Chris was able to take out vehicle in last minute when no one else in the city could! He kept us updated and reassured us that he was going to make sure we get home to our state safely. Him and his team did a wonderful job. The vehicle is doing great, and the service didn t take long at all. We send many thanks, and hope this location becomes successful with business.

We came up to Pep Boys on Charlotte Pike in Nashville on a Sunday afternoon with a completely flat tire, thanks to all the pot holes in Nashville. Chris greeted us as soon as we walked in and saved the day for us. He was very busy but handled everyone with such a polite and accommodating demeanor. That has become increasingly rare in our society today, I have found in many situations as of late, the lack of customer service and the complete disregard of customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have him take care of us in a rather stressful situation. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this establishment again.

Open on Sundays which is so convenient. Justin was great to work with and made things very simple. The text notification system was awesome. I was able to view the inspection report that even had pictures before even getting a call back so I already knew what work was needed. Hope I ve found a place that I can consistently use with reliable service.

Pep Boys does an amazing job with my 2008 Focus. They re knowledgeable, experienced, & have great customer service (when they re not extremely busy). I typically try to go in the middle of the week to avoid waiting too long.Yesterday I asked if they had a water fountain (they don t), but one of the technicians brought me a water bottle. It was very nice and accommodating.I also don t feel like they try to manipulate me or upcharge me in any way. They seem to genuinely care about the health of my vehicle and I ve only benefitted from the suggested repairs they ve done (brake pads & oil tank cleaning).I like Danny a lot. He is super personable and a great guy all around. Additionally, one of the new tech guys was very sweet and kind towards me. Overall yesterday was one of the best experiences with an auto shop I ve ever had.

I made an appointment to get an oil change and it took 3 hours for it to be completed. I hadn't heard from anyone and there weren't any updates of the status online after 2 hours so I went to check in on my car. They hadn't even pulled it back to be serviced. The technicians were all standing up at the front desk talking and immediately pulled my car back to do the oil change when I got there. They said it'd take 20-30 minutes from that point. I went back to check in after 45 minutes of not hearing anything and no one was at the desk. I stood and waited for 10-15 minutes for someone to notice my arrival. Finally someone came and said they'd check on my vehicle. My car was then pulled up front and a tech came in, put my keys down at a cash register and just walked away without saying anything or acknowledging me. I stood there and waited until 6:59pm (they close at 7pm) before someone came and checked me out. It was a terrible experience and terrible service. The communication was extremely poor and the professionalism was nonexistent. Do not waste your time bringing your car here.

Jose, got us checked in. He was efficient, so friendly and welcoming to everyone, despite several people pulling at his attention. It was 3pm on a Friday, and we needed to be done by 5pm. Our oil change and tune up was done before 5pm. Sean Banks did an amazing job!! When we got a quote from the dealership for repairs for another issue, they tore everything apart and did not put everything back properly - that could have caused major additional damage to other parts of our vehicle. Sean Banks resolved the issue when he saw it! We felt very relieved, grateful and taken care of. When it comes to mechanics, I don't trust many people. Jose and Mr. Banks definitely earned my trust in fixing our vehicle. Thank you both!!

I'd made an appointment for a tire installation thinking I'd have my car serviced during my lunch break. When I arrived they told me it would take 3-4 hours before they could get to it, and when I came back at the end of the day (6+ hours later) it still wasn't done. When all was said and done, the work was done well at the price I was quoted, but if I'd known I needed to drop it off all day I could have made arrangements in advance.

I love Pep Boys, I have a long history with them and this is the second car that I have owned that they have worked on. There service is quick, extremely professional, and there work is excellent! I needed car work on Easter Sunday, yes, I know, but I was able to have my car fixed and I still was able to go to service and had my car later that afternoon. Thank you so very much Pep Boys.

Went to get my tires rotated bc I got them there. The staff person inside is nice, very patient, but needs help he s working it alone. They refused to rotate them which I knew they would. But, they attempted to milk 1,400 dollars out of me. Only to replace two tires and breaks and wanted to add roaders. I went to Valvoline. I always ask the mechanic there after they have done there inspection. My tires were rotated and he told me one had a nail in it. Also, he recommended new front breaks. I got all I needed from Valvoline. Breaks $160. And decided to get new tires from tire discounters. Car drives the best in years. Way less than what I was quoted at pepboys. I m not sure if the over sale is was because I m female. But it felt that way.

