just asked me that and I was going to spell it for you, can you be a little nicer and then he hung up on me - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. l ll take my car and money elsewhere.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Good tires, GREAT people, and stellar work. Chris, Anthony, and Matt were some of the most helpful automotive professionals I've ever met in my life. From explaining everything that needed done, down to my stupid questions, to making sure I got to home for Christmas before the storm hit with a safe ride and without a broken bank. You guys have been my Christmas miracle this year, I can't thank you enough!!!!

I had a nail in my tire, and called Discount Tire to see if they could take care of it. The man who answered the phone was extremely friendly and welcoming. When I arrived the men working in the store held the front door open for people coming in and out. Anthony and Roberto patched my tire, had me in and out in an hour! The employees seemed genuinely happy to help the customers. When I went to pay- I was told "there's no charge." I will definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs! Superb service! The employees deserve recognition for their work, when so many places are struggling to find employees!
