Nissan has great customer service. Wonderful experience getting my oil change, tires rotated, and I had break pads with roters done also.

I used to service my 2015 nissan sentra at this location until my last visit. I scheduled an appointment to have my shocks or strut replacement. I wasn't really sure of the issue. Upon arrival the guy that was checking me in stated I needed an appointment I told him I had one then he starts to say its $200 an hour just to look at the vehicle plus once the issue is found i would pay for parts and the cost to fix it. I informed him that doesn't make sense. I've come several times. If the issue is not found, im not charged. Almost as if he were trying to find everything to say to turn me around. After all of the discouragement, I ended up leaving and taking my money elsewhere because I didn't trust leaving my vehicle. Waste of time.

I was afraid of the costs of using a dealership to service my new, used Nissan Murano SL but, was treated very fair. My service Rep, Jarrod, provided me with a detailed estimate of what needed to be done now and what can wait a while! The whole Service Staff at Downtown Nissan of Nashville were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even their chauffeur Charles "Jazz" was extra kind and patient.

I had an extremely unpleasant car service experience with a person named Jarred. He was unprofessional and uncooperative throughout the process. When I gave my car for service, there was no "Engine warning" light on. I only needed a simple AC blower motor change and oil change, but they charged me $1033. However, when I got my car back, the engine light was on. I went back to the service center and asked for help, but Jarred kept insisting on another diagnostic check, which would cost an additional $200. I reminded him that they had already done a diagnostic check and provided an estimate of around $8k. He claimed that the previous diagnosis was only for the AC blower motor and that the other checks were based on a simple visual inspection. I found this hard to believe, especially since the estimate was based on a visual inspection.Jarred kept insisting that the engine light was on before I gave them my car, but this was a complete lie. He even called me after I left and said that his technician had identified the issue and suggested the diagnosis in the initial estimate. He also claimed that he spent extra time checking my car because the engine light was already on and didn't charge me for the extra labor charge. However, I had already paid $600 for 3 hours of labor charge, which was contradictorv and funny.I was extremely disappointed with the complete ignorance and unwillingness to help. When I asked if I could escalate the issue to someone, Jarred claimed that he was the manager and there was no boss. He suggested that I escalate the issue to Nissan corporate. I found this to be a terrible customer service experience and wished I could give them a zero rating.I learned my lesson and decided to take my car to another service center where I can pay for genuine service instead of going to an untrustworthy place.

Been here a few times and it really depend on who you work with. Shaun at the service center was super helpful, very attentive, and easy to work with.

Expensive service... Loosened my clamps on power steering hose causing leak, probably by accident. Disappointed that they did this. However, offered to make it right...so they are still pretty good to do business with. Had repairs made to my Nissan . Detailed my vehicle...no charge.

My review has changed with this company over the lifetime of owning my vehicle...5 years. 1. I bought the car, and it was everything I wanted in 2018. It had low mileage and just plain nice. 3 months later, my moonroof begins to leak. I call and complain and am told that it's my responsibility because it's a maintenance thing and that I need to take it to a body shop. Mind you, the car STILL was under the manufacturer warranty! Still to this day, they REFUSE to fix it. 2. They give us a mileage for when things need to be maintained, i.e. transmission flush at 50k. We get it done, and now they want it done every 20-30k miles. I have a platinum extended coverage which covers tires and EVERY SINGLE TIME I need a tire replaced (which in the contract it states will cover it), I am told that I have to pay for it! 3. The defective trim by the back glass comes off... CONSTANTLY, yet I am told... I have to pay 400.00 for a plastic trim with clips. However, when I called just to order the part to fix it myself, I'm quoted 260.00. It's one thing after the other, and every time I need the dealership, they are constantly doing what they can to make me pay more money! God forbid you're a woman because then they will do what they can to put the fear of GOD in you to make you do the maintenance they are recommending by exaggerating the severity of the issue. For example, they tried to tell me that the control arms on my vehicle were so bad that it was dangerous. I took it to a family friend mechanic and it was just the opposite. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE WAREHOUSE HERE AND SEVERAL LOCATIONS THAT HAVE BODY SHOPS AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES OR FIND AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANNOT FIX IT... SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO!

Purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano and I'm very happy with it. Also, purchased an extended warranty at the time we bought the car. Forward 6 years, while we have kept the service up to date on this vehicle, we had to take it in today for some simple issues. The drain in the moonroof was stopped up and had to be cleared this was not covered by the warranty and that's understandable. The air conditioning had stopped cooling intermittently and of course we had to have that checked. With the understanding that if freon is low, THERE IS A LEAK. The personnel there gave us some runaround that they had to check for a leak and did not find one. They put more freon with a color-coded liquid in the AC system and told us they would know the next time it leaked due to the discoloration on our driveway or other pavement when parked. IF THERE IS A FREON LEAK THEN THE WARRANTY SHOULD COVER PUTTING MOREIN THE VEHICLE. THEY DID NOT HONOR OUR WARRANTY!!!IF THIS IS HOW NISSAN TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS THEN WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM. WE PROBABLY WILL NOT DO ANY MORE BUSINESS AT DOWNTOWN NISSAN BECAUSE OF THIS. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE DAY BEFORE SERVICING, WE HAD JUST PURCHASED ANOTHER EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS, cost $3200.00. Talk about insult to injury, this was just not right. The total cost of service was around $800.00. To say we're not happy is being kind.

I get coupons for service both in the mail and email. So I went in to get an oil change and had to forward coupon to the service rep (inconvenient) . Then while checking out the guy tell me that my coupon can't be used because it's for a Conventional Oil Change and they don't do Conventional Oil Changes anymore. (Why send coupons for this location that can't be used). Then after leaving I notice they never rotated my tires. ASK QUESTION PLEASE ....don't be shocked at checkout. They will rinse your car off (not a real car wash)Service: Oil change

I went online to make an appointment for an oil change. With my mileage it recommended an oil change and tire rotation. I also selected to add getting new wipers. When I showed up the attendant asked if I was there for an oil change. I agreed. She then took my VIN and pulled me up on her computer. She called me by my name and verified that I would wait for my service. After about half an hour I was told my car was ready. As a different attendant was going over my bill, I noticed there was no tire rotation or new wipers. When I said something about it, he asked me if I told the first attendant about it. I told him it was all there when I made the appointment. When she pulled up all my imfo by my VIN I assumed she was looking at my appointment info. In a tone that indicated this was all my fault, he said that he would see if they could fit me in to get the rest of the work done. It took another twenty minutes before i was called back. We went over the service. I paid and left. At no point did anyone apologize for the mix up and inconvenience. Either update your website so that appointments cannot be made online or train your staff to read what customers have requested online.

It would have been 5 star but my panels weren't replaced properly and my shifting knob literally fell off when I was leaving. It was fixed when I showed it, but if it had never happened at all, 5 stars would have been easily awarded for amazing customer service. Attention to detail when it's an automobile ranks high for me because it means my safety and that of my family.

What's the point of an appointment system if you show up on time and then told there was a 3 hour wait for your oil change?! I own and work at an appointment based business, which I took off for this particular service appointment. If my business can do it, Nissan can do it. I would expect more from Nissan. I will not be going back here for any type of purchase or service.

I had a great experience with my recent vehicle purchase. The salesman Kelton Brown went out of his way to ensure I got the best price for my trade in, as well as on the vehicle I purchased. I have had negative dealership experiences in the past, but Downtown Nashville Nissan did not disappoint.

Everyone was extremely pleasant. I was greeted quickly. Everything was explained throughly. The wait time for my car to be serviced was super long but it was explained to me that the wait would be long due to it being during lunch hour.

Every repair I have had done had to be redone. They are warranty repairs but I do not have time to waste at the dealership having the same repairs done.
