Stay away! I went to this place for 15 years. I sent friends and family to them. I thought we were friends. A couple months ago, they caused $6500 in damages from negligence, refused to pay or take responsibility, and have ignored our pleas for cooperation to remedy. We've filed a lawsuit.A few months back I went in with my 2006 Lexus GX470 for a flat tire. They put the car on the lift, and ended up figuring out that all four tires were slightly dry rotted. So, we bought 4 new tires, and an oil change that day, about $1200 worth of work.When I left, the car rode like an old logging truck. There was no rear suspension anymore. When we brought the car back in for diagnostics and they said it just needed a computer reset, and told me to drive it home; that it would "work itself out".It did not.Amro's next recommendation was to bring it to the Lexus dealer, since he was sure it was a "computer issue". We had it towed, since driving with no suspension felt dangerous. It threw me around the car.At the Lexus dealer, once lifted, the problem was clear. I got called in to look and see that the car's pneumatic suspension system had been crushed.When these cars go on a lift, it says in bold letters in the handbook and in forums all over the internet that the suspension must be turned off, otherwise damage will occur. Amro and team didn't turn it off. When confronted with this fact, Amro said it was a design flaw from Lexus. Can you imagine? A design flaw from Lexus that makes your rear suspension crush your rear axel and causes $6500 in damage that no one in the world but him knows about? This is one of the most popular cars still on the road. Apparently Amro believes he's discovered a design flaw in a 15 year old vehicle that no one else in the world is aware of.We tried working with Amro and Samer asking for them to replace it but were met with only refusal to take responsibility for their negligence. We've issued a demand letter, and had another mechanic sign an affidavit of their negligence. I have a video of the head mechanic at �Lexus saying this is because they didn't know what they were doing.When I asked him why he wouldn't just file an insurance claim he said "that will increase my rates!".We've filed a lawsuit now, since they won't respond to the hand-delivered letters from my lawyer.Amro also claimed that no one in the industry would have any idea that this could happen to the car. Have a lot of links that prove him wrong, in addition to the signed affidavit and video I got from two different and independent mechanics.Stay away from these guys, people. They are nice and even charming, until they do something wrong.

I had a good experience. Just went in for tire rotation and a flat fix. Things are expensive these days, but I thought they were in line, they were pretty efficient and getting the work done. There is a breakfast restaurant right across the street, which was convenient for me to eat and drink coffee until my car was done.

These guys are awesome! In my experience their entire team was super transparent and helpful.They replaced a drivers side mirror for me. The repair was quoted by a Dealership at $1,200. Main Street Tire got this done for me at a FRACTION of what the dealer quoted. Not to mention they had it done within about a week. It would have taken about 2-month had I taken it to the Dealer.I will definitely be coming back for all future automotive needs. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would never recommend this business to anyone. I brought my car here for a bumper and headlight repair. They not only replaced my bumper with a plastic, flimsy piece, but they also held it together with ZIP TIES. Which I only discovered a week after picking up my car once I noticed the bumper was falling off again. Not only that, they didn't even replace the ENTIRE bumper and when I confronted them when I picked up my car they said "well we're not paying for that you have to" and acted as though I was wrong for expecting the full bumper to be there?. If I hire you to replace my bumper it is expected that I will pick up the car with the whole bumper replaced. To top it all off, they LOST MY CAR KEY and replaced my Auto Unlock key fob with a regular key. This shop is so unprofessional and crooks. They completely over charged me for this terrible job and took advantage of me. Never ever bring your vehicle here. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Definitively the best business for all things automotive in Nashville. Amro is one of the most genuine people that I have met. They are too fair on price, faster than expected on execution, great at a variety of things (I brought my truck in for 5 different items), and just all-around great people. Highly recommend.

Reliable and honest, as far as I can tell.Update: paid them $1,000 to replace my catalytic converter. It went out one year later. Muffler guy said it was a cheap, third-party part that was used and was no longer functioning. Very disappointed in this.

These guys always help with fair pricing and great service. $20 nail-in-tire repair for every time you pick one up near the many construction sites. Quick and easy. Flexible on tire replacement (let me purchase my own online to save money because they did not have in stock). Really enjoy supporting this local shop!

I took my car to them based on recommendations from coworkers and thank god I did. These guys saved me literally thousands of dollars Downtown Nissan was trying to charge me. They were quick, very honest, and have very fair prices. Downtown Nissan told me I needed a fuel & coolant flush, my drive belt was cracked, and I needed tire alignment. Main Street Tires & Services let me know that this was a lie and the parts were totally fine/I did not need to get these things done. Downtown Nissan also wanted to charge me outlandish prices for the work I did need done. These guys charged me $220 for brakes, fixing my engine shield, and replacing an air filter. Literally amazing! I will always be taking my car here.

I had a great experience here! I was having alternator problems in my older van. I dropped it off after lunch one day and they had it back to me before the end of the day even after I made it clear I was in no rush to get the car back! They are an excellent value for the price, incredibly fast, and honest. Would recommend and will return!

