Been using these guys for years. They are always nice, fast and honest. CJ hooked it up on the last visit and went above and beyond to replace one nail on the left side and find a pin hole leak on the other that has been nagging me. I ve also bought several sets of tires from their sister store. Super happy with the service!

I purchased a tire from Robin Hood tires that was used even though they quoted me a brand new tire price because they promised a warranty for a month. I pointed out that I saw a patch on the tire and they straight lied and said it was not a patch. I asked for a discount because it was overpriced, and they didn t give one. After two days of driving, the Tire started to go flat. When I returned to the tire shop they claimed that the stem on the tire, which is not the tire and not covered by the warranty was leaking. This is something that all tire shops check for after them mount the tire so I told them they needed to replace the stem. they told me it would be $30 to replace the stem even though every other tire shop charges three dollars. I took my tire to a reputable tire shop where they told me that it was leaking from the patch on the tire.I took the tire bag to get my money back as they said I had a 30 day warranty, but was told I couldn t get my money back because I didn t have a receipt receipt that they never gave me when I made the purchase with cash because they only except cash .Long story short, I paid $75 for a tire that went flat every single day for two weeks, and I tried to take it back at which point they scam and will give me my money back. Stay away from this please!!!

Do not I repeat Do not buy a tire from them, they sell bad tires,..I bought a default tire, they did not want to replace it. Terrible place to buy from... Terrible customer service.. They just want your money.

They do it all, they'll patch your tire or you can get very good used tires or new tires

As an out of towner with a 7 hour drive ahead, I cannot recommend Robin Hood Tires enough. I had a nail in my tire and went to a few shops that were backed up. The third shop recommended Robin Hood. I pulled up (very obviously not from the area) and the man was very conversational and made us feel like he d handle the repair properly. He plugged the hole to get us home for only $10! My experience could have been different as an out of towner unfamiliar with the area, but they were about business and handled our problem properly. Thank you so much.

Had a blowout and this was the closest place to get to. Service was quick, but two days later the tire was flat again. Tire they sold me was dry rotted and had already been plugged.

They accepted to change my mother's battery and proceeded to not change it and attempted to keep the new battery. Luckily she noticed and got her money back after threatening to call the police. Robinhood robs the hood. Update to owner, never said you sold the battery. I said you accepted to change the battery, she brought it in. And you and I know exactly what the situation is here, so don't even.

Should be named "Robbing The Hood!" I went to have a leaky tire sealed and instead of pressure testing it for leaks, then sanding the wheel and applying a light coat of paint then changing the valve stem- they applied a black sealant around the rim then charged me $30! Didn't even put a new valve stem in it! I am at Goodyear Nashboro Villiage now having it done properly!Don't give the robbers any of your hard earned money! Here is proof of how poor the work was...LOOK AT THE BUBBLES AROUND THEIR REPAIR!!

I already had bought a new tire. I went in to have them put it in my rim and put the tire on my truck. Was told that there was weld work involved in that (What?) and was quoted a price of $125. Went half a block toA. J. Auto service and he had it done in 20 minutes for $15. So my experience was they saw a white woman, thought I was stupid, told me a complete lie so they could charge me a ridiculous price. Crooks they crooks.

Don t do it guys .. eventually they know how to fix everything but they don t even have an idea and proceed to making your problem even worse.

Great prices, service and people. I needed to replace my tires for a Christmas road trip and they fit me in last minute and had a better price than anywhere else that I checked. The guys that changed my tires were courteous and quick and I chatted with the owner and his son while I waited. Very happy that I could spend my time and money with good people in my neighborhood.

Great customer service, I always value a a business that is ran by hard working, down to earth people. I give credit where credit is due..very greatful for them. My kia is driving like a champ now... new brakes, rotors and balanced my tires in a timely manner!!!

When I pulled up onthe property since I had a flat he charge me 60.00 dollars for a tire. Two days later I am going down on a flat and go back with my receipt. The manager tells me the tire has to be sealed and that is going to cost me 20.00 dollars I asked him is this something that he should have done in the being and he refused to to answer me.do not go to this place they are riding people off and not doing their jobs. I asked for his manager but he said he would tell me the samething.

