Honest, friendly, and excellent customer service. A+ experience from start to finish! I took the car in for an oil change and inspection (which was complementary) because it had been making some noises. I was so impressed when they sent me an email clearly outlining every recommended service (photos included!) and the urgency level of each repair. Made the process easy and clear. Special shout out to Johnny, the location manager, and the mechanic, Joe. You can tell these guys really care! This will definitely be our go-to auto repair place from now on!

Top tier work! the whole crew is amazing. Very thorough in their work and found issues that other shops did not find. Got my lifted truck with a cam running and driving great and at a great price. They let you take control of the work that is done to your vehicle and do not hit you with surprise charges at the end. Joe and Matt were very communicative through the whole process. Could not recommend Phoenix more to anyone looking for quality work. Will most definitely be returning!

Joe was extremely professional and honest in the mechanics did a great job on my car got it done in a timely matter since it was an emergency. I m very happy and satisfied with the service I received from them. I would definitely recommend and or go back in that area again.

Highly recommend! Joe and the team were extremely friendly, transparent, and efficient. I was met with fantastic customer service upon my drop off and received up-to-date text messages (with pictures) & phone calls about my vehicles diagnostics. The turnaround time was also incredibly fast (the next day) considering all the work I need done. I will certainly returned for any additional service needs in the future.

These guy's are incredible life savers. I got there they were about to close. After a long day they still stayed late and diagnosed my vehicle. I was in transit back to Chicago they fixed it, the first thing in morning. Great price, outstanding customer service and quality work. They are life savers!

There are so many places to choose from to have your automotive repairs performed; but let me advise contacting Phoenix Auto Repair! Truly I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people. Johnny and Joe thank you so much for your care, patience, communication and attention to customer service!!!This repair shop really cares about their customers and stands behind their words and workmanship!There are a lot of times you go to a place for a repair, and you have a hard time trusting the diagnosis or cost of repairs - this is NOT that place. We had an engine replacement for our Toyota tundra and they replaced it flawlessly and super timely as well. Excellent customer service and way better than any of the competitors. They installed our own engine we purchased which was great!!

10/10 Customer Service!! The first thing I look for in a shop to service my vehicle is good people. Once I spoke with these guys, I knew this was a place I could trust. I had some big issues go on with my car and was working with Joe and the team at Phoenix to get this taken care of. I was shown so much kindness and they provided a stress free environment from an already stressful situation. They had recommendations for towing and partners they work with, which made for the utmost convenience. Their quote was one of the most honest quotes I could find in the Nashville area. Highly recommend making a relationship with this service center. Thank you to Joe for all of his incredible help and quickness!!

Awesome service. Rolled into town with a diesel fuel leak on my truck on Thursday. Tried several shops with no luck. Found Phoenix through a google search. Was only here for a day or so and trying to get back home to Michigan for Sunday. Walked in and pulled my truck right in and able to get working on it and found my leak. Next day Friday they finished my truck up staying late to make sure I was able to make it back home. Joe and Matt and the whole crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Definitely would recommend and will use again if I ever have any issues next time I am in Nashville.

I only went in for an oil change, but came out with a wealth of knowledge on future repairs my car would need. I am currently unemployed and waiting to get back to work. They prioritized the few necessary repairs my car needs and made me feel absolutely no pressure to fix anything until I get back to work and can afford to. They also gave me suggestions on things that I could do to keep from furthering any damage until I can get it fixed properly. It is rare to find an auto mechanic that doesn't try to pressure you into repairs. They have a great system that gives you an estimate before you commit to anything. It really allows the customer to have time to research and find the best option for their own needs and repairs. They were also fast and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

This is by far the best repair shop I have ever been to! I called several repair shops including the dealership of my car which is Chrysler and they all turned me away and said they couldn t help me and even some had me schedule an appointment and bring my car in just to tell me they didn t have time to help me with my car. I call phoenix and Joe answered and said He would love to help me . Throughout the process Joe communicated with me several times in what I needed, the cost of everything and how long it would take. I even got text updates with my quote and pictures of the issues they seen with my car. Everyone is nice, playful and you can tell they all like what they do. I will never go to another repair shop ever I m a Phoenix guy for life lol! Thanks fellas!

I broke down on the highway in November 2023 and picked Phoenix Auto Repair to get towed to based on good reviews. They had to replace/order multiple major parts and fix several things, and were able to finish everything within 72 hours of my arrival. They were consistently available, positive, and made me feel comfortable with major financial decisions. A few months later, I started hearing a rattling noise under the car and brought it in for them to look at. They informed me one of the parts they installed had gotten out of place likely after going over a lot of potholes. They re-worked it and gave it extra securing at absolutely no cost to me. I was in and out in 30 minutes for that repair. I appreciate the fast, friendly service, and a shop that stands by their work and takes care of repairs. I'll keep going here as long as I live in Nashville.

Great work from the guys at Phoenix. They were very thorough with the inspection of my car and through their digital platform gave me a detailed description with pictures of every item that needed work. Also they were very fast in fixing my car. I would recommend 100%.