Went in to get a battery replaced and have a tire checked for leaking air. I was quoted 45 minutes, even with a 9am appointment. I was there TWO hours with no one giving me updates. Only for a guy to come out and tell me (with no filter in hand, that I needed to replace my air filter.) crazy, because there is no reason to touch my air filter when changing out my battery. Moreover, I went to pay and was charged for an air filter and a tire repair which I never saw either. They showed me some pictures of their patch which you couldn t make out what it was the pictures were so distorted. I have since put air in my supposed fixed tire twice in the last week! No one will answer the phone to reconcile the issue! I m sure it was because I was female, but they picked the wrong one!

My car continued to not start as it did before the alternator was replaced. I got no confirmation that the alternator was bad. Once the battery was replaced, the vehicle started ok, I think I just needed to replace the battery and not the alternator. $840.00.

The men at Pep Boys on Charlotte Pike, Nashville, took great care of our vehicle. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed for us on a very stressful day. They stayed late to complete the job and to wait on us to get there to pick up the car.

Absolutely the worst experience. Left my car there to get 1 tired changed. Made the appointment online for 12. They didn t work on it till 7:15pm. Continually asked for 30 more minutes to get it done but never did. Saw my car in the garage for 4 hours untouched. Would not recommend anyone going here.

0/5 stars. This place had my car for a week, after I was quoted a two day estimate. They then let my car sit, getting a flat tire. They were not responsive and I had to call everyday for an update, given the prolonged service. After picking up my car, I noticed they had scratched the leather on my steering wheel. I have since had to contact the shop multiple times regarding the damage they did to my car, without appropriate response. The best that was done was the assistant manager, Justin, took photos and told me he would show the manager who would contact me the next day. I waited 5 days, called again and the manager was unaware of the problem and Justin never provided him the information. I then had to come up again to the shop for the manager to take pictures of the damage (assistant manager already took pictures), only to be told they had to ask higher ups and would get back to me in two days. I am still waiting for a response and it has been 4 days. I would NEVER recommend Pep Boys to anyone. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I dropped my Lincoln off for an oil change and tire rotation on 10/12/23 and the Pep Boys representative agreed to check my brakes. When I came back to pick up our SUV I noticed they did not rotate the tires. I asked for a manger and the rep said he go fired. They did not check our brakes either. I paid $110 for the oil change. Very unhappy with this store.

Justin at this Pep Boys made a bad day better when my car acted up 6 hours from home. They did all they could to get me back on the road quickly and made sure I didn't get charged more than absolutely needed.

Online scheduling does not work at this location. Had an appointment at 8am, they didn't start on my car until 9:30. For 2 front tires and an Alignment, didn't leave until 11:15. No paper in the Alignment machine to give ma a hard copy, they took a pic and sent it to my. From looking at the info, base model was used, not the LX sport with HHP.The work was good, could have you my time more efficiently.

Had my car towed to this location after hours for a flat tire (I have no key for wheel lock and need the wheel removed). I have called upwards of 20 times today at 2 listed numbers and have talked to a person 2 times. Both times, I was told that they can do it, and were just waiting for someone to finish a job. Both times I was told they would call with an update. It s been almost 24 hours for 1 flat tire removal and I ve had zero updates. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone and find out anything about my car. This has been incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient, as I need my car for work and cannot work without it, so between that and rides, I m losing a significant amount of money due to their lack of communication (not to mention the time wasted trying to call the shop). I truly hate to complain about service but not even 1 phone call in 24 hrs is absurd. It s a tire. I was told it was doable. This shouldn t be an ordeal, but this has been the worst vehicle repair experience of my entire life. Would only recommend this location to someone who is suicidal and looking for a final straw.

Great selection, really wish i could give these guys 6 stars if possible. They dont run the bill up on unneccessary things that you dont actually need. and they took the time to explain things to me so my tiny brain could understand.

Blew a tire late Saturday on the interstate. New vehicle wasn t aware the dealership did not provide the security key for my after market lug nuts which made this whole ordeal a whole lot worse I thought. Jose at Pep Boys literally saved the day. And to his benefit as well I had a six hour drive and work the next day so I was not very patient but he stayed patient with me and kind got my problem fixed faster than anticipated and changed the rest of my lug nuts to a new brand and provided me with the security key for future use. I don t know if everyone there is this great but I know if I m ever in the area again I know where I m going.

Went in for a battery and alternator change around 1-2 pm and was promised my car back at 5 pm. I didn t get the car until the next day at 2:30 pm. The overall experience was very unprofessional.

Had to have my truck towed in for tire replacement made appointment the night before and needless to say the tow truck took forever my 8:00 appointment turned into a 9:30 show up time and they gladly took me in and started on my vehicle right away. Thank you guys for great service.

This Pep Boys is a great location to have your vehicle serviced. Jermaine, Banks, and Danny were all great to work with. They helped me resolve an issue I d been dealing with for a month. I m sure the rest of their team is just as helpful and knowledgeable as these gentlemen were. Great job guys!
