Good cars and decent selection but the prices are simply insane compared to the Pull a Part and Express Pull n Save. Like, I m talking 40-50 percent higher per part. A factory radio is over 40 dollars. It s insane. I want to shop here more but their prices make that next to impossible.

This place is horrible. I bought a good from here, i didn't know it had been repainted when I purchased it therefore it did not match my cars factory paint. I go to get the core money and exchange the hood the next day and I was told that I hadn't paid for the 90 extended warranty. I paid for the warranty I don't know if the employee stole the money from the warranty I paid for or what. I was cursed at and was refused an exchange and also my core money returned. The place also charges a different price than advertised online. I have reported them for these reasons alone.

I was at this yard on Saturday 16 2024 trying to purchase a second rollseat of Yukon and the person that was at register was trying to charge me for second roll seat and a bucket seat when it was only one whole seat just because it was in 2 pieces because it was the only way to get it out of the Yukon for the space you have to work with and the other person that was there supposedly in charge keep arguing with me about it when I tried to explain to him that was the only way to get out. he just kept arguing that it was a second roll and a 1/2 a seat trying to charge more money I ask to speak with the manager and he told me that he was in charge that day if I wanted the part it how is going to be like he was saying and I told him no I wasn t gonna pay more for the second roll seat because it was in 2 pieces I try to call corporate to speak with someone about the way he was doing trying to charge more money but didn t get any answer because hours of operation and they wore laughing because I wasn t gonna get anybody on the phone and when I when back to pay for the other parts that Hispanic person kept trying to instigate the black person to keep arguing with me and he still charges me for the seat and other parts and trying to seat that I didn t tell him I was only getting the other parts but no the second roll seat

these people are the greediest I ve ever seen. They tripled their prices for pull a part all other pull a parts are way cheaper than them after you get your hands dirty and you work hard to pull your parts they re trying to charge you brand new parts prices. You d be better off purchasing Parts from full-service salveg yards or go to other pull apart don t get ripped off at this place

I went to return an alternator and didn t have my receipt and they wouldn t print another copy or return me my money. And When you buy something with credit they make you sign 2 copies but somehow they will not return your money if you don t have your copy.

Went in to get some temp sensors on my car since they were 5 a piece according to the website. After digging through lot and uninstalling the sensors, I get up to pay and all the employees are being rude to customers. Ok that's fine. I get told 25 a sensor which they are not even that brand new. I show the guy the online price and he argues with me for a few minutes then drops the price down to 15 a piece. I will never be back to these con artists and you should not hire foreigners that are racist to run your business!

Employees hang up on you and they wont help you with a simple question such as price on a part I was told by a employee who hung up on me previously I would have to drive up there to ask about pricing and they don't offer customer service anymore this business is very unprofessional and will never go there because of this

I needed a spare tire. Spares are located in the trunk. My car has an electronic lock only, since they remove the battery before putting the car on the lot they are supposed to pop the trunk. If they don't, not only can you not get the spare but all lights assemblies, wires, speakers, or whatever else you need trunk access for. I brought it to their attention that none of the cars had been unlocked, and they did not care at all. The manager was upset at me for bringing it to their attention (makes me think that was his job). The manager ( a middle aged latino man) told me to pick a car, and they would have an employee unlock the trunk the next day, but only 1 car. So if the part is not there, come back another day and request another car 1 by 1 instead of doing what they are required to and open them all before putting them on the lot. Also, they charge a bit more than double pull a part. I'm not coming back here!

I got there and the entry fee is plastered all over the place that it is now $5 instead of the $2 shown on their web page. I asked about it and they said that EVENTUALLY they will change it but for now they won t change it because it gets people to drive miles to get to them and most pay the extra amount

They are trying to be the worst for everything... The entry fee is now $5, and they will charger you for every screw, pigtail and button, even it's a whole unit, the staff is also very rude. I'd go to other yards like pull a part of express pull n save

$5 just to come in now to have the pleasure of having your parts covered in stickers that come off in about 8 different pieces on top of the highest prices around...then they want to charge you even more for their warranty. Do yourself a favor and go to pull a part

I got charge for a warranty on a Fender. What do I need with a warranty on a fender. Make sure you let them know you don't want a warranty. Check out clerk didnt ask if I wanted a warranty he just added it on his own. Still a great place to go for auto parts. I bought the convertible top for my convertible from them.

The online parts search showed 2 vehicles that match for a diesel injection pump. I drive 20 minutes and pay $3 only to find the two vehicles were both gas. When I tried to get my $3 back they said they couldn t do it. I showed where the search was showing two vehicles that match and both were gas. He said come back tomorrow and speck with the manager. It will costMe more that $3 in fuel to drive back. Do not use this junk yard.

Horrible pricing and the employees barely seem sentient. No joke cost me $100 for 2 steel wheels with roasted tires, and that s after having them remove the 90 day warranty that they put on without even asking you. They charge for the wheel and the tire separately (unlike pull a part) so it ends up costing double. As if anyone is EVER going to buying a rim and tire separately from a junkyard. Am I supposed to dismount the tires right there in the yard? Come on.

