I went to get an estimate to fix compromised paint from an incident that occurred while the truck was parked. No body work needed, just paint. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, but the man who did the estimate was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not local and was just shopping around for quotes in the area where the incident happened, and this place was recommended by the company that caused the damage. It was raining the day I brought it in so the marks were covered in dirt and road grime; and the owner, I assume, made a big deal of washing the truck off to see the actual damage. Then, he proceeded to claim that the damage was in fact not caused by the incident that I had initially brought it in for, and stated that he had been doing this for years, and he knew what he was talking about. I m sure this company was good in the past, but it seemed to me like he actually didn t want my business. I would highly recommend going to someone else who cares about the customers and won t treat you like you re stupid. Overall this was a very bad experience, and I left feeling angry and dissatisfied with no clear resolution.

Great John and Kim are top notch professional. They do exceptional work with a life time warranty. I will recommend everyone I know there to take of any body work done on their vehicle.

They are months out because they do low quality work. I have started a lawsuit against this group and I have been throwing and recording the disposal of hazardous material used at this shop. We will also begin a boycott that introduces customers to all horrible practices done here. Only the start we will start online page to report this horrific establishment. I m an investigator shutting down low quality places like tbh is one. Only one person is competent and that Ms.Abbey.

Had my 21 Tundra repaired due to an accident that destroyed the bumper and both side of the bed. John, the owner, was very hands on and helpful in working directly with me on the quote and schedule. The awesome ladies in the office were always well informed and extremely responsive to any of my questions. The repair was beyond my expectations and restored my truck to new conditions. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

Can no longer recommend. I have used and referred my friends to Paint & Body Perfectors for nearly 20 years. I noticed in the last two years that when I would pick up a vehicle the body work was not being completely done, requiring me to take the vehicle back at considerable inconvenience. The last vehicle I took there needed a door replaced. When I picked up the van and drove it down the road I soon realized there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the roof. I of course took it back and the owner, John, said they should have put on new weather stripping. That was ordered and it was about two months before I could make it back to their shop. I made an appointment and arrived, only to be told it was going to cost me an additional $350 to correctly repair the door. Feeling there must be a mistake, I asked to speak with the owner. When John came out he was visibly upset, and asked me if I had expected him to repair the door for free? (I had already spent over $1,000 on this door). I told him my expectation was that the door would have been fixed the first time, but I agreed to go ahead and pay for the part and labor just to get it done. John told me he would not fix the door after all. I consider myself a loyal customer and I am willing to give small businesses like John's shop the benefit of the doubt when things don't go perfectly. But I cannot use or recommend a shop that blames the customer for their own errors.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used this place before and the experience was top notch from start to finish. They did a fantastic job.However, the customer service this time around was terrible. I took my car to get an estimate and it was a very smooth process. They told it would take a couple days to get it over to insurance.I called 3 weeks later because insurance still had not received the estimate. I was told they had been busy and would send it that week.I called again 3 weeks later and they still hadn t sent it to insurance.I tried to be patient because I knew they were very busy but after several more calls/3 months going by I decided to take my car somewhere else. I don t plan on using this place again.

This place is a joke.Stopped by highly recommended by another auto service claiming how great they are. Walked in, three person sitting down seeming stressed, one person took my info for a 2 weeks scheduled ahead for an estimate. Fine. I can work on my schedule.Called the morning of, at 730am telling me I have to reschedule due to estimator issues. Fine. Another few days, I can manage to work around my schedule.Called again 10 minutes before my second scheduled appointment knowing I'm on my way telling me to reschedule again due to estimator issue.How is this bussiness ran wasting people's time like this? Unprofessional, unorganized and poor customer service. What kind of work they do? Not sure, lucky to be serviced I guess...

