12/15/23: My son had to swerve to avoid a truck making a wide turn and did some damage to the right headlight and fender. We took the car to Music City Dent & Scratch who moved quickly from the insurance company approval to the finished repair. The repairs are perfect. In the bright sunlight, the car looks new, maybe even better.And the service was first-class. Phone calls answered, yes, answered by a person, not an automated system. And the persons who answered always explained what needed to be done and kept us informed and up to date with what was happening. The repair was done quickly; the time from insurance approval to the call to pick up the car was less than two weeks. That included time waiting for parts to be delivered.Picking up the car was a pleasure, as we were greeted warmly, getting the business end done with friendliness and efficiency. If I need auto body work done again, I will look nowhere else. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.1/31/24: Another son had car damage; he was on the interstate behind a truck pulling a trailer with construction materials, and a piece of rebar came off and hit his car. Put some dents and deep scratches in the driver's side door. Music City Dent & Scratch again took care of the problem with their usual outstanding service (I called and asked if they could take the car, and they immediately said to bring it in); they completed the work promptly (before I could get back to pick it up because of a snow storm); they did a masterful repair (impossible to tell that there was ever any damage). If only all businesses did this kind of excellent work and provided this level of customer service. l highly recommend them.

King and Quincy from Music City Dent & Scratch are consummate professionals and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the U.S. for any car repair or painting needs.King expertly repaired several scratches on my Range Rover and my vehicle has never looked better. He completed the repairs in a quick and timely manner, under 30 minutes, on the spot.As a woman, it is, unfortunately, quite standard to receive subpar treatment from the male dominated auto industry. However, I received the exact opposite from King and Quincy. They were not only extremely personable, friendly, and excellent in their craft, but made me feel comfortable and were both easy to talk to.Look no further than Music City Dent & Scratch for all your car repair and painting needs.(Full disclosure: this is NOT a sponsored review. What a great place! Couldn t recommend this place more! King is a legend! He was the most kind and professional guy! He helped my husband and I as walk in customers on the spot stopped what he was doing and made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions! Listen! The customer service was amazing! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and had it back Friday! Got my truck back just like it was off the factory floor the day I bought. Forever grateful for the care and attention to detail!

5 stars. If you have any auto body issues, take it to Music City Dent & Scratch! They were quick to repair my bumper, friendly and charismatic, and much more affordable than another body shop close by

I came in around noon one day to have them look at a self-inflicted nick on the back hatch of my Ford Explorer. Nothing major, but having just bought the car, it was something I wanted to get fixed. Mr. King checked it out, gave me an estimate and told me they could get it in anytime that week and I could pick it up the next day. I asked if it was possible for me to leave it today and come back to pick it up tomorrow.Mr. King willingly rose to the challenge! Not only that, but the work was great, like the nick never happened. The work, the service, the attitude and enthusiasm are top-notch! Trust me, if you're looking to have some work done on your car, this is the place to take it, you will NOT be disappointed.If I ever need body work like this in the future, this is the place I'm coming to.

Perfection, professionalism, superior customer service, excellent work and a fair price all combined with kindness and cheerfulness, while going out of the way to make it easy and stress-free.I called King late one afternoon about fixing a dent and scratch from squeezing through construction zones near my house. He waited at his shop until after closing time to look over my car.I was immediately impressed by King's honesty and his promise to have it done in a few days, all the while making sure the work had the necessary time to be done right. Promises kept.The cost was $500 less than an estimate I got from another Nashville auto body shop. And the value of having the body work done in a few days sure beat a different body shop that said they'd give me an appointment for an estimate in 2 months and could do the repairs in 3 months.Trust, quality and honesty, the most valuable offerings of any business, are what I found here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

During the recent windstorm a shingle flew off my roof and hit my car leaving some pretty nasty scratches. I stopped by Music City Dent and Scratch to get a quote for repair, expecting it to be a few $100. The owner, King, was immediately super helpful and had me pull around back to see if they could buff it out completely free of charge before I committed to any more intense repairs. His employee did an incredible job and my car was looking like new again within 20 mins. King is a great guy to deal with and an excellent businessman that knows how to keep his customers happy. Great place for auto body repairs. I was able to schedule drop-off the next day and repairs completed the following day.Very quick and professional results!Even washed the entire car to make sure there were no defects on their work. I had a great experience with Music City Dent and Scratch. Their body work on my truck turned out perfect. What I liked most of all was the great customer service I received from King and Quincy. They're very polite and professional and easy to get ahold of. They always responded to my emails within minutes and were easy to get ahold of on the phone too. Their shop is in a convenient location too. Just south of downtown near the I-440 and I-24 intersection. I would recommend them for any body damage work you need fixed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came during normal business hours and they stayed locked and would not come to the door. I was promised a repair on my car from the owner and they never followed up with me. I am very dissatisfied.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!Great people and great work. They won t rip you off like most places would. Very kind genuine people!My front bumper was hanging off and I thought I was going to have to get a rental car for a few days. I went in and they fixed it in 15 minutes ON THE HOUSE! They wouldn t take a dime from me no matter how many times I offered it. Apparently I needed just a few clips and they said they couldn t charge me for that. Most places would take advantage of me (a young girl who knows nothing about cars) and at least charge me $20-$50. They charged me nothing! Will be using this place again and will recommend everyone I know to use this place for all car needs. Such great people who are here to help you! I had a big scratch on my passenger door and a terribly dented tailgate. I chose Music City Dent & Scratch based on their online presence and reviews. They did not disappoint. First off, I like that this business is family owned and operated. King and Quincy treated me like I was their only customer from the moment I dropped my truck off. They are incredibly personable, nice and communication was on point throughout the process. They came in under estimate, were on time and my truck looks brand new; it's like the scratches and dents were never there. I took my vehicle in to fix a problem from a different body shop. I think the hardest problem to fix is someone else s mistake. But these guys did an excellent job at a reasonable price. KING (the owner) is most down to earth, honest and caring auto repair owner I have ever met. And his guys do the best work! A lot of businesses are in it for the money, they are not. November 12, 2021 Music City Dent and Scratch replaced the entire front bumper on my Nissan and then painted it. My car looks AMAZING now and the paint is TOTALLY PERFECT.. Never expected they could do the work in 3 days....but they did!. I was so impressed in every way with this company and would tell anyone needing body work done on their vehicle to go to Music City Dent and Scratch. My husband and I have both had autobody work done on 3 vehicles here. Two were thru insurance and one self-pay. Each time the work completed was great quality and their prices are not astronomical like most places in town. King does a great job keeping in touch and updating you on the status of the job. I was referred to Music City Scratch and Dent in Nashville by a friend. I had never heard of the business before. I called and spoke with James, he was able to schedule me an appt for the same day. He was very honest with me, easy to talk to, instantly gained my trust and delivered my car back to me ON TIME as promised. My car was like new and I was overjoyed!
