This is the WORST place. Im not sure how they are even in business. I bought two used tires ($75) each. A few days later the tire one was bald and thread showing. I took the tire to them and even though the tire has a warranty they refused to give me another tire.

My tire went flat while I was in the proximity I pulled in. He told me that the compressor is not working and to come back in an hour. I asked if I could leave my car there and they could call me after they were able to fix it and they said no I had to drive my car on a flat tire back to my house it s a compressor was going to be fixed in an hour. Why can I not leave my car there until they were able to fix it instead of taking the risk of doing more damage

Came through big time when in need w a flat tire. Other shops on Gallatin were closed but those guys took me in w out an appointment and had me on my way with in 20 min. Great service and price.

You can't trust their hours. Very unprofessional. You could have an emergency with a busted tire at night, be only 100 ft away and if they don't feel like staying open, they'll turn you away, close up shop and leave you there on your own. Don't ever come here.

Hit a pothole, popped my tire, pulled into the parking lot at 5:20, as they were finishing up with a different customer, and they told me that they were closed and couldn't help me. I didn't even need a new tire, I just needed to be swapped over to my spare because I left my jack at home.

Went here with my partner, who was having air leak out of their tire. We asked the man working at k&b to look at it for us, which he did right away. He then proceeded to replace the tire with a used one without explaining to us what was wrong or asking us if we wanted a used tire. We asked him what was up but he could not explain. This may have been because of a language barrier. Regardless, we paid $45 for the tire and kept the old one in case. After looking at the tire later we saw it had a nail in the tread which is totally fixable with a patch. Very disappointed with the service here.

I had a flat tire I found k&b tire shop and they fixed it and I was out of there in 15 minutes. They were a lifesaver.