We needed someone to tell us whether they could weld our sway bar back to frame. The mechanic said it was unsafe to drive it. The owner checked didn't think it would even need to be repaired, as it was only for ride comfort. He inspected same day and confirmed it didn't need repaired at all and was safe. Thank you for being an honest person. We will be back should we need you services and recommend you to everyone we meet.Service: Welding

My family has brought our cars here for years, and we were always pleased with their professionalism and good work, but our daughter recently had a terrible experience here which will cause us to now look elsewhere. They ordered two wrong parts - totally their fault - which added over a week to the time of repair, with no apology, no concession, and a surprisingly aloof attitude. They no longer value customers like they once did, and we will therefore not be back. We d recommend you look elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After having companies vetted through my insurance. I chose Paint and Body Perfectors. I set up an appointment with John. He walked me through the process with my vehicle. He explained that it would take several months to get the parts. Everything was already set up with my insurance. In July, John said that it would be in mid-November. As I left this conversation, I said is there anything else that I need to do. John said, No, we will take it from her. Well.... It is December and I called to follow up. The company said that the parts were never ordered. We can order them now, but it will take several more months. John obviously dropped the ball, and Paint and Body Perfectors were not even trying to make this right after it has now been several months of me waiting. Avoid this company at all cost, or you will regret it.

My parents have always brought their cars here when something needs work, so I knew where to bring mine when I was in an accident and needed my car taken care of. The work my car needed was all on the exterior, but when picking up my car I was pleasantly surprised to a spotless interior also!! (I have a dog so the inside of my car was embarrassingly dirty.) They are above and beyond with their customer service and phenomenal in their work. I highly highly recommend this place!!

From start to finish, my experience with Paint & Body Perfectors was stellar. It was my first time having a car worked on, and John was more a therapist than just the guy who fixed my car. He walked me through every step from filing my insurance claim to the specifics of the repairs themselves. He even came in with an estimate below that of my insurance company. I picked up my car last week, and the results were exactly how I had hoped. Great job, and thanks for all your help!

Recently purchased a newer model BMW X6 in Atlanta at night and didn't notice the gas cap wasn't painted. Paint & Body Perfectors were able to pop if off and paint it in less than 24 hours! And it looks PERFECT!!!! They even washed my car afterwards! John, Kim and the rest of the staff were extremely, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable! I will highly recommend them! I had a co-worker recommend this place. I came in with specific work on my Jeep needed done after an accident. One chain auto-body company in town estimated a very generous (for them) price to repair the work and did a sloppy job estimating. I brought it in to John and he assessed the repairs needed and my requests for additional work.I was very pleased with both the estimate and the work performed. Hopefully my vehicle won't ever be hit again, but if it does I'll most certainly be back.2018 Follow up: My wife ended up being the un-willing participant of a game of bumper cars on the interstate. We took her car to P+BP. The service and the quality of their work is still as good as ever. I'm adding a star to make it 5 for making her life (and mine) easier. Thanks.

I had a pretty outstanding experience at this location. Their staff is 10/10 in the office. Now, the guys that do the work on your car, they are very informative and are willing to hear you out. They left my car just as I requested it to be left, I will most likely return. If you re doubting this place and came into the review section for opinions, here s mine. GIVE THEM THE CHANCE, you will not regret it.

I haven't gotten my car fixed just yet but the friendly man who did my estimate won me over. He had no idea I was frustrated and confused when I arrived. He walked me through what needed to be done. Was honest about the timeline. I appreciated him.

Just finished trying to get an insurance estimate for the 2nd time. Thoroughly unimpressed by the service. I waited the first time for over an hour for an estimate the first time. Today they were closing in an hour and a half so that wasn't enough time. Drove in traffic 45 minutes to get here and won't waste any more time trying to give these people my business. Get organized or get out of the business! I'm going to Gerber where they at least schedule appointments for estimates. I can only imagine how much time this place would have wasted of mine if I would have trusted them with my new vehicle. The previous negative reviews should have served as proper warning. Professional advice ... Go somewhere else!

These guys and ladies are the best! Great work and super customer service. They were recommend by a friend and I've now used them twice. The first time was to repair front-end damage out of my own pocket and the second time was an insurance claim after hitting a deer. I would highly recommend using Paint and Body Perfectors!!!

Update to previous review (below): the team fixed their mistakes in a timely manner and helped me out. Still had a frustrating encounter with one servicewoman who accused me of lying about the original paint finish of my damaged mirror, but when I showed her the broken mirror itself she apologized and had the correct paint job done. A hassle of an experience, but I left satisfied.(11/19) Left with more problems than I came with. I could not be more disappointed with the work they did... I needed a fender fixed and my mirror replaced, yet when I got my car back 3 weeks later, the driver's door lock would not work (with the fob or the key), my stereo system would not turn on, and the paint on my replacement mirror was the incorrect finish (matte instead of gloss to match my exterior). Will never be returning to this place again.