Awful pricing. Went here to get some replacement taillight housings and they wanted to charge me 70 for a set. If only I knew what the prices were before I ended up wasting an hour here looking what I needed. You're better off at Pull-A-Part if you want a decent deal on your parts. Also staff is a bit unenthusastic and rather rude. Would not recommend coming here

Today put me over the top with this place. Went and got some door handles. They are listed at $15 each. Front door handle has two connectors for the smart key access. Handle is bonded together it s part of the handle, it s non-serviceable and the only way you can buy it . They wanted to charge me an extra $8 for a pigtail harness! So if I buy a window motor that has a harness that comes out are you going to charge me extra for the harness that s part of the motor? Scam at work. They do have a good selection of cars. they keep the yard clean and straight. Just watch their pricing they will try to charge you crazy stuff.

Buy at your own risk most of these salvage yards including this one don t even check functionality of engines or transmissions. They just try and sell them with the warranty and unfortunately I got a bad one won t be buying another engine or transmission from this company. I even bought the bad one back and they still didn t want to give me a refund.

You want a place that will attempt to charge you EVERY bolt of an item and find ways to overcharge you, let the guy with the glasses be your checkout. Makes it almost not worth coming. GREAT inventory, just bad practice as a whole. NOT worth pulling your parts from here

When they raised their entrance fee 50%, I started going elsewhere. Also, good luck finding a wheel-barrel that isn't broken.

I regularly get good prices for parts I buy here! To name a few, I got a really good deal on a car hood I bought in the past and most recently, a dashboard piece I really needed. They seem to have a vast selection of vehicles here. If you need it, they more than likely will have it. Another example is, "Buick Roadmasters" are hard to find parts for and are rare at junkyards. Maybe it's because people hold on to them. The Roadmasters interchangeable parts are hard to find also. I couldn't find one anywhere locally after many attempts. I finally get to where I call LKQ and to my surprise, THEY HAD ONE! It turned out to be a excellent part's car!I always appreciate the good customer service I received as well!

At one time, LKQ was a terrific junk yard. Employees worked the yard and picked up clutter in the isle ways. The prices were fair and most of all, they were straight forward.I Really needed a tire and they were on my way back to my town. So I stopped in and found a tire, already on a rim for my car. score, on the price list online, it says a tire is 24.00 and a steel wheel is 17. 17 is cheaper than a mount and balance so I'll take it.Explain to me how to total ended up being 63.00. I even asked about it and this little boy behind the counter acted like there was no options here. So I rolled with it. Later, I looked at the receipt, he added a optional 90day guarantee to both the rim and tire. I didn't ask for it and pull a part give you a 30day warranty for free.At pull a part, that one tire on the rim would have cost me 24.00 plus tax and environmental fee. And I wouldn't have had to put up with lip from some punk kid who doesn't value a hard days work. They treated me like I ruined their day by showing up at their business.

A few years ago this place was better. Cars were more or less organized by make, and you could at least get the wheelbarrows out to your car once you were done. Now, they've got everything just put where it'll fit - so if you need parts off a Jeep Cherokee for example, one could be at the very front and one could be at the very back, the employees know next to nothing, will sit around doing nothing even if they know you're there, and you will get charged for every little item that they can add to make the bill bigger. And then they'll try to sneak that 90 day warranty onto you without saying anything. This place should be your last resort.

Staff was friendly and professional but yard was a mess. Seldom cleaned and they haven t put gravel down in years. Could barely get a wheel barrel through it. I m used to yards being arranged by make, but this yard scatters cars wherever, so you WILL be walking the entire yard. There are better, cleaner and more organized u-pull lots that I will use instead. They were professional, though, but the yard is still a disaster. Going through cars you re tripping over driveshafts from the last 5 cars that were in that bay and don t bother with a wheel barrel cause it ain t happening.

Ever since they changed to PYP, prices have went up (including entrance fee) and they no longer update the inventory at 09:30 daily. It might be multiple days before the inventory is updated and they will back date the days they missed.Express Pull N Save in LaVergne and Lebanon are usually HALF the cost, that is if you also remember to tell LKQ you don't want the "optional" warranty they automatically charge you for.For example:A/C Compressor:at Express- $33.49/$2.50 coreat LKQ - $51.99/$10 core/$15.60 "optional" warranty

Our first day, the people were kind and courteous. The next day, we were told we were "hiding things" on the bottom; mind you, the wheel barrow was full, so SOMETHING had to be on the bottom, but no intentional effort was made to "pull one over". Customer rewards are being phased out, and we spent 1200.00 in two days, so there is no incentive to spend money and no rewards or courtesy for spending lots. The fella we had on the second day was rude and assuming the worst. He dropped several of our parts and was not professional...at all. I know employees are tough to find, but this interaction will keep me from making a return trip. Nice selection, clean yard. You have to have a general idea what year and make you took parts off, so best to pay attention. We have been to many LKQ's, and while many of them are not "overachievers" in service, one would think employees would not scare aware customers with rudeness and accusations. We almost walked away, but traveled quite a ways, so we sucked it up. Not impressed by LKQ.
