Had trouble with my battery, thankfully it wasn t the alternator. Izzy was of great help helping me determine all of this. He took the time to test the battery and assure me that was the only issue. Very professional and knowledgeable, will be returning.

You have to know exactly what you need when you go in here cuz otherwise they will act aloof and will barely try help you find anything. Also in the event of you buying something you need to return it, they'll just laugh your face and say that they won't accept the return. They won't try to help you find a manufacturer number to call nor will they try to replace the item that you want to return in the first place. I was unaware that the item i bought was warped until after i cut to fit and mounted it, which may explain their laughter in my ear when i called. I regret coming to this one.

I needed wiper blades, was going to do them myself. Brain a bit foggy today. Employees were extremely helpful and fun. Yes, fun. Good sense of humor as well as knowing what to do. Looked up the right parts, made recommendations, and stepped in and helped when it became obvious that I was puzzled over removing the old ones. These were not the same employees I'd seen back when I lived in E. Nashville, but had the same spirit. Time to bypass other stores and come back here every time.

Easiest and most pleasant service I ve ever gotten at any oreilly in town! Kevin knows his stuff and sold me my replacement headlight and when he asked me if I needed help I actually told him no,but thank you. He then saw me in the lot messing with it and using tools and he popped the old one out with just his hands and properly installed my new one and made sure it worked! I feel like people don t often leave reviews unless they have a bad experience somewhere and I was so impressed with Kevin that I wanted to go out of my way to give him some credit!

Every member of the staff working 1/14 was very neighborly, helpful, and accommodating! They did everything they could to help me with my screw-in-the-tire situation. Thank you guys (Please get the plug kits with the T-handles though )

Came in on a Saturday to turn 1 rotor, after somone else told me over the phone that it would be ok for me to bring it in today. The employee I spoke immediately looked annoyed and quickly informed that he can't do it because of the possibility of a rush of other customers they may get. I was the only customer in the store while I was there. Disappointed in their customer service for the 2nd time.

Most of the time, the employees have been very helpful, even pulling out their phones and helping me google to troubleshoot an issue. I have had to make returns before (my fault, not theirs), and they have always been easy to work with.A few times they have been less than helpful and even inappropriate.

Nathaniel has a phone and really loves it! He was so enamored with his phone he didn t have much interest in helping me. He seemed put off by being asked to look up information on his computer to help me get the right product. There was another person there. She seemed equally disinterested in helping me. While Oreileys is my first choice in auto parts stores, I will go anywhere else before I come back to this store.

I went in today because my truck radiator messed up. I visited 3 different times and all times Kevin and Jackie where very nice and helpful with smiles on there face. This Oreillys I will come back if need to.

The staff was really friendly and helped us out even when we got there a few minutes before closing. Our battery died at a nearby gas station and we drove there right before closing and they switched the battery out for us anyway. So friendly and kind.

The manager found that an employee who no longer works there had either broken one of the battery terminals while installing a new battery in my daughter's car, or had broken the terminal himself while installing it, back in October 2021.It turned out that my daughter's car had not been adequately charging since October because of the broken terminal. She had to have her car jumped twice, even with the new battery. He replaced the broken terminal while we waited.The manager took complete responsibility, and was honest with me about what had happened. I am positively impressed with how he handled the situation and would recommend O'Reilly's Auto Parts to anyone.

This place is has the least amount of customer service I have ever experienced. An employee was FaceTiming with someone the whole time I was trying to talk to her. I needed a bolt for a water pump and she pointed me in the direction of the bolts that were scattered all over the floor. I will not recommend this auto parts place to anyone! Its sad the people you have working there. I have been there twice and my last experience was even worse than that one. DO NOT GO HERE AND EXPECT ANY KIND OF SERVICE!

There is one young man who works there who is always helpful, patient and respectful. As a single woman it helps to know that I can come to this store and not be treated like an idiot. Matthew always assists and explains in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that.

Well don't know that when get to the store they don't take checks because they are high Risk store for theft your check number really so l had to use card out another account due this inconvenience l been Madison ,Dickerson rd and other who know this. Call the Marnger boss left message yes because?

I purchased a battery from Auto Zone after asking them if they can install it and then were unable to install it because of a policy within the company. After purchasing the battery, I went to O Reilly s to see if they can install it for me. The team was so kind and Nathanial and JJ installed it without a problem!

Saw a video on installing ball joints on my Envoy on YouTube and the guy said to get the ball joints from O'Reilly because they had "ridges" on the edge that made it easier to install and they weren't cheap Chinese made junk. Bought them here for that reason and everything went fine. Glad to have decent parts available locally!

The staff is always very helpful and nice. With the pandemic their stock levels are pretty low, but that is to be expected. I always try this location first because of the employees. Great job guys!

Spent 75 dollars and got denied use of their restroom when I asked after I paid. They said it s not open to the public. I was not homeless, I was a paying customer. They said it was due to Covid, but poor management is to blame. I just went to Autozone a couple stores down, and they let me use their restroom after paying 75 dollars at their store. Just go there, everyone: AUTOZONE.

Zero help from employees even after asking. Guy I talked to was not going to budge from behind the counter and would not offer any helpful advice. I put back the multiple items I was going to purchase and went next door to Auto Zone. I was in and out quickly and their employees helped me.

Initially went to auto zone down the street to have a battery tested. Autozone didn t have time so I went down the street to o reilly and they not only tested my dead battery but replaced it for me for no additional cost. I m an o reilly customer for life!

O'Reilly's is typically my go to auto parts place. This was only my second time as the East Nashville location. I went in to get new bulbs for my headlights series 9012 Sylvania. I went up to the counter to ask if they had any in the back and I was thinking something seemed off. When he came back, he said they didn't. I realized he didn't have a mask on, at all. The other employee had a mask but, it was under his chin. When I left they had a sign saying no mask, no service.. I thought the whole experience was wild. Also it was pretty weird with how much stuff they didn't have in stock. Bulbs seem pretty basic.I went down the street to AutoZone. Everyone had masks on and I got everything I needed.

Just a preference but I enjoy the deals and staff better than auto zone down the street. In hermitage I prefer the auto zone. Really the people make or break a small store like this, thank you for friendly service and shooting the you know what.
