NuBrakes was fantastic and made this repair so easy! They had appointments as soon as same day and I paid exactly what I was quoted. It was comparable to a shop and for them to come to me I have no issues paying a little more.My tech, Michael, was friendly and efficient. He replaced my brakes and rotors in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be using this team for any future needs. It is so convenient as I work from home and took barely any time out of my day.

Had a technician Michael H come out for a warranty check. He was very nice and thorough. He not only replaced the pads and rotors but also made sure to take his time to ensure my brakes were in great shape. I couldn t recommend them enough. Their customer service is quick to respond and set up appointments. Thank you again!!

So thankful a friend recommended NuBrakes to me! Michael communicated about arrival, was super helpful, and got the work completed quickly! I will be using NuBrakes for all my service needs in the future. It takes off so much stress not having to find time to go to a shop. I was shocked the warranty was better and the price a bit cheaper than a shop nearby. With the convenience I figured there d be a fee!

Very happy with the service provided by NuBrakes. Everyone I had contact with throughout the process was very commutative, from helping diagnose the issue via text messages, to making an appointment on my time frame, to the efficient rotor and pad replacement completed right in my driveway.The technician that came out, Michael, worked on my F-150 is if it was his own. He confirmed the need to replace both rotors and pads. Explaining things as he worked, he showed me the condition of the worn pads and rotors, and was efficient getting my truck back in working condition inside of 45min.Would definitely recommend their service.

I enjoyed my experience with NuBrakes. I was able to get an inspection within 24 hours of when I scheduled. Ed was very nice and knowledgeable. He educated me and was very transparent through the entire inspection. He did not pressure me into buying anything. I didn't buy anything but I will definitely use them when I need brakes.

First time using NuBrakes. Would definitely call them again. Great experience! The technician was professional and did an excellent job. No sales pressure, just a good process that made it easy to see objectively what needed to be done. I learned a lot from him. Best car maintenance experience I've ever had.

Michael was amazing and such a helpful guy. He worked on my warranty fix and did it less than 30 minutes and gave me photos of what was fixed or any other issues he saw. Nubrakes has been so helpful and reliable in keeping my 2013 car on the road!

I appreciate you guys for being so attentive and even when weather made things difficult one day you guys stayed in contact with me to make sure to reschedule another time that worked for me (edna). And with the technician that was set to come he was very nice detail oriented about the problem with my brakes and rotors and possibly just saved me over a thousand dollars from checking my system to make sure the codes that popped up were relevant to a n issue that seems more simple than leaving my car at a shop and still not getting the results needed to fix my problem with my car.I truly can t wait to schedule my full service to fix my issue and I definitely would and will recommend you guys for myself and family ad friends it was such a smooth experience and now i am excited to get my rotors changed i am very please and i hope everyone keeps up the great work that you guys do it really settles my stressors about my car completely. Thank you guys for what you do
