***update***After picking up my vehicle from Maaco I only focused on the piece they were fixing and painting (right front passenger fender and front bumper ). It looked perfect . A few days passed and I noticed there were dark spots on the hood of my car so I got it washed . Well, the spots didn t leave and it turns out they apparently tried to paint the hood of my car which wasn t supposed to be painted at all . There is sealant on the hoodof my car and some on the passenger side door . Now I have to find someone who can help me figure out how to get that fixed . Not sure why they did extra stuff to my car . Even the driver side door handle had a different color on it . They got my car fixed quickly and that s something I truly appreciate , but I don t appreciate them messing up the color of my hood . It took me a while to post this update because I was hoping to get this fixed easily but apparently it s not an easy fix . The staff was kind, but this is something I don t deserve to go through , especially when I trusted them to paint just the fender .

1989 S10. 20 years ago my dad used them. I returned to have them paint and repair like it. They did an excellent job. 5 stars. I will continue to use this shop for All my vehicle issues. They took pride in their work and showed such an interest in making me happy.

Maaco did an excellent job repairing my bumper after a pretty severe rear accident. Rob was especially helpful over the phone and in person as we sorted things out with insurance and eventually out of pocket. While it took time for parts to come in, Maaco worked on her as quickly as possible and did great work. I hope to never need another body shop but if I do, I will definitely go back to Maaco!

Got my car repaired and painted and in very good condition. And within reasonable amount of time. The best part was how quickly they accepted the care into the shop - Immediately! Thank you Maaco!

I can t speak for all locations but this one is horrible. We took our vehicle in for repairs and was told it would take about a week and the vehicle would be ready. Well a week goes by and I call to see if the vehicle is ready. I was told that everything was repaired and painted and just needed to be put back together so hopefully they would have it done that evening and the vehicle could be picked up on Monday. Call the following week and it s the same story. Come to find out these folks won t release the vehicle until payment has reached their hands even tho they are dealing directly with the insurance company as if they won t be paid. Wish we were told that before we dropped off the vehicle we would ve took it somewhere else!

Maaco is absolutely wonderful! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when I got in to an accident. Both my passenger side doors needed to be replaced. I let know I had to pay for my own rental car during the repair process and they really did everything in their power to make the process as quick as possible! My car really look brand new inside and out!

Rob over at Macco was awesome to deal with and they have really come through for me. This location is fast and does great work. It was just a couple of days not like the other body shops months out.

This place sucks. Poor service and quality. I had my truck repainted, it was there 5days. I went to pickup and they didn't paint the roof. I had to leave it again. And when I went back to pickup the roof was poorly done.the tall skinny guy got an attitude with me and offered 50 dollars off for gas. And then said I'm not going to repaint it. Never go there for anything

Great deal. Price was reasonable. We had vehicle painted in October 2018. We went from blue to red. The service was good. The first 2 in red was the day we picked it up. The last one was taken January 2019, 3 months later.Just posted pictures taken in July 2019. The paint job is holding up good. We had a few niches from rocks & bugs on the front bumper. We found a touch paint that matched at O'Reilly's to fix it. Overall we are still pleased with the job.

Painting of the rear bumper was excellent. Installation of the passenger side taillight was correct. There was a disagreement as to the installation of the rear bumper on the passenger side. I have attached photos.One left and one right. Maaco had had the car for three weeks. I needed the car returned so I allowed an ok job for installation. On a previous job they did for me on a front bumper, they did an excellent job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service was horrible, they did a terrible job on my front bumper it was suppose to be a new bumper, the paint was chips and emblem was missing, Not to mention it took 4 weeks for them to finish the bumper. When I told the staff one of the employees told me that he has a short fuse, I felt threatened and would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Overall the car looks good paint wise. Couple over sprayed spots and in certain spots I can still see the color my car once was. I felt like the outcome would have been a lot better if they actually took their time putting pieces back on my car. When I got it back the trunk hadnt been put back together also theirs a piece inside my car where they painted the door jams that is broken and have yet to hear anything back about it being fixed. Also took a little longer than I was told to get the car back. But they did fix something on my car that was broke for me. And replaced a part I didn t like as well. So overall wasn t too bad. Just waiting to hear about the inside piece now. And I ve called servals times no call backs. I would take you car else where cause they will rush and not care about your parts nor call you back to fix something that wasn t broke before you gave them your car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I work for a dealership, and was referred to MAACO. The paintwork and repair They did looked great, but they had overspray all over the taillights and paint dust on almost ALL the glass which doesn t just wash off, which means they aren t taping up the car properly before they spray the paint, Which is step one of the process I now have to buy products to scrap all of that off and hope it looks good and figure out how to get overspray off my taillights and chrome trim pieces. If you want okay work that looks like it took 5 days but actually took 2 weeks, go here and still pay $2,500. If you want top tier where they take their time and don t skip crucial steps, go elsewhere and pay more. I wouldn t return here, because I don t respect laziness or cutting corners especially when I m spending that much money.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Maaco stole my money. Installed the wrong product of fog lights in my car. Won't give me my money back nor find the right part, bit want me to pay them additional money for them to take the incorrect part out of my car to find the right part and pay additional money to put it back in.... terrible customer service.. I would not recommend them.. do not go to Billy in Hazelwood, Missouri. He will steal your money

