I ve been going to this mechanic for quite some time. I like they are near my house. They service is friendly and the guys do a quality work and get it done in a timely manner. They communicate with what a wrong up front and like pricing is great. When I get it done I know I m safe to drive away and feel quality work and honest work has been done. Read good reviews and you re gonna get that one negative but no one is perfect and majority of their reviews is good. If something goes wrong they will own up to it and get it done right. I will add I ve compared prices from dealership and I m saving way more on these guys then other place. Shop is nice you can sit and watch too from window. Or you can walk over to Kroger go shopping, grab food if you want to walk somewhere while they work on the car. I like they are open on Sat since I work weekdays so nice to try to get the car in when I can. Thanks for being the neighborhood mechanic and hope you are all around for awhile.

Awesome work!!! Not my first time here but the first time was for a different car. They made sure I walked away satisfied and my problem fixed and did not take them long either. The only place I ll let touch my car in the Antioch area . It has been two days since they had fixed the rattling noise the guy said he wasn t sure tho but with the inspection they performed the car looks good well it s been them two days and the noise haven t came back . Thank you guys for all the hard work and I ll definitely be back to get bushings replaced by you guys

I've been going to this shop for close to a decade now, the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and incredibly transparent. They're more than willing to actually show you what the problem is with your vehicle, and will always let you know exactly what they're going to do to repair it. Reasonable prices, too.

The best shop I have ever worked with. They have been kind, understanding, and respectful everytime we call with questions or need assistance and they offer quick service and help when you need it. I highly recommend this shop if you are in the Antioch/Nashville area

Scammers. I took my car to this place a few months ago due to an overheating issue with my car. They fixed it and my car was running fine for a couple weeks but the issue returned. So I took my car back but this time they said it was an issue with the motor, telling me I needed a replacement. This would easily cost over $6k like they said. I couldn t afford this so I went on my way. Over the next few months I had to drive my car with the heat on to take heat away from the engine to keep it from overheating in summer weather. I ve taken my car to different locations before and this was never mentioned. So I got skeptical and took it to a different location that did good work on my car before and they were able to take care of the problem and it had nothing to do with the motor. In fact, this issue was fixed for under $800. I know nothing about cars but I had no lights on and the car seemed to run fine, it was just overheating like I mentioned above. These people had me stressing on what I should do, I even contemplated taking out a loan to get a replacement motor. I also thought of selling it but I couldn t because it s a new car that I literally bought a year ago. The only reason I came to this place for repairs is because it s within walking distance of my job and I thought they could take care of my car while I m on my lunch break. If you know nothing about cars like myself, take your business elsewhere; these people try and rip you off. Seriously not sure why you would disrespect yourselves in this manner.EDIT: My car is taken care of. If the diagnosis was incorrect fine. But some people rely on their vehicles for work, like myself and mistakes like this shouldn t happen. At this time I have no interest in discussing this matter any further.

This is my second vehicle worked on here at Precision Tune and they never disappoint. They re very honest and upfront with you and fair with part/labor costs. Usually a very reasonable turn around time as well! I used to drive way out of Nashville to find a small town mechanic shop to get away from the city pricing and scams but this place has that same small town no BS feel. I didn't have any work done here, BUT the exceptional level of customer service is why I will most certainly return for work in the future. They told me what I needed, and gave me another option. Even though the other option involved referring me to a dealership because it was more cost effective, they still provided me the information. Their integrity is priceless, and when you add in the level of customer experience, they're phenomenal.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable with their training Also I was impressed with how quickly they were able to diagnose and then repair my vehicle. The best part is that the price was very fair. I called around and got prices for the same job and I got quotes that were from 10 percent more to double what I paid. I definitely recommend this repair shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Really good and professional experience. I had never been to this particular location yet had taken multiple vehicles of mine to Precision Tune on Nolensville Road. Found out that the Nolenxville Road location closed down recently, so I went to the Murfreesboro Pike location. The manager, Paul Kenny, greeted me and got right with me regarding my front left strut issue almost immediately. He initially told me that they were backed up from weekend jobs and that he would do his best to contact me with an update.After a few hours, he called and stated my car was fixed and ready for pickup the same day. I was very impressed by the update. I informed him that I wouldn't be able to retrieve my car until the next day. Mr. Kenny stated there would be no problem nor extra charge to retrieve the vehicle the next day and that he would lock the car up overnight to prevent theft.When I came to retrieve my vehicle, I was gretted by both Mr. Kenny and his wife. Both assured me that the work was done, and they thanked me for my business. Very nice people. I highly recommend this place for any general vehicle issue or need.

What I like about Precision is how they take the time to get to know you and see what they can do to care for all your car needs. I have always had a great experience with such care-hearted people. I have never spent more than my budget, and I have always got my car back better than before. I feel Precision is my distant family. I encourage anyone tired of dealing with the Jiffy Lube or Firestone to please take a chance with this company. Trust me; you will save much money as I have. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had an issue with my car 2 days after I bought it, and not only did they make sure i was taken care of quickly and with the least amount of hassle, they made sure to contact my warranty company and make sure I didn't have to pay a dime! AND they made sure I got a replacement spare tire since the one I was given apparently didn't fit the car(how does that even happen?)And of course the staff was all very friendly and transparent in everything they were doing, to every customer in their store. I don't think I can go anywhere else!

Just bought a used car that I didn't know much about and brought it to this place to run some tests and make sure I was driving something safe. They are awesome! The woman at the front desk was super helpful and explained what was done and what needed to be done further to me in the simplest terms. didn't try to charge me for anything i didn't need. will be returning!

I m from out of town and had a wheel bearing go bad on me. They got the job done in a very timely manner and helped me out tremendously nothing but a great experience at this place I would definitely come here again if something happened to my vehicle while in the area.

I was in Nashville for spring break with my family, we had driven here from MI and were leaving in two days. I started to hear a sound in my car that I did not like and looked for a repair shop. The reviews for this shop were the best that I found. I absolutely agree this shop is excellent! The owner took great care of me and my car. I absolutely recommend this business.

These guys are great. They were able to save me hundreds of dollars by coming up with an alternative solution to a problem I had with my car. They could ve easily took me down the same expensive road two other shops had offered to take me down, but instead they found a way to help me resolve the issue without killing my wallet. It s hard to find places like this these days. I highly recommend them!

I was on the south side of Nashville yesterday. I had about an hour before my next appointment, so I decided to get my oil changed and brakes checked. Good for me, I had a coupon from NES for Precision Tune. I was treated extremely well. My car was ready in about 30 minutes. The oil change was complete and they just had to add a little brake fluid. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had with car repair shops. I wish I had this store on my side of town.

i just want to say these guys really do a great job everytime i come in with my cars. they are very fast about it too like if you looking hard working and trustworthy people to get your car maintenance or need repairs bring it here i cant say enough good things about them
