Highly recommend! Everyone I spoke with was so nice, honest and personable from start to finish. The repairs were done very quickly and my car is running so smoothly (and quietly) now. I ve never felt better about a mechanic experience and I won t go anywhere else. Thanks again :)

I woke up to a flat tire with a nail in it. Not a fun thing to wake up to. I called Mark s and they told me to come on over first thing. They took my car in right away, plugged the hole, and was in and out in 15 minutes. They have the best customer service I ve ever encountered at an auto shop - Gale at the front desk is so sweet! I will be only using Mark s auto shop moving forward. I highly recommend them to anyone!

If you're looking for an honest technician that will charge you a reasonable rate, I'd look elsewhere. Got a $160 labor charge for changing an air filter. Would have changed it myself, but thought I could trust a business to do the right thing. Won't be back.

Mark s Automotive is the place to bring your vehicles if you are looking for honest, quick, and reliable service. Mark has done maintenance and repair work on my 21 Tacoma and 12 Fusion and I have complete trust in him and his team. Mark is a honest and trustworthy mechanic. Initially, I brought my car to a dealership and they quoted me to have a part replaced. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I brought my car to Mark. He provided me with a clear explanation of the problem and was honest about the repair. He was very nice and understanding of my situation and I never felt like I was taken advantage of. I recommend Mark's Automotive Service to anyone in the area.

Sweetest people ever and they do a great job at a fair price! The team at marks are so welcoming and they treat my dog like a celebrity. I always recommend Mark s whenever the subject of car repair and maintenance comes up in conversation. Make them your mechanic.

A very fair and honest mechanic.I brought my daughters car for potential problems with her power steering and rear struts. Mark s called to review his findings and confirmed there was no problem with the power steering. It would have been easy for him to say there was an issue and hit me with a bill but he was honest and clarified why he felt there was no issue. Considering what I brought the car in for, I was bracing for a massive bill but because of his honesty, I left feeling comfortable that he did not take advantage of me. I am recommending Mark s to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

Five stars isn't enough! The team at Mark's is incredibly fast (I had a full EVAC+Recharge done and they finished in less than two days!), kind, and welcoming. Cathy at the main desk is so sweet and funny, and Mark himself spoke to me like we'd been friends for years despite this being my first visit. There's no doubt that Mark's is the only place I'll take my car in Nashville from now on!

I recently discovered Mark s after years of poor quality service from a dealership we were tied to due to a warranty. I was at a point where I dreaded taking my car in for small issues, because I knew I wouldn t get it back for sometimes weeks at a time. Mark s Automotive was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and get our car back to us the NEXT day! I was very impressed. On top of the fast and friendly service, they went above and beyond to get the exact part my car needed for a significantly reduced price, which was great. They have a new repeat customer! We had such a wonderful experience at Mark s Automotive! Both Mark and his wife were so friendly and accommodating. They are good communicators and they got the work done very quickly. From my first contact with them, I felt very comfortable. This is definitely an honest mechanic with awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

I used to live next to Mark's shop and he was so kind to look at my car for minor problems i.e. nail in tire, etc. Recently, I took my car in for what I knew would be an extensive visit. I was leaving for vacation and Mark worked well with me and my timeline to return. The mechanics were very thorough with their findings and Mark was honest and transparent about my options for fixing. I had been running two years without A/C and Mark gave me a very fair price on all of the parts and labor. 10/10 recommend M.A.S. to anyone needing automotive work.Service: Air conditioning

This place is amazing. After finding a nail in my tire, I was able to drop off the tire at Mark s, and an hour or so later it was ready to pick up. The whole team here is super friendly, fast, honest, and great to work with. I m thankful that I found this place, as it will be one of my new go-to locations for any car maintenance needed.

I will never go to another auto shop! All the workers are knowledgeable and always know how to fix my car problems. More importantly, they're good caring people that I completely trust to take care of my car with fair pricing. If you need any type of auto repair, this is by far the best place to go!

