The people are nice enough. But then I would be too if I was Charging with day charge. Went in for cracked flex pipe on my exhaust system. Couple of feet of flex pipe cost probably 60 or $70 maybe a 100 I give them that much But I have trouble swallowing $889.28 Especially the ridiculous charges. You see, in this picture a $10 counterfeit. They charge me $10 for walking up to the counter over and above on the total for parts which they charged $294 for a roughly 2 foot piece of flex pipe I was also charged $60 for shop. Supplies, laughable, hazmat, 1523. What is hazmat about a 2 foot piece of flex pipe. My advice is steer clear of this place. No wonder way. Owner operators are dropping out of the business like flies who can afford to run on silliness like this.

We wanted to like this company since it s right down the road. It was far from a professional business. We took our 2007 f350 in due to a water leak and a bad injector. Diagnostic wise everything seemed to be going great. When I asked for a quote as two different options. The first quote was $5000 to replace 1 injector and the water leak. The 2nd quote was $10,000 for 4 injectors on the same side and the same water leak. What was shocking is the same water leak doubled in price. We tried to get customer service to explain this and tell us what the codes were after doing a little research on the needed work. After two days of we will call you back and what seemed like an inconvenience for them. we decided to just get the truck back. We knew we would have to pay for the tests. $290 x 2. That was not the case. We got a surprise . It was going to be $800+. They said the reason for this increase was to put our battery s back into truck that they said were not any good. Which is funny since they started with said battery s once put back in and we specifically said do not put anything into the truck with out calling first. No phone call was made at all until they said they diagnosed it. I understand it costs to find out what s up , but that s ridiculous. After paying the $800 plus we asked for the codes that they pulled and they said they couldn t give us those. I m not sure what we paid them for exactly but fair warning. Good luck with them. As far as customer service this place is lacking for sure. Definitely never again.

Dropped my truck off on a Wednesday afternoon. Simple DOT inspection and check out the hydraulic lift. Need it back before the following Tuesday. It was leaking and stopped building enough pressure to lift weight. Was told it would be gotten to same day if not next day at the latest. Called in Thursday a little before close, to be told it wouldn't be looked at till Friday. I call back Friday twice and it never gets looked at. They tell me they will have it looked at first thing Monday. Finally Monday rolls around and for the first time, I don't have to call them, they reach out first at 9:30 pm. They say there are some electrical problems that caused me to fail the dot inspection and that the lift gate needs a hydraulic cylinder repair. They say they'll have to remove it and they will get it back in a few days. That they can't tell me exactly how much for the electrical but that they would call me and let me know. 3 pm rolls around and they still haven't called about the electrical estimate. I tell them I have to have the truck back and response was your SOL, my mechanics have left for the day. I come get my truck and have to sign a waiver about not holding them liable. 400$ later I get my truck and they did nothing but replace a turn signal bulb that I checked before coming in, and it was working. They charged me 1 hr plus the inspection plus more for them to tell me what I already knew about the lift gate. I would recommend going to any other shop in the middle Tennessee area. Nobody in the front office knows what's going on behind the shop doors and they lie to try to cover their backs. Horrible business only kept alive by lack of other options. Will not be back ever. Total scam.My only guess is they assume all customers have no other options then to work with them so they think they can treat customers any way they want... I wouldn't be surprised if I was contacted about a class action with how many other people have had similar/same problems in the other 1 star reviews I should have read before coming here.

You can't choose just any shop to replace your transmission! We found Specialized on Google and are so glad we did! They not only got it done for us, but they did so without breaking the bank and making us wait weeks! Thank you guys a ton!

Don't go to this place believe me this people are unprofessional they don't know what they doing I had a bad experience dealing with them with my truck after spending almost 24000$ to fix my engine i had to do it again with no even 100k miles on it also the give you a invoice and when you go to pick up your truck they make another invoice and make you pay more if you don't have the extra money to pay for their new Invoice they gonna threat you that you gonna have to pay for every single day that the truck stay there. Pay attention to all the bad reviews all them are true.

Out of state campers stranded in Nashville, their company towed us into their place of business, let us camp in their lot for the night and replaced two back springs on axels, back tires going now camper sitting straight, thank you Webster, all you gave us excellent service and went out of their way to help us!

Called out roadside for a leaking brake chamber. Tech had a timely arrival and got the job done. The problem comes from the bill, we were charged $150 for a brake chamber and $60 for the clevis. I know not all shops get the same prices on parts or carry the same parts, but our shop buys full brake chambers for $37 and less than $10 for a clevis. I get you're kind of at the mercy of roadside if you need it but 200%-300% markup on parts is unacceptable! Would not recommend this shop!