Since Robin Hood is in my hood, lol, and constant construction in North Nash assures at least 3 nails in my tires per year, Robin Hood is my go-to spot for repair. The guys are always polite and helpful, service is super fast, and the prices are totally agreeable. Don't let all of the people that tend to hang around on that corner deter you from pulling in. You don't even have to get out of your car for service :-)

Had to go back 3 times till they got it right .Two times to get the same tire plugged . Third time I had to break down & purchase a tire for $40. 00 or was it $45.00 ? Staff saw I was a lil irritated , come out ready to go to work , tire down . I drove from East Nashville ,all the way to north Nashville 3 times .Driving from Shelby Avenue ..

The guy did pull a nail out my tire but didn't tell me there were more. I was on flat on the interstate 20 minutes after leaving. Before I left, I asked them to check my tires. He said all were good. After I got towed off the interstate to another tire shop, they found two bald tires and 3 more nails in the tire that I had just got fixed. Needless to say... I had to buy 3 tires and pay over 100 for the tow.

You're better off going to Discount Tire or Walmart for tire services the price they quoted wasn't the price after the long time it took for them to finally mount and balance all 4 tires. Walmart charges 100$ to mount and balance 4 tires Robinhood charged me 180$. Told them I wasn't going to pay that ridiculous amount and they basically were going to take the tires of the rims and leave me stuck their. They are not good people I assumed going to a small shop would be a good act, but go to the bigger shops they care about the customer

Talk about getting there stuff done!!! I pulled up and was in and out in 15 minutes brand new tire no questions asked. Everyone was very nice and straight to the point I love that and love this place.

My boss recommended this place so I came over on break with a nail or something in my tire they fixed it extremely fast and wanted only $5. Gave them $20 and went on my way. Can t speak for major work but for something simple It doesn t hurt to come here. Thanks again

I went here just to find out why my rear driver tire was leaking and the guy said it was my valve stem which ok that's cool now he told me he will take care of it and get me back on the road real quick. Now i was waiting almost over 30 minutes just for him to change the valve stem. But that wasn't the half of it! After he left me waiting that long he came back and said that it's going to be $15 dollars. Now i know for a fact that for him to change my valve stem should only be 5 to 10 dollars. But he got upset when i said that was alot just for a valve stem and proceeded to use profanity at me plus yell and scream then took my tire back off of my truck and said he will just put the old one back on! So i told him whatever makes him feel better. Then he wants me to get out of my vehicle and talk to the guy on the inside. Which ok i don't mind, but as I'm talking to him and he explains that my stem is a metal stem on the inside and had to be replaced with a metal stem and they cost more that rubber. Now i looked up how much metal stems cost and the type they put in my rim is $3.24 and they wanted to charge me $15 dollars why for what exactly! I asked what is the 15 for specifically and beforehe could answer. I guess the guy that ownes the tire shop said its a metal stem they are expensive. And i asked him how expensive is the one you put in my rim i asked and he wouldn't answer the question he just started yelling at me saying that they are expensive and the most expensive one is $100 dollars. So i have had enuff of them being disrespectful to me! So i gave him a altimatum to just settle for the $10 or nothing since he wants $15 and i want $5. He still got mad but said ok but assured me i cannot come back until i pay the other 5 dollars until then serviceis refused. Wow is what i have to say when he knows for a 100% fact that he is ripping people off and don't care! If i could give zero stars i definitely.

Customer service was polite he advised me of the price before starting service. Service my tire very quickly got me in and got me out very quickly I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the quickness of the service. The price was very reasonable and the location is very convenient.

Very Unprofessional. I mean the man literally stop working on my tire( which I had been there waiting for 20 minutes and couldn t get it off) to go in the building and come back out with a cigarette just to stop working on it again to ask for a lighter. People arguing ( its 8 something in the morning) wasted 40 minutes and being late to work with NO TIRE!

Robin Hood tires or ROBIN THE HOOD of their money rather, i needed a new rim on my car, instead of them telling me the first time they fixed something they knew was not wrong and sent me on my way, i came back under WARRANTY within 3 days, and they again fixed something they KNEW couldn't be fixed, i now have my car sitting outside in front of my house after being out DAMN SIDE 4 hours unable to change the tire because my lugnuts were swollen and i didnt know that until the TOW MAN TOLD ME . so please dont go there save your little $20 put that with another $20 and maybe find some change and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! BYE ROBIN THE HOOD

Love to support small businesses but these ppl here are always my last resort.... got charged an extra fee on what I usually pay for a used tire ...... same car .... let s see how well this tire last I m pretty sure I m wasting my money and will going back to the Tire Barn they always do me good .
