I just bought my second Outback from this dealership and it was a mostly good experience. My salesperson, Arthur, was great with very little pressure. The price was great and the trade-in value was fair. I was a little disappointed in the initial interest rate presented to me and some paperwork processing, but the experience was mostly good. These guys want to sell cars instead of trying to screw you out of every last nickel. I m pleased!

I have just purchased my second Subaru. The first one was a Subaru forester 2009. It got me through some of the worst snow storms in the north east.I decided to Reward my self with a newer car for my retirement. These cars are the best! I wouldn't have any other car but a Subaru. If you're in the market for a Subaru ask for Arthur Jones.

I love Nashville Hyundai/Subaru!!! I purchased my first Subaru in 2020, and had such a great experience that I recently brought my parents there to look for a vehicle. We were treated like family. Everyone - sales reps, the manager, and the finance manager made it clear they just wanted my parents to make a good choice for them. They answered all our questions, showed us how to use the advanced features, and made sure my parents were comfortable with the financing of the vehicle. I liked my parents new car so much I decided to upgrade, so now I ve had 3 amazing experiences with this dealer. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

I absolutely loved working with the team at their new Nashville Subaru location! I came on a Monday after President's Day, and even though they were slammed, it was a relaxed, friendly environment. Arthur was my dealer who helped me snag my 2024 Forrester. He was great. Much better experience than I've had with past leases at other Subaru dealers in the Middle TN area. Thanks guys!

I was pretty disappointed with the treatment I received today. Between not paying attention to details (like spelling my name correctly) and the tone of the GMs voice, it is very easy to say I would not recommend purchasing a car here. I already had a better deal at another dealership. However, I figured I'd let them play ball with me. The salesperson really tried to push for a purchase when I was upfront with him, and I said I had to talk to my partner about this big purchase and I would not be purchasing today. He continued to bring over the GM and in a very passive aggressive tone said "this is the best we can do"... when I already have a better deal elsewhere. I understand these dealerships need to make a quota, but I don't believe I deserved to be treated that way. I also believe purchasers need to be aware, that if you are spending this kind of money, you deserve respect.

I had one of the best customer experiences ever with Nashville Subaru! Tyler and Jackie were extremely kind and helpful to me in a difficult situation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that I got my car back quickly.Tyler arranged for my car to be towed from a different repair shop and kept me in the loop all day with good communication. Jackie took multiple calls from me throughout the day and even got me a complimentary uber to come pick up my car. 100% recommend this dealership!

Best car dealership experience you can find. Extremely welcoming and friendly! Cliff and Michael are very helpful and knowledgeable. They found me a Crosstrek that was perfect for me. I had a great experience with Adam, my sales rep at Subaru Nashville. He was incredibly patient, explained everything thoroughly, and worked diligently to meet my budget. Clifford Goetz presented excellent product knowledge to help us choose the right Model for our expectations and treated us with respect before and during the buying and delivery process. From the initial phone call with Michael Kaye to actually taking the vehicle home the experience was stellar. Michael made sure all my questions were addressed and he took time to explain everything to me. Contact with Joseph Anthony and Jason Arledge was exceptional as well. I was treated with the utmost respect and was made to feel comfortable. Michael also followed up the next day and on Monday to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had an amazing experience at the Nashville Subaru dealership today. 2 women & a baby traveling from Wisconsin to Florida encountered car trouble in Louisville, KY. Made it to Nashville. They let us in without an appointment & helped us until a technician could make it in with the major winter storms. Turned out we needed a new battery, which was covered under warranty. They also helped us get the new wiper blades covered under warranty also & installed them as well. We were so grateful for their help this morning. A great group of guys! Thank you so much!

This is the best dealership I've been to, hands down. After a horrible experience with Jiffy Lube, the manager Matt and his whole team took the best care of me. Along with helping me find a new engine and installing it, they went above and beyond in every way! It truly feels like a small mom and pop shop with the attention to detail and customer service they provide. I can't thank them enough and will forever drive out of the way just to bring my vehicle there to be serviced!

I had the most amazing experience getting my car fixed this afternoon with Jacky! She was extremely inciteful and updated me fully on everything that was done on my Subaru Forrester. I felt very welcomed and appreciated as soon as I pulled my car up to the lot. I felt right at home as soon as she led me into the waiting area and trusted that my car was in great hands. My husband and I had a great experience with the purchase of our 2023 Forester from Nashville Subaru. Our daughter called and spoke with Chris Knapp. When we arrived he had three vehicles that he thought we may be interested in test driving. He spent a lot of time telling us about the features of each vehicle and answering our many many questions. We had planned to look to look at other dealerships but we absolutely fell in love with the Forester. Nashville Subaru gave me the best car buying experience to date. Jerry Elam was my salesman and was incredibly easy to work with. He knew his stuff, didn t push anything onto me that I didn t want, and was very cut straight to the point. And they were able to work with me and get me the best deal on a car that I LOVE (pictures below). Seriously so satisfied working with everyone at Nashville Subaru and am glad that I stopped by to check them out!

