This was my first visit to Terry s Automotive! I had excellent service and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Reese went above and beyond making me feel like a valued customer. He explained what my car needed and the service was very fast! Took my car in at 8:45 am and picked up my car at 3:30 pm same day! My car is running so much better after tune-up etc.I will definitely bring my car here for future repairs!

Incredible. I had only a few weeks before I had known I was relocation to another state via a job opportunity. Not only did Terry's team take me in as soon as possible for a health inspection of my car for the 2,300 mile move they did such a thorough, reliable, honest job. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, being able to see the photo updates + informative short videos on what everything they were checking meant, I immediately felt comfortable with their service. Excellent, knowledgeable service. The online estimate tool made everything easy to understand and execute. Shop was very flexible when rear shocks weren't available going into the weekend. They were able to put the old ones back on to allow me to have a car for the weekend, then they quickly completed the repairs on Monday morning. Off hours drop off and pick up was a breeze as well.

Highly disappointed with the service that I received at Terry's. I had previously had my mini cooper serviced at Terry's based on yelp reviews and the convenient location. I brought in my 1989 Ford truck for service. I stated that it had an oil leak, was making a noise going up hill and did not have good pulling power. I received an email with a list of items that needed to be repaired or replaced. The quote was over $5000.00. I called the center and stated that certain items on the list were not quoted. I was told that the parts had to located. I approved the first quote assuming that the three items not quoted would only be a couple thousand more at the most. Obviously, I really like my old truck. However, when I finally received the additional quote, it was over $6000.00 on top of the original $5000. Since I had already approved the first quote, I had little option but to approve the second quote. I picked up the vehicle and was told there was still some shuddering but to drive it and it would get better. Not only did it not get better, but the oil leak was not repaired nor the loud noise. I had to return the vehicle to the tune of an additional $1800.00. Now, $13000.00 later, I, once again, had to return the vehicle due to the loud noise. At 4:51 p.m. on Friday (center closes at 5:00 p.m.), I was informed that the center could not fix the problem and to take it to a transmission shop. I picked the truck up on Saturday morning and is running worse than when I dropped it off. If this company had been upfront about the total cost, I would have not had the repairs done. Secondly, when I spoke with Ronnie and stated my disappointment, no apology was offered. Do not use this service center unless you have very deep pockets and can afford to be misled.

Terry s Service Center provided me with quick and simple car service for my alignment and diagnostic test today. They were very knowledgeable after the service was completed as well and were able to find out that I needed a new battery too. The auto shop even provides a lock box after hours, so I was able to pick up my vehicle any time after them closing, which I greatly appreciated having multiple errands to run. I would highly recommend Terrys for any of your vehicles needs. I know I will be back!

Well, I brought my truck in to Terry s.Discount tire had one of my studs strip out so they sent me to Terry s s to get it replaced so when they went to replace my stud and my lug nut, they found out that my brakes and rotors were bad they even sent me pictures and a video where I could see everything they were saying. So it was kind of unexpected and they were nice enough to give me a discount on my brake and rotor repair done everything in a timely manner actually two days and I am very satisfied with their work. I will be returning and I will be referring friends and family to Terry s service center.

I am a little disappointed with this experience. My vehicle was brought in for repairs in December. I picked up my vehicle on 12/22/23. On 1/29/24 I started experiencing the same issues as before but this time I'm told it's the catalytic converter and a blown motor. A motor doesn't just got bad in a 30 day period and I am being told that it is now the reason why my vehicle keeps cutting off. Yet a month ago it was due to a tune up, serpentine belt and a dirty throttle body which was all completed. I was charged another diagnostic fee and told of these new issues. It appears to me that these issues should have been found when my truck was there a month ago. I think the diagnostic fee for this one should have been waived. I'm unsure how the magnitude of do much damage could have been missed just a month prior.

Terry's is the only place we will bring our cars in for service. They have diagnosed and repaired issues that even the dealer could not find. Their technicians are highly qualified and courteous as is the entire staff. They are quick yet thorough and have always been able to work around our schedule.

Was able to get my car looked at in a reasonable time. Very nice and helpful especially concerning the rental car needed while work was being performed. Have used Terry's before with successful results and plan to keep using them in the future.