I've been to this garage on a couple of occasions now and I'm always so happy with the services, and quick turn around times. I trust that they're giving me a fair price and only doing the work that really needs doing. I went in for four new tires and an oil change at 9am. They looked pretty busy already so I told them I was in no rush so I'd leave my car - got the call that it was ready by lunchtime and at a way better price than the big names in the area. Highly recommend this spot!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Kim called to double check my oil change request, as the sticker said I was 2000 miles shy of an oil change. Wanted the oil changed regardless--but who does that. Bravo Main Street Tire and Services.

Ridiculous. They don't keep their receipts, so if you buy a battery from them you can't warranty it. Wasted $300 bucks. Thanks, but no thanks. Sams Club has half price battery's and they keep ALL transactions on file.

Best shop on the East Side! The folks at Main Street are not only very kind but they are also honest and work to keep the cost reasonable without selling services that are not needed. So hard to find in this day and age. I really appreciate all the work they have done on my F-150 to keep me cruising! I had a plug put in my tire. Surprisingly fast service, and a great price. I called ahead and was warned there might be a wait, but when I arrived, someone took my car right away. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Couldn t believe the price, either. For the same service at chain repair shops, I would have had to wait until the next day for service. Highly recommend!!!!! These guys are amazing hands down! We were driving back from Spring break when the check engine light started blinking. Pulled over got a hotel and called Main Street first thing in the morning. The sweet lady on the phone said bring the car over. Drove there and the gentleman came out and was able to figure out the cause. He had us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much! I came in on a Saturday for brake issues, they said they really might not be able to have it done until monday. 2 hours later they called saying my car was good to go and they really tried their best to have it done quickly. Very polite and very affordable. Will definitely come back next time my car needs work done.

Multiple friends told me how great Main St Auto is and we re really glad they did! We have trusted our older cars to their care and expertise for many years now and highly recommend them to everyone. I especially appreciate their honest opinions on what fixes they do and don t suggest we have done and their fees are always fair. We trust the guys completely!

This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced! The staff was very professional and i was able to have my car fixed rather quickly. The best part abouy this place, besides the fantastic demeanour of the staff, was the final price!!! Most place quoted me $600+ plus for the service they did for a third the price. Went to fix brake pad. Their quote was about $100 cheaper than what dealer gave us. They told us it will take about 2 hour, we waited and less than an hour our car was done and ready to go!! Great service and recommended.

Main Street Tires & Service was excellent. They fixed my tire issue quickly and the price was fair. Nice to still have honest businesses like this one around who put the customer first and don't beat around the bush. Highly recommend!

These guys are nice, quick, and affordable. Lord help you if you have an older vehicle though, cause they will try and talk you out of getting work done. Had shaking in my car at a specific speed and I wanted to get an alignment/balance done on her (just to eliminate the cheapest possible source of the problem), they told me it was my shocks and that it would be very expensive and take a long time. They didn't do anything and charged me $50 for the "diagnostic."I come in about a month later after a tire blowout and ask for them to re-balance my tires. I'm very insistent this time because it's only $30 and it might actually fix the issue of my vehicle shaking. They told me that I didn't need to do it and that it had a 30% chance of it working. Guess what? It worked!Do your own research and let them do the work. They won't force you to get unnecessary repairs, in fact, they'll do the opposite.

This place is awesome. Didn t string me along and fixed my tire in 10 minutes for so much cheaper than competitors. I tried going to Firestone before this and they said it would take all day to repair a nail in my tire, but Main Street tires fixed it in 10 min. Place rules.

Quick, friendly, and most importantly honest. When I asked them to replace my squeaking brakes, they could have done the job and just charged me full price, but instead they let me know that the brakes were still good and were simply squeaking because they were dirty, charging me nothing. Also hooked me up with a simple wiring job to fix a headlight. Would definitely recommend.

I had my front axle replaced, struts replaced and heat fixed. They mechanics did a great job. Car rides wonderful and I got heat!! Balling on a budget!!!!!!!

If I could give them a higher review, I totally would! They were super awesome, kind and helpful even when they were about to close. My tire was completely out, they replaced it with a spare and recommended me to a very nearby place offering me the very tire I needed (it's a specific brand) for an incredible price. I'm so thankful I found them!

My wheel bearing went out while on vacation from Colorado. The wonderful folks at Main Street Tires were able to get my van in the shop immediately and had the bearing replaced in less than two hours. These are true professionals. The pricing was incredibly reasonable as well. I don't live in the area, but should I ever find myself in need of repair work in Nashville again I will be back without hesitation. I highly recommend this shop.

Great experience. I was way overdue for an oil change, and they worked me in the morning I called. The proprietor, Amro, was super nice and friendly, and let me know how my car was doing. And my car was doing fine ... he did not "find" anything (else) wrong, as many mechanics will do. I'll be back for sure.
