They tried to repair a liquid ring left from a saturated leather cleaner spot. I just needed the ring that was faded and bubbled to be stained to match the rest of the leather and/or ironed, but they painted it and made it worse. No full refund, they would've charged full price to replace the leather; however, they did give me back $75 of the $150 I paid. The owner, Ben is pretty much a take-it-or-leave-it business man and lacks empathy, at least in my case. Not the kind of business I'll refer or come back to. Best to move on. No hard feelings though. Just an honest review.Update: Since the owner felt a need to tack on and make me seem cheap, it's only fair that I'm able to respond... I was very clear that money was no object and his assistant said he could fix it, so I trusted them. It didn't work out. Now I'm going to purchase a new sofa. Is what it is. No need for me to further respond.

An accident with a knife damaged a seat in my RV, I messaged Mobile Leather Repair hoping they could repair the seat. Ben was quick to respond and put me in touch with John, a mobile technician. John and I discussed the repair and my expectations, he came to my location on time, and completed the repair for a very reasonable fee. Give Mobile Leather Repair a try, I don t think you will be disappointed!

If you don t look like the manager Ben you won t be treated right. I texted the manager and I guess since he didn t know my skin tone he responded nicely. Ben refused to service me right after we meet in person and he was very aggressive after I came in person to him he walked away when he saw me and when confronted he got real furious and even started looking through his desk for a weapon. I think Ben doesn t get a lot of love in life but if you like people disrespecting you and not wanting to service you for your ethnicity this is the place to go and I Ben should consider therapy before he hurts someone or vice versa. Also prepare for this money hungry shark to quote you crazy prices.

Look at these photos of completed work done on my interior and you decide if this is the quality work you want. I paid the full asking price, and this is the quality work I received from Mobile Leather Repair. The owner called me a "bad customer", and he has no interest in improving on the work shown. The job was to install owner supplied full leather seat covers. Mobile substituted some remnant brown colored leather, partially dyed white, with crooked stitching, for some originally supplied pieces without any explanation. The pictures speak for themselves.

I was amazed at the quality of the work done by Mobile Leather Repair. You would never know that the torn sections of the seats in the 2009 Acura I just bought for my daughter had been repaired. Not only the repair but the cleaning/restoring of all the seats made the interior feel like brand new. I got two quotes, and Ben's was significantly lower than his competitor's. I highly recommend Mobile Leather Repair.

What started out as a tiny rip, a year later became an eyesore. One call, then text and I quickly received an appointment time based on my schedule.Dropped off my car that morning and I received a call 30 minutes before completion. Took me 30 minutes to get to shop, and everything was ready. Total time approximately 4 hrs.Talk about professional, efficient and quality work. I ve told everyone who will listen about how awesome this experience has been and how thoroughly pleased I am with the results. As a woman, I m always leery about being taken advantage of- NOT with this company. My mind was at ease with the first phone call.Use this company- your wallet and car will thank you. I needed my messenger bag repaired - the strap had come lose, the original threading just unraveled.Ben took care of it in in just a couple minutes. He's super friendly and easygoing. Ben gave me a very reasonable quote for fixing a tear in the upholstery in my car seat. He even offered to just remove my seat while they worked on it so I didn t have to wait around so it was very convenient for me. Picked up the very next day and it looked good as new. Had a wall air freshener spill on our leather couch. John personally came and made it look just like new. The stain was bothering me so much but now I can have some peace! I had them replace the cloth seats in my 4 door 2017 tacoma with leather. It was around $2k. Why did I wait so long is what I keep asking myself? It is like a new car, and I am sure I will get my money back when I sell it. You NEED to use this service!! From start to finish my experience with Ben and this company was amazing. He was quick to respond, very well spoken, and was clear on what he could do. I love my car but a tear in the seat made me not love getting in it anymore. My car looks amazing! The job was done exactly as he said it would be, he was fair in pricing and was timely. I spoke with Ben regarding a potential repair on my vehicle. After several text messages back and forth. I had questions about the invoice that was sent over. When I spoke with Ben he seemed to be put off by my questions and I was made to feel like what I asked was invalid. He was rude, impatient, and frankly unprofessional. I would never recommend dealing with mobile leather repair after this encounter.

Recommended by our trusted auto mechanic. I called and they immediately asked for picture of seat damage and gave quote via text. We thought I would have to drop off my car for the 4 hour repair but they realized seat could be removed. Repair was done next day and they installed repaired seat in less than 20 minutes. The seat looks amazing! My car is 9 years old but can t even tell it s not the original material on seat bottom. Matches perfectly with rest of the car. I asked Ben and Justin to replace my 2020 Dodge Charger seats with factory-fit leather seats. I contacted him from texting from his site. He replied in minutes. Cool! I asked him about what I was wanting... he replied. Cool! The price was fair. He took a deposit for materials because he had to order them. That was fair. He showed up on time. They picked up my car and took it to the shop and a few hours later delivered my car with new leather seats. Quality is perfect! Price was great! They got five stars only because ten isn't an option. I have rarely been so happy with a repair. They fixed the front bucket seats in a 22 year old Toyota 4runner. The restored sections of old leather look like the new portions they had to replace. The old leather perfectly matches the color of the new sections of leather. The bonus is that the seats are more comfortable today than when we bought the vehicle in 1999. We will be using this company again and again.Service: Upholstery repair

Ben and Peter were phenomenal from beginning to end. The headliner in my roof was deteriorating fast and was in desperate need for repair. We couldn t find a color match and Ben referred me to a Wolf Supplies. He also gave me a discount for purchasing supplies.I received my car back same day and great condition. This team s work is impeccable and service was outstanding!

Fantastic experience working with Ben. I made an inquiry on his website yesterday afternoon and received a message back within an hour with quote and availability. I dropped my car off later that night and literally woke up to photos from the work they did overnight. I had Ben replace my cloth seats and upgrade them to leather. I will add photos to my review later. I'm just extremely happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Don't hesitate to have Ben fix your seats!! I have a new to me Land Rover with a little more wear on the seats than I would have liked. Googled leather repair and came across Ben; I texted him some pictures and he scheduled me the next day. My seats look Brand New!! I'm so impressed with his work I'll use him again if the need arises and recommend him to everyone I come across. His price per seat was very reasonable and worth every penny!

Your professionalism and detail in your work is so worthy of praise. The job done on my 13 year old Honda CRV armrest is better than the original workmanship. Amazing experience from start to finish. When I asked for a quote to repair my driver s side car seat, it was via text on a Sunday. Although I didn t expect a response until the next business day, I was given a reasonable quote within a few minutes. I was impressed. The job was done at my place of work as soon as the color match order came in and the quality was flawless. They also matched a door handle for me that had faded as a courtesy! I can t recommend Mobile Leather Repair enough for their speed, service, craftsmanship, and communication with the customer.