The team at Terry's communicates well and listen to you as you explain your need. It was very easy to set an appointment and their online car management is very helpful. Although it is a bit of a shock to see the cost of maintaining a German car, I feel like they are competitive. There shop is very clean and the staff was friendly.

Terry s Service came to our rescue after Tom s Wrecker destroyed our entire hub assembly. We live in our RV van and couldn t wait two weeks to fix the damage. Terry s graciously fit us into their packed schedule and had us back on the road by 5:00 PM. We are eternally grateful that they did this for us. Great professional service all the way around from Brianna at the front desk to the technicians. The Uber driver also told me that they re the best in town!

Thanking God for my 2002 Sprinter van s new fuel lines, filter and water pump! Everyone at Terry s was kind and helpful. They found all of the proper parts. I like the online dx link, complete with photos!

Don't trust these guys. Their diagnostic was only wrong, but the price gouging here is insane. Took my car elsewhere and was quoted less than a third of the price and without all the drummed up services this place said I needed when I didnt. They missed the actual root of the issue which thankfully my new mechanic figured out. So I would have been out thousands of dollars without the most necessary work even being done! When these guys were done with their diagnostic the wiper fluid cap was missing and I had to buy a new one. If they're that careless with the small stuff how can you trust them with more critical things? These guys are salesmen, not honest mechanics. By all means come here if you're rich, gullible, and love to waste money.UPDATE: wanted to add that this place also told me the brake pads on the used car i bought were "nearly done", when I mentioned this to my new mechanic he took them out to show me they're actually practically brand new. Nice try guys. Very snakey.

Always a positive experience at Terry's. The employees are always friendly, and answer all questions with patience and in detail. They are great about letting you know if a repair/service is urgent or ok to wait a bit. Service is always great, whether it's preventive maintenance or repairs and they stand behind their work 100%.

Service advisors were friendly and communicated very well and frequently about the status of my repairs. They got parts ordered quickly, made the repairs, and got me back on the road in a few days. I'll go back to Terry's for future service!

I have a 2013 dodge challenger, and let me just say if you have ANY type of vehicle, bring it to Terry s, i had a diagnostic test done on my vehicle, and it was by far the most THOROUGH inspection i ve ever had, better than the dealership in my opinion, the staff were incredibly helpful, they communicated and even tried to provide a rental car because my car was not ready. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT MISS OUT!

I want to preface this review by saying how friendly the customer service is at Terry s.That said, my experience with them was a flat out mistake. My opinion is these guys epitomize fear mongering. They charge an astronomical amount for their services. I was charged over 500 for a diagnostic that included an oil change and hazmat charges. The fact they recommended removing and replacing the engine oil cooler AFTER the oil change sums it up for me. Their default is to replace everything that is broken with up charged prices and inflated labor.I declined all services. Will not be coming back.

Terry's Service Center is hands down the best place in town to take you car for any maintenance needs. They are very friendly, helpful and timely. Terry's has an incredible system in place for sharing information regarding your service needs and getting approval on payments. I would highly recommend this service center.

Straight scammers. I paid 200 bucks, just for them to tell me, they need to put a new battery in for 270 bucks. And they claimed they could not check anything else on the vehicle before I pay for a new battery.They will try to get every dollar they can from you. Don t bring your vehicle here

Quick to apologize and make excuses. Was referred here by another mechanic for an alignment. Asked them to look over my car as well. Was willing to pay for quality work but these guys are just scam artists. They had a bad attitude when I called them out for not doing work that was promised. Haven't heard from them since. Good riddance.

This locally owned business knows what personal customer service means. Their staff is available and personable, and they answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They make pick up and drop off simple... and have great prices. I highly recommend.

My daughter took her car recently to have power steering leak fixed. They were very friendly on phone. I feel we were over charged but since she is out of state and need car to get back and forth to work we went with it. Lots of good reviews was other factor. We are only giving two stars because you will see in the pictures, her oil cap was off and oil leaked out! Thank God we didn t blow an engine. Was this done deliberately or was this just careless work from their employees. It was there for power steering leak. Not sure why the oil cap would be off. We report you decide. So far the power steering is working and no noticeable leaks. We will not be using them again.

Detailed and thorough service. Especially liked the inspection notes and which items are of highest priority.Took longer than expected because of need for additional part but all were helpful and did their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Can notice the difference in handling after alignment