$1800 and 2 and 1/2 months for a paint job we could have done in our back yard one weekend with a case of beer and a couple of cans of Rustoleum.I would rate -5 stars if possible. My boyfriend and I dropped off our Firebird in mid-February for a full color change from red to black and were quoted $1600 and 10 business days. Over a month later, we called to find out what was going on and they said they had to recover a few things. 2 weeks later, we went to check on the car to find the red paint showing through the thin layer of black, runs, chips, and completely unpainted sections of the car. They assured us that all of the issues we found would be fixed within 2 weeks. Now 2 months after initially dropping off the car, we check on it again to find many of the same issues. Once again, we are assured it will be fixed within 2 weeks.Finally, after 2 and 1/2 months, we gave up and took home our Firebird with paint run, chips, and red paint showing at every angle and STILL some areas completely unpainted and paid $200 more than the original quote because they "had to do so much extra for it." A pile of nuts and bolts from various parts of the car were left piled in the floorboard because they forgot where they took them from.The car was not driven or cleaned for over a month to allow paint to completely cure. It is now hand-washed with the highest quality car care products once per month and is only driven once per week. New chips appear almost daily because there was no primer applied before the color change was attempted.TL;DR: DO NOT GO HERE! YOUR CAR WILL TAKE 6 TIME AS LONG AS QUOTED, COST MORE, AND THE PAINT JOB WILL BE LESS THAN SUB-PAR.

This Maaco facility was great from start to finish. Not only did they fix my car but they washed and detailed the cabin. All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Maaco and their associates did an excellent job on body work and new paint on my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Very satisfied with results.This vehicle is sometimes used to transport our Veterans to and from doctor appointments. Just needed a little face lift. These guys were great! My car was a real mess and they took out all the dents and did a beautiful paint job. Went in for issues with deep scratches that wouldn t buff out. No dents. Called on day 4 said it would be good to go Friday, they would call me. Waited to hear, finally called them and they said they been waiting on me to come get it, they close in hour. Paid before I took a good look. Mistake. New deeper scratches. Looks like they buffed, maybe did some fill, and sprayed over it. Still can see other issues, have 2 new ones and a nice run. Oh and it smells like 20 ashtrays been dumped in it. I don t smoke. They acted like no big deal and said I could leave it they were closing. I needed my only vehicle. Told them I will be back Monday. If they fix it or give me a refund I will think about updating this post. I suggest you go elsewhere. Right now I am just out $1400Service: Painting

I was skeptical about taking my corvette here. But these folks did a great job. It took a little bit longer to get the car back, but it was worth it! I had the car completely repainted, as it s 30 years old and had oxidation. They used the correct paint and brought it back flawlessly. Thanks again to Rob and his crew, you guys ROCK! I ll be bringing my Honda by for a repaint soon. It took them 5 extra days longer to get the car back, but best things come to those who wait! The car looks excellent!Service: Painting

One of the biggest downsides is the lack of communication for any and all car updates related to repair progress. The promised completion date was estimated for about a week, but was pushed back 3 times and took several weeks longer than expected. I wish this was properly communicated in the beginning or more consistently instead of having to call every time.Service: Body & Trim

MACCO, in downtown Nashville, did an amazing job on the entire painting of my '96 Ford F-150 truck. Also did some body work. It looks brand new. GREAT JOB MACCO.
