I rarely leave reviews. We were traveling from Ohio to Louisiana, and our 2500 hd diesel truck broke down, complex wiring problem with the fuse box. Wasn t going to be easy. Chris got us in, and completed the work on our schedule, not theirs, price was reasonable, and Treated me like I was an every day customer. This is a garage I would use every time if I lived in Nashville.True professionals

I called Link Automotive regarding getting a new alternator for my vehicle. Chris was very informative, reasonable, genuine, and honest throughout the whole process. I brought my vehicle to them to start the process and Chris gave me a call back and informed me that it was my battery that is causing me trouble and that my alternator was fine. I just want to thank them for being genuinely honest and not taking advantage of my situation. Laura was also very polite every time we spoke. You do not find people like this especially in the automotive industry. I can't thank them enough and this will definitely be my go to for automotive services in Nashville.

After having a horrible experience with Firestone, I will ONLY take my cars here! They were so helpful to talk through what I needed done on my car. I am an electrician working 2 jobs that are both pressing hard to finish. My truck was giving me trouble. I called 30 minutes before their scheduled opening time, I was greeted by an individual that cared about my problem. They got me in and out before lunch that same day. I cannot express enough how much they helped me

Serious mechanics who solve automotive problems on newer as well as on classic cars. Tall service bays for big vehicles if you got one. These guys fix what s wrong with your car without making up stuff to do.

This place is 100% legit. Of all the places I looked at to get help with my Class A RV this was the only place that did what they said they would do. Mind you I only told them over the phone a general idea what I thought was wrong(and I knew nothing at the time about RV's). They not only offered to help get my RV fixed but they offered to let me park my RV in their lot and stay in it while they fixed it. I did not take them up on this offer but was very appreciative for it, I stayed in a nearby hotel and they were able to get to fixing the problem with my RV much faster, bumping me ahead of others since I was from out of town and needed to get back home to Minnesota ASAP or risk my girlfriends daughter losing her job. They always kept me up to date on where they were in the process of getting the problem fixed(blown out, rusted brake lines) and gave their opinion as to the best course of action, and explained in great detail what needed to be done, what could wait and honestly what would be best for me to do.Not only were they 100% professional but I can not say enough about the character of the people who work there. Chris, the person I initially spoke with on the phone, is probably the greatest customer service person I have ever met bar none and genuinely helpful with any problem you may have. Daniel is great, has a great sense of humor and I can't thank him enough for everything, from offering to let us stay in the lot in our RV to letting us use their breakroom and bathrooms. Marilyn and her cohort(I think her name is Amber but not 100%) are the two sweetest and helpful receptionists, thank you both for putting up with a cranky Minnesotan and offering advice on where to go and visit in beautiful Nashville while we waited for our RV to get fixed.All in all the best vehicle service place I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I can not say enough about this fine establishment and the wonderful people that work there. If you ever need to have your RV fixed, checked-up, maintained, upgraded, don't bother with the other 'so-called' places that 'fix' RV's, just go here as you will most likely be given the runaround or told to go here anyway. Even though I live in Minnesota if I ever need my RV fixed I will take a trip down here to get it fixed.Thanks again Chris, Dan and Marilyn you are truly the best.Brian the cranky MinnesotanPS : if you do get your RV fixed here call them afterwards and let them know how the repairs went and that you got home safely, they appreciate hearing from their customers and knowing that you made it to your destination.

We had an emergency repair done here and could not be more pleased. They got us in on very short notice and got us back on the road sooner than expected. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Excellent work done on my Class A RV. Replaced oil seals and brakes on both front wheels. In and out in one day. Kept us advised of work progress. Courteous and professional.

These folks are legit and will tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle. They have a big shop and will work on most anything. Fair prices and quick turnaround.
