I had a flat tire and had to get my car towed here! The team was very prompt with their responses and had a new tire on my car within a few hours the next day! They were also very gracious with working with me to find a time that I was able to go and pick up my car. Great customer experience.

Consistently quality work. No wait. Competitive prices. I love these guys, I never feel like they are trying to get over on me. Have had them work on 3 of my cars in the past several years. Highly recommend.

I was involved in an accident in September of 2023 and they repaired my car within a week! Also had faulty alternator problems and fixed in 36 hours! Once they fixed it, i DIDNT have any problems after the fact! Very Reliable and trustworthy! Also, the gentleman is very patient and understanding!

This place really did me a solid in a pinch. My tire blew out on the way to work and they had me on my way 10 mins after they opened so I was only 30 minutes late to work. They were really kind and empathetic too. They made a stressful situation as smooth as possible. This was even with them having to get the tire externally as they didn't have it on hand.

I don't trust them.I had my truck towed here, because the brakes were shot. They quoted me $1000. I said I couldn't afford that, and was going to call the tow truck back. Suddenly, the new price was $500.They thew extra work, unrelated to the original issue, into the original estimate. Only once I threatened to leave did they quote me for what the actual problem was.2 stars because the work they did was fine. But if transparency and trust is what you need, don't come here.

I had a transmission fluid leak and needed to get my car towed to a nearby shop. The gentlemen at the shop I worked with were professional, honest, and communicative. They helped me get back on the road within a day when I was in a bind. Thank you so much!Update on 9/18/23: This shop also helped me get an alternator replaced the day before I had to leave town for a few weeks. Thank you for the assistance once again! I really appreciated the fast turnaround.

Our car (Ford Explorer) got rear ended. We were in Nashville moving in our college student. Extensive damage was done to the exhaust system and we couldn't drive it safely back home to Iowa. This was the evening before we needed to leave the city. Stopped first thing in the morning at Thompson Lane Auto, near our son's place. No appointment, of course. They quickly diagnosed the issue, obtained parts, fixed the car and had us on the road by noon. We were amazed at the excellent service the guys provided. Quick and competent and calm!! Perfect!! This store is great. I've never shopped here before now. It has a convenience store attached to it and the clerk in this picture was super helpful. I definitely recommend this stop for a soda or anything you may need from a typical gas station...but....this place is better because it has him

Wally is the best. Willing to work with price .. !!!Update had a alignment and after my new tires worn quickly sought a 2nd opinion and found sub par alignment and incorrect specs of important components.!!! Beware of shop!!!

Thompson Lane Auto Care was very quick and efficient. My car was leaking gasoline and they had it fixed and ready for me to pick up within hours. I needed a couple new tires as well and they replaced those too within the same time span. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they fixed a could of item that I approved prior to them fixing when I called to see if it was done thats when they told me yes but we also had to replace this solenoid and your battery needs to be replaced.Taking my total from 768 to 1500.I decided to decline those serviced making them put the old solenoid back on. I then drove my vehicle for 2 hours and did not have another issue out of it. My car was hooked to a scanner several times during this process and never threw a single code. I also had my battery tested and it tested in perfect condition.When picking up my car the owner stated your car is running great. But told me on the phone it was running like trash with out the item i declinedAlso they did a oil change for me I told them to do conventional and they could not tell me after the fact what kind of oil was put in my car. And all the paperwork said was oil change.Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Horrible service , fixing what's not broke to rack up your bill, horrible communication.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys are AMAZING!!! I hit something in the freeway this morning around 5:00am & called around for a mechanic. Everyone was booed for at least 2 weeks minimum. Guy with AAA that picked me up referred me here. I called around 12-12:30 & he said come in. When I got here I quickly realized a few years ago this was the same place I came to for a tire, which lasted forever might I add. I have 2 flat tires and my oil pan was destroyed. They went to get the part, put it on, replaced my tires and did all of this before rush hour traffic!!!! AWESOME SERVICE! Oh and it s a gas station too so there s plenty snacks/ drinks.