Friendly service and we got our car back looking good as new. It did take some time to get the body work finished, but it wasn't all their fault as they were dealing with our insurance. Had no problems finding the place of getting in and out of their lot.

Once again our vehicle came out spotless and perfect. We have used Paint and Body Perfectors twice in Nashville and are so happy with their work. Have had work done at another place closer to home and it was not nearly as good. Will always come here no matter what. They are the best.

Just got my car back after the bumper and tail light were damaged in a fender bender. Looks like it never happened, and I get a lifetime warranty on the repairs. The service was great as well. They know what they're talking about, worked well with my insurance and the other driver's insurance. Everyone was very helpful and friendly too. Thank you!

They never called me to tell me were we were at with my car. It took them two weeks to tell me how much it took to fix my car. I was given three different dates that my car would be fixed. I had to call to find out that my car would not be fixed when they said it would be by the date they said it would be fixed by because they got damage parts in days before hand. When I went to pick up my car expecting to pay only the deductible that was when they told me I had to pay more for an extra part. All in all they suck and do not care about customer satisfaction or experience in my opinion.

Not going to lie they did a good job on my paint and are professional counter people; however they messed up a couple things in my book. When I got my car back from them they took off my exhaust holder so I had to buy another and hang it again. Then I had to go back and have they recalibrate my windows for automatic use again. On to of all that it took twice as long for me to get my car back. They told me 5 maybe 7 days I got my car back on the 12th day. A bunch of small things that could have been easily avoided but hurt their image in my eyes.

Took my car here after an accident. They did a fantastic job although it was a week longer than what they had told me it would be. But they detailed it and it came back looking better than it did before the wreck. They were very courteous.

For the past 15 + years we have been using Paint & Body Perfectors for fender bender s, hail storm damage and an accident with significant damage to a fairly new minivan. The body-work and paint jobs they ve done through the years have been consistently excellent and the personal service we ve received from the folks in the front office, has been courteous and professional.When it comes to getting this kind of work done on our cars, price is not my primary concern anymore, quality and integrity are far more important. Discount body shops are not worth it. I used one in Nashville once to save a buck or two and the paint pealed after only a month or two on my mirror.Because John and Karen Blanks (owners) and their staff have been consistent in doing what they promise, I will continue to have them work on my cars as well as refer everyone I know to Paint & Body Perfectors.

John the Owner has been at this location for approx. 30 years. The office staff treats you with professionalism. I was talking on my phone and backing up my (Bluetooth) F150 and the rear park assist is almost silenced. Needless to say I backed into a low brick wall and caused a ding in the bumper and the bumper scratched the paint. One other large shop with a catchy jingle wanted to take the bed off of the truck! The Ford dealer took forever just for the estimate. John looked at the damage and gave me a very fair price knew what to do (better than the dealer) and did an outstanding job replacing the bumper and matching the paint- Not used to good customer service anymore but John could bottle it....................

Brought my 2020 VW Jetta to them after hitting a deer. Had front end damage was covered by insurance. Body work on the front it was repaired and came out good had a few minor thing needed touch up. However during the process they removed my driver to handle and key lock trim cover. Upon picking up my car they key lock trim cover popped off they ordered a new one and a week or so later installed it. Which it popped off everything you open the door. Was told to not pull the handle sideways as it slides some they all do if I open it pulling back some it won't pop off. I can stand at any other door open it any way no other door trim lock cap pops off. Only the driver door my best guess it the handle it not installed correctly. As it slide more then the other door do which is causing it to hit on the trim.pice and pop it off. I was told we are not replacing the key lock cap trim again nothing wrong with it. I told them we'll it did not do this before I brought it to you. For a company that offer a lifetime warranty on there workhow can you refuse to fix the problem basically they will not honor there warranty and stand behind there work cause they refuse to replace it again and fix the problem that it keeps popping off. I'll be taking it to the dealer to get it fix correctly not sure on labor but trim pice and paint for it is going to cost me 278.00 which I shouldn't have to pay as my insurance company already paid paint and body perfections to fix the car. I will not be taken any of my car back to them for service as I was blown off and not treated with respect. I even told them we'll yall give a lifetime warranty but still was told not fixing it again . Proble. Is fhe just replaced the cap and never fixed the issue.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