Oh my gosh this shop! I was debating buying an older Jeep that had a plethora of lights on the dash. They got it towed to them, diagnosed, and fixed all within 4 days! Everyone was very responsive and so kind. Can t say enough good things about them. Wished I lived in Nashville to take all my cars to them. I have already recommended them to all my family in nashville.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Phoenix Auto. I am new to Nashville so when my car overheated in a parking garage, I had to scramble to figure out how to get it out and where to take it when most places were closed for the weekend. On Saturday morning, my parents messaged Phoenix Auto on Facebook not expecting a reply until they opened on Monday; however, the owner was quick to reply and even organized for me to be towed to their shop while they were closed. Daniel really went above and beyond to streamline this process for me.I went with my car to the shop on Saturday not expecting anyone to be there, but Khaled greeted me and did a quick evaluation. Before I left, he walked me through what he thought the issue was and made sure everything was ready for a full evaluation on Monday.First thing Monday morning, Matt called to confirm each service they were providing, gave me multiple updates throughout the day, and he had my car ready to go the next morning. Both Matt and Johnny provided excellent service and constant communication while my car was with them.I have immense gratitude for a team that doesn t force me into extra services or talk to me like I don t know what s going on. They explained every concern they had, provided multiple photos from my evaluation, and made sure all services were clear before moving forward. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and honest. Being a young girl going into a new shop, I was very cautious when picking a place to take my car, but Phoenix Auto quickly earned my trust. I will not hesitate to go to them for future needs!

The air pressure light on my vehicle came on, but I couldn t get an appointment with the service dealership for 5 days. I called Phoenix Auto and the gentleman told me they could look at it the same day anytime before they close. When I arrived about 1.5 hours before they closed, the gentleman immediately greeted me and remembered our conversation. He showed me where the waiting room was and worked on my car right away. While waiting, another friendly gentleman greeted me and made sure I was comfortable. About 7 minutes later, the gentleman came back and said my car was fixed after he put air in the tires and he didn t charge me.I was very impressed by the friendliness of everyone there and the fact that they didn t waste my time or make something up about my car having more issues than it did and ripping me off. I highly doubt my experience was an anomaly and that these guys treat all of their customers the way they treated me. These men truly have integrity and I would trust them to do an honest job on my car in the future.

I brought Phoenix Auto a car that I was looking to buy and had them inspect it before purchase. They took it in and immediately found a whole host of issues that needed to be addressed. They did a great job of showing and explaining what all needed done. They also took pictures of everything that was wrong and uploaded them to a link that I could access. They gave me a recommendation on what to do with the car and sent me on my way. This is an awesome shop with extremely knowledgeable staff! I would highly recommend!

Phoenix auto was recommended to me by a friend and I ve continually heard them recommended by others I meet whenever the topic of auto shops come up here in Nashville. Here s why: they are always so kind and patient in hearing about your car problems. They fully diagnose any and everything that could be an issue and rank those problems with what is most important. They patiently explain everything in detail so you feel confident in them and their recommendations. They have always been fast, diagnosing and repairing often within a few days at most. I ve always been confident in bringing my car to Phoenix Auto.

These people are amazing. I had an issue with changing my battery, and I called them, showed up 15 minutes later, and they took care of it in under an hour!! Cannot recommend them enough--they're my go-to recommendation if people ask me where to get their car serviced in the Nashville area.

I reached out to Phoenix Auto while my car was in limbo with the warranty company at another shop. Matt was my point of contact from day 1. Not only did he give me solid speedy advice over the phone but once we sorted it out he helped me get my car into their shop. The process went from headache to heartfelt thanks. I called in advance and asked for a pre- (well, post-...) purchase vehicle inspection just to make sure everything was as it should be. I was able to speak to a person right away. When I arrived, it was straightforward to get checked in, I was given an estimate, and the work was done in a reasonable timeframe and the cost was also fair (I'd looked up what the cost should be for what I was requesting in advance and their quote was right in range). They were responsive, communicative, and straightforward. I look forward to working with them in the future for my vehicle's needs. I'm really glad my positive experience with Phoenix was consistent with so many others'.

After having not just one but two of my vehicles impacted by the Kia Boys crisis - one stolen and the other attempted, I could not recommend recommend Phoenix Auto enough to get one back on track. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process of restoring my vehicles and made sure I knew not only the status of work but also the status of my insurance claim. They communicated directly with my insurance and made sure to get the most covered by them as possible so my out of pocket cost was as low as possible. Unmatched customer service!

They were able to help us with a walk-in same day. They helped us with a pre-inspection on a vehicle before we bought. They saved us from a potentially not good buy. With this information, we were able to show the dealership and help us get the repairs done before potentially buying. A car report isn t always 100% solid. There are auto repair shops, and then there is Phoenix Auto. These guys are a head and shoulder above the rest!Everyone I spoke and interacted with was professional and friendly. So accommodating with communication, and scheduling. Also the FASTEST shop i've ever worked with. I needed a 24 hour turn around for repairs on my vehicle and they delivered! Great experience. Their communication and process is seamless so you're not waiting around unsure of what's going on. They fixed my door lock same day and the mgr, Johny, is very involved and will work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Matt was great too in setting expectations. Took my 92 corvette in to get the turn signal fixed(right turn wouldn't cancel) and to diagnose a random stall issue. Two and half weeks later and 950.00$,the issue was not fixed and the hi-beam on headlights are now stuck on. Very disappointing. Ok it hasn't been a full day since you contacted me,I do have other obligations. We discussed the situation and I was under that impression we came to a satisfactory agreement.