This place you called them to help you out and suppose them do the toll and bring the truck to the place you want, and he bring to his place in obligation to fix the truck on his place and after you No agreed but you have to pay to get fixed Because if you don t do they ask you to pay the tolltruck again to bring to another place and after you agree with them to pay the money they asking for invoice as they charge you more money after they basically make you pay extra charges I m never bring my truck on this place I m not recommending nobody go to this place. This place is stole peoples money.

very bad service. replacement of the injector caps, cost $ 3195, nothing was repaired for a week, after 8 days the cost increased to $ 5850, dirt inside from mechanics, the sensor in the engine was broken, they require $ 250 for replacement, the diesel was not pumped into the water separator. the check engine light is on. demand more money to correct their mistakes. Broke the cable, didn t fix it. if you want to lose money, they will help you.

Most places don t work on deleted DEF trucks but these guys do, they also tow your truck to their shop which is cheaper about $500 cheaper! If you break down, call these guys!

Our truck was having squealing issues under the hood and leveling valve was dumping air while going down the highway. We took it specialized and left it with Todd who took great care of it. Truck was fixed in 2 days and it is quiet now thank goodness

I have never experienced such wonderful service from a repair facility. I called in last week and spoke with Nicole about doing an inspection on our new (well, new-ish) unit. Not only did she fit me in just a day later, she went over and above to make sure we wouldn't be overcharged or advised incorrectly. They were fully transparent when it came to our inspection results and we got our truck back this week after just a few small repairs! Wow! Thank you, Nicole and the rest of the team in Nashville who helped to give us a 5 star experience. You guys are the best!

Do NOT take your truck here to be repaired. I recently went to the Fairview, TN location on Highway 96 with my 99 E350, which has 7.3 power stroke in it. The vehicle was stalling periodically. After a ten hour diagnostic that cost approximately $1,300.00 I was told I had a bad PCM which they replaced. The total cost of the repair, with diagnostic was $3,300. On the very next road trip following Specialized s repair, the van exhibited the same exact symptoms and stalling problem as it had prior to taking it to Specialized Truck Repair, and ultimately broke down, leaving me stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night. I had the vehicle towed to a different shop near where I broke down and they identified the problem as a bad cam shaft position sensor. They replaced it (a two hundred dollar repair) and the van is now operating fine. When I contacted Specialized Truck Repair and asked for compensation since they did not repair the van properly, they refused, leaving me out not only $3,300 for the incorrect repair they performed but also an addition $1,302 in tow, rental, and hotel expenses (I broke down in the middle of the night, away from home).People make mistakes. Everyone is human, but refusing to admit their mistake and refusing to make things right not only shows a lack of customer service, but also a lack of quality business ethics. This shop is a complete scam. I would run as fast as you can.I dropped my truck off to get the brakes and rotors replaced. Instead of just doing as I asked they took 3 days to put together a very elaborate $$5,500 estimate. When I went to pick the truck up and take it somewhere else they charged me $150 for an evaluation! Funny thing is the evaluation was completely wrong and they were attempting to fix things that had no issue.Also, I must mention the staff is a complete joke as well.This is just your run of the mill scam mechanic shop that will try and push you in a corner and extort you.

These folks are absolutely the best. My loaded trailer broke down at a truck stop, the tech there couldn t fix the issue. They escorted my trailer to their nearby shop to make the necessary repairs. Working with the professional team there, we were able to locate the harness needed to make the repairs. Once they received the harness, they made quick work of getting it done and tested. I am pleased with the work, our customer will get their lumber in a timely fashion and these wonderful folks can enjoy a weekend knowing they hit it out of the park! Very speechless and astonished to experience a very wicked and heartless unpleasant moment with this company.They charged my company $400, just to come and lie about my broke down truck, did nothing about it, later on found out all I needed was new battery, while they lied that something was wrong with my starter.We need to fear God

if i could give 0 stars, i would. brought my van here. waited 3 months for it to get fixed. drove 10 mins down the road and it overheated. charged me $2000 for an IPR valve replacement. ridiculous. even diagnosed it had bad batteries, says in the report, and they didn t fix it. worst i ve ever been scammed on a van repair. so devastated and hoping the shop will help rectify this situation since i m already at another shop to get a true repair.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was in Gallatin Tennessee for a delivery from Vernon Alabama. I was hauling a pneumatic tankers. The feed line kept getting stopped up because it would not hold the pressure on the rear pod.. well I found this place on the internet. When I arrived a young mechanic named Israel greeted me outside as he worked on another semi truck. He was so nice . He smiled as he talked to me a total stranger to him. He did know if was there for service. He talked to me like he has known me for years. When I went into the front lobby, I saw his picture on the wall as Employee of the month. I smiled and told the reception lady that he well deserved employee of the month. I was tired and worried because this was my first load with a working for a new company. He fixed my trailer air pressure pod. This is most busiest repair shop I have ever seen. They have some much work they have a second shift of mechanics. ISREAL YOU SPOILED ME WITH FANTASTIC SERVICE AND REPAIRS. .