I am resulting to write a poor review after reaching out to Subaru Nashville and Subaru Customer Advocacy without a response.The sum is that I experienced poor communication, damage to my car, and sloppy repair work. I bought my car new at Subaru in Illinois and experienced a no fault accident in Nashville. I brought it to Nashville Subaru assuming the affiliated dealership bodyshop would be the best bet for quality service and repair.After 2.5 weeks in the shop and only receiving updates when I drove to the garage and asked for them in person, I was called at 3pm on a Friday and told "you can pick your car up within the next two hours or on Monday". I rushed to pick up the car before the end of the work week to find new damage to the back and side bumper, sloppy repair work, and a tire with low air. None of these things were noticed by the Subaru employees. I had to show all three issues with the car to Subaru.While Subaru accepted fault they needed my car an additional 7 days to make the repairs, did not offer a loaner car, and did not express remorse.Upon picking my car up after 3.5 weeks, the repairs had been made, however, the battery was completely dead. The Subaru rep boosted my car so I could get home, then the next day I had to replace the battery entirely. While the battery was not new, there had not been any issues with it prior to the 3.5 weeks in the shop.The detailing job, however, was top-notch.0/10 do not recommend.

Nashville Subaru is a wonderful dealer and their service department is TOP NOTCH! I've been taking my Subarus here for at least 2 years now and I have had no problems at all! My old Legacy had an issue with the transmission and it was fixed. My current Impreza is being well taken care of every single time I come in.I hope it's okay to name drop some wonderful Service Advisors, but Matt, Tommy and Jaimie (I hope I remembered her name correctly!) are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful each and every time. 110% recommend their Service Department.

I bought my first dealership car from Downtown Subaru. If you go ask for Javon. He went out of his way to help me and wasn t pushy. Overall everyone there was great but especially Javon and Jason the finance manager. They got me an amazing interest rate. So if you re wanting a great deal on a Subaru go see Javon.

If customer service is expected, don't count on it at Nashville Downtown Subaru. This place is the worst. Attempted to do night drop but they had no service forms in their night drop box. No pens either. Thankfully sales room was still open and was able to find someone for me to get my key to. Service was scheduled by them calling me. I was offered a 15% discount if I scheduled when they called. No record of that in the computer. At pickup, they needed to find my "advisor". Presented with nothing but attitude from her when I asked about the discount. She needed to get service manager who basically said what's the problem and then calculated the discount and applied it. Guess maybe my experience at other Subaru dealerships across the US has left me with higher expectations than what this place is able to provide. I've waited at this location and it's dismal. No amenities. They set the bar pretty low across the board.

This company clearly doesn't care about their potential customers that need ADA parking. Every time we go by there- there are cars parked in the ADA spots. These aren't customers. These are brand new vehicles that are parked either in the disabled parking spots or the striped areas adjacent to them (which are also part of that spot). I pulled in one day and pulled back out due to not having room to get the lift down on the truck for my son to get out in his wheelchair. Management really needs to address this (or maybe they're the ones parking there?)***Edit after their reply...Today when passing by there are two vehicles parked in the ADA spaces. Clearly you have no intentions of addressing the issue.

All I can say are good things about Nashville Subaru. Their Service Dept took such great care of me and fixed the problems I had with a new purchase. They communicated the whole way thru and were so easy to work with. Recommend anyone looking for a good Subaru dealer to go here.

I would rate my experience at Nashville Subaru as extraordinary because the whole experience of looking at the car I have been researching for year, going through the purchasing process, and even after care has completely turned around the negative view that I had of dealerships in general.When I initially called the dealership to see if they had a 2021 Outback XT onyx edition, Michael Grizzard, put in the work to find out for me and called me back with an answer even if it was a no. Most of my experience with dealerships is that if they don t have something to sell you, they will not call you back. Michael called me back and explained to me that the car I was looking for was at the dealer and had arrived that morning on the truck. It was a good thing too because I was already on my way to Nashville Subaru.When I arrived, Michael had already taken the time to put the car out so that I could see it. He genuinely divided his time to showing me the Outback and answering any questions that I had. I never once thought, or felt, that he was inconvenienced by me being there. His genuine behaviors and attitudes towards trying to share his love of Subaru with me really did show. When I arrivedI have been researching the Outback for about a year, and I had even driven a 2020 model last year. When I arrived at Nashville Subaru, I was on the cusp of making that decision to purchase, or not to purchase. Michaels enthusiasm for Subaru was the tipping point for me making the decision to move forward with trading in my Ford for a Subaru.The whole purchase process was very easy. Michael thoroughly explained everything, and work with us through the process making it as stress-free as possible. Through this whole process, Michael shared thoughts and anecdotes about his experience with his Subaru Forrester, and with Subaru in general. I have never heard of someone talk about their car the way Michael day, and I knew in those moments that making the switch to Subaru was going to be a great experience.Even after having completed the whole purchase process, Michael still took the time to come outside and share even more about the vehicle that we had not discussed before. He had already made the sale and did not have to invest any more time if he didn t want to, but he did. Even in the days and weeks after, he has reached out to me via text to get an update on any thoughts or concerns we might have about our purchase.Because of all of this, the negative view of dealerships that I have had, has been turned around by Michael Grizzard. This is also the reason why my family has taken to referring to him as Michael the Magnificent.My whole experience with Nashville Subaru so far has been an amazing one, and I hope to continue that relationship with Nashville Subaru.I would highly recommend that you call Nashville Subaru, and ask for Michael Grizzard by name. Don't make any exceptions, or settle for anyone else. I guarantee you, the genuine love this guy has for Subaru will show, and he will be the best guy to help you with your new purchase.

This new location is much more accessible than the downtown location, for those not used to Nashville driving. The sales associate made everything easy right from the start, and while he was scheduled to be out that day, stuck around to get everything taken care of. Much appreciated. This is our 4th Subaru, and can t see why we wouldn t buy another one from here.

Great experience! Michael Kaye worked hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Got it in quickly. And made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Jason in finance was wonderful to work with as well. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We are very happy with our new vehicle and the people that helped us at Nashville Subaru.