So starting with front desk scheduling- the woman I spoke with was so kind and so patient. Between dealing with my multiple phone calls and scheduling when my insurance tow was going to get there I could not have been more grateful for her kindness.The work done on my car was fairly small, but electrical. I am beyond happy with the honesty, and straight forward conversation regarding my issue, and cost.Not to mention the fast service I was able to receive at a time when places are understaffed and over booked.I am so thrilled to have found a local shop that I feel I can trust.Service: Electrical repair

When you have annoying car problems, Mark s Automotive Service is exactly the quick and honest service you need to have you back on the road without going bankrupt. In my case, my car handle was broken on the inside on my driver s side and boy, I realize how much one uses a car handle and how it affects the flow of everyday life. I work in the Nations and needed a place that was close to work, wouldn t break the bank, but would get me back and running within the same day. Cue Mark s Automotive Service who checked off all three! I usually feel nervous talking to shops and am worried if they re going to uncharge me or be dishonest, but from the minute I called for a quote and explained my problem, Mark was kind and patient and really listened to me. He promised me that he would be able to get my car completed same day and was great with communication, calling to update me to get my approval before doing anything. Truly, I recommend Mark and his crew to keep you running.

Mark and his team have been so reliable throughout our time in Nashville, but they were a lifesaver when my wife ran over a nail and got a flat tire a couple weeks ago. They worked her in quickly and were so kind during an otherwise unwelcomed inconvenience that it made her day! She insists on only going back there for her maintenance issues. I'll be going back to them as well!

Mark's Automotive Service is without a doubt the best shop in Nashville. They are very professional and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairing cars. They are also very quick at repairs. I took my truck in one day and had it back the next day. No other shop has ever done that for me. As far as I am concerned, Mark's is the only shop I would trust my truck with. Thanks Mark, for the excellent service.

I was referred by a friend to come here for my car needs. I felt very welcomed and completely taken care of from the minute I called, and even more so when I met Mark, Lee Ann and other employees. Over past 20+ years, Mark has worked on probably every vehicle I've ok owned so I'm checking everything because he's done it all at one time or another. Never a disappointment. Love this place. Friendly , honest and knowledgeable mechanics are hard to come by. Mark's Automotive is one of the few mechanics where I feel comfortable taking my car as a woman. They are always fair with their prices and have been reliable with their services. I trust them to keep my car running smoothly with both routine maintenance and big repairs.

Mark's Automotive is hands down the definition of great customer service and professionalism. After an unfortunate event with my main means of transportation, they not only turned my car around quickly, but were very kind and understanding of my situation. A little communication goes a long way, and everyone from the mechanics to the secretary, and also Mark, were very nice and made me feel like a family member.A blown engine sucks, but Mark's crew made it suck WAYYY less!! These are good, honest people, and if I ever need work done on my car again whether its exploded or needs an oil change, I'm taking it to Mark's. Thanks again guys!!! My car was overheating intermittently. I explained to Mark that it overheated in traffic (idling) or in low gears, but on the highway it does not overheat. He found a very small leak coming from a hose that was only noticeable when the car was lifted and running for 10+ minutes. He charged me $50 to replace the hose and fill the coolant. A week later, my car is overheating again. I took it back and he replaced the radiator. Granted it is an 04 Honda, a new radiator isn t a bad idea..this cause me almost $500. They broke hood latch cable in the process, but replaced it free of charge. Car ran fine for about two weeks, and started to overheat again. I found the source of the issue to be a mechanical temperature sensor in the cooling system and ordered a new one off of Amazon for $9 and replaced it myself in 5 minutes. Seems to be a mechanic that will just replace old parts instead of finding the actual issue. Customers, please be cautious!

Amazing! 10/10 service! I will not be taking my cars anywhere else ever again. Took my Buick into the dealership for an oil change and to check on the heater that hadn t been working. It was almost $200 just to get them to tell me I needed another $1,100 in work done. Left the dealership, called Mark s, dropped it off that day. Had it home and fixed the VERY NEXT DAY!! For less than 1/3 of what the dealership wanted! They explained what was needed, what obstacles could potentially come up, and how much it should be. I appreciated being treated like an adult human and not like a little child like how the Buick dealership made me feel. I have already sent one friend their way and can t wait to tell everyone else about Mark s Automotive!

Mark is a great guy. He's honest and his prices are very reasonable. The only time I had to go back was when a part he replaced failed. It was an issue with the part and not the work but he took care of it.I have referred him to several friends and they always call and thank me profusely.