The check engine light on my car appeared over Labor Day weekend. I got a free diagnostic test from Auto Zone and was told the neutral safety switch needs to be replaced. I came to this mechanic as they were one of the few open on Labor Day to have the part replaced. They claimed they did it however the next day the check engine light came one again on my way to work.I went to a different mechanic shop and they told me the neutral safety switch needed to be replaced. I told them it was already replaced but to replace it again. I had no issues driving my car on the way back from that mechanic shop. I'm quite irritated after spending hundreds of dollars for the same issue at two different mechanic shops.Thompson Lane Auto Care were deceitful by charging me over $200 for completing a service they didn't do right. I hate going to mechanics for this exact reason: being taken advantaged of as a woman by being scammed out of my money. Lesson learned: I will not return to this place and advise others not to as well.Update: I later contacted them to report the issue and they insisted they replaced the part without issue. They told me to bring my car back so they could "look at it". Another mechanic shop fixed my car properly so what's the point in bringing it back? They won't find anything wrong now .Service: Electrical repair

Absolute excellence service. Very friendly staff. The owner is honest and helps his customers. I had a screw in my tire on the Jeep Cherokee and they took us right in and repaired it quickly and correctly and for a really good and fair price. Great place. Horrible service. My wife s 2020 ford eco sport with less than 70k miles started to have overheating message pop up about a 5 weeks ago. We went here and they said it would be done in a few hours, we waited 5 hours and got there. It was not done, we got there and was told another hour so no big deal. An hour later another man says it s gonna be two more hours. So we left and came back Monday. They replaced the thermostat and water pump. It overheated again 4 weeks later, they replaced 2 sensors, radiator fan. Here we are today 2 weeks later and it s overheating again.They ve charged us 1800 dollars for work and parts, the issue is still not resolved. My wife is 22 weeks pregnant and has been stranded 3 times now, in 90 plus degree weather because of their incompetence. Do not trust them to work on your vehicle, they will lie and not fix the issue. The pricing was absurd but I didn t care as long as the issue was fixed but ofcourse it isn t. I don t trust them to even go back at this point, every part has been replaced so idk how they screwed this up so badly. The vehicle has like 70k miles and has been maintained well.We are very upset but I know they have no honor or integrity so my only goal is to warn others. Do not place your trust in this place. They took advantage of a pregnant lady and have 0 issues with it.EDIT: We took it to a reputable auto shop, since this time when it overheated we were by our house. Ford looked at it for less than 20 minutes and this entire time it was a blown cooling fan FUSE. This place ripped a pregnant woman off 1800 dollars, they lied to us and just kept throwing parts at the car. We aren t rich by any means so that really hurt us. I m contacting the news channel and a lawyer, people need to know so that they are not screwed over like us. Ford fixed the fuse and no more issues imagine that. No refund, no apology, nothing. Do your research people.

I came here to get my car diagnosed because I was having issues in terms of maintaining stead speed (Giving jerky reaction). I called them up and they told me they can look at my car. Charge for doing the diagnosis was not mentioned during the call. When I reached, they started diagnosing and still charge was not mentioned. After diagnosis they asked for 100$ which I was surprised so I bargained and they bought it down to 80$ but during any of the time they did not mention about charges.Diagnosis: I was told that I need to replace 4 spark plugs (I understand that) and 4 ignition coils (Which is not required). I was looking over their diagnosis and their equipment said cylinder x is having issue. But given my experience I might be wrong. But I didn t agree with the quote they gave me. So, I went to a different garage and they showed me the diagnosis and told me I just need to replace 1 ignition coil and not all 4. And on top of that they didn t take a single dollar for diagnosis. So I went with the other garage and it s been few months and I haven t had a single issue. I would recommend taking a second opinion and be careful about their diagnosis charges.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

On my way to a wedding in Baltimore, and blow an engine in my truck, in Nashville this place was a God sent because of the way they handled our situation. They replaced the engine and I have never been happier with with the service and personal care they showed us during this troubled time.
