Unfortunately, we ve had to use Jack Morris FOUR times due to gravel hitting our windshield. All four times, they have been efficient and professional. No problems in any way - except that our 4Runner seems to be a rock magnet. They came to the house twice to replace the entire windshield, and we went to them twice for chips. When we went in, they repaired the chip within minutes. Very little waiting time. Highly recommend.

I called Jack Harris auto glass for a quote and my windshield was repaired within an hour of calling! Excellent service done by Eric. Eric was knowledgeable, kind and worked around my work schedule to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with his work. Awesome experience and will be referring any and all glass repairs/replacements to Jack Harris

Highly recommend! Not only did they do an amazing job on replacing my windshield, they did it in a timely manner and even quicker than they promised! It s not often you find businesses that do even more than they promised. Such a smooth experience. Everyone from scheduling to check in to service was so kind and helpful. Someone broke into my car in the evening and stole my wallet. I got an appointment right away the next morning. Window was fixed and car was cleaned in just an hour. I was running late and then I had issues with payment becuase ya know, my wallet was stolen and they were patient and gracious as I worked out another payment method. I would definitely recommend you call and book an appointment if you need a window replaced! They do side mirrors too.

Took my van in for a minor chip repair. It was fixed in about 10 minutes and I instantly noticed it wasn t repaired to the standards of safelite or other glass repair shops. I get in my van today and now the chip has turned into a star. What a waste of $100

I called and the got me scheduled same day, when I arrived the local distributor had not placed my window on their last delivery for the day. The owner apologized, drove and picked it up himself while his team cleaned glass out of my vehicle, the front office even applied a discount that I didn t ask for, gave me coffee, water, and offered for me to watch TV, etc. through the entire experience they were kind and accommodating.

I've called these people n just getting the run around saying wouldn't accept no warranty but I had glass installed while I was at work 1st technician never said anything about a broken regulator when i spent $180 on a new window then a another technician comes out basically takes door panel apart n that's when i fount out the regulator is broken but haven't touched the window or missed with I'm not sure if they installed the window even right back n place. Shady place. I've been here before I had no issues just wow. Now rain is going right in the van. Thanks alot. I'll find someone else. I thought i was covered in warranty what a joke

Really nice people, but got home after going to their shop. I was told there was no chips after thinking I saw them, just to go back home clean windshield better and found some chips.

I inquired about windshield replacement on my Lexus coupe via Jack Morris's online information form. Sherese replied quickly, requesting my car's VIN number... although it took me a whole day to get it back to her, once she got it, she had me booked for the very next morning- in my driveway, at a very good price! My technician/installer David O. called me and let me know he'd be arriving in 20 minutes, and he pulled in right on time. He was friendly, his work was quick, clean and professional. One hour after he arrived, I was swiping my card with David and amazed at how seamless and easy my experience with Sherese and David was. I'm not from the area and was lost, pulled over to look for directions. There was 8 empty parking spots. No signs saying no parking. I realize the place next door was where I was going. I get out to find a man yelling at me not to park in his empty parking lot with no signs saying not to. I recommend using clinger film before giving these inhospitable jerks your business. American hospitality is obviously not here

I had a wonderful experience with the location on Charlotte today. A rock hit and cracked my windshield yesterday, and I have a 13 hour drive tomorrow. Tayzha was able to get me in a same-day appointment, and it took less than an hour for the windshield to be replaced. She also handled transferring my insurance claim to them and all of the filing. I was so impressed by their efficiency and quality of care and will definitely be recommending them to others in the future. Had a chip in my windshield from construction on the interstate, I submitted a request for a quote on their website, got a call back the same day, and the repair completed within 24 hours! Eric was friendly and did a great job. If I ever need future glass repairs this is where I'll go!

Customer service was great! I filled a form out in their website with all of my information. I quickly received a quote and then called them. After speaking with Sherese, we decided I needed a full windshield replacement due to the amount of damage. She was able to schedule me the very next day. I dropped my car off and it was ready in 45 minutes. It was $491, which was less than I expected to pay. Very happy with the customer service, quality, and timeline of service. Definitely will be back in the future if we need glass work done!

Had my windshield replaced and right after he left a light was on in my car. Went to the shop to get it calibrated but tech couldn t do it. Sent me to Toyota and I now have 3 lights on. It took them 3 hours and I as told it was fixed but I still have a light on. I ve spent 6 hours already waiting for my car to be repaired. Yikes. Tons of good reviews for this place, but I couldn't get past the rude person answering the phone this morning. I wish I had gotten her name.The Jack Morris website states "There is a good chance your chip, crack or break is covered by insurance. Let us check for you. Jack Morris Auto Glass has relationships will all major insurance carriers, and we can facilitate your claim for you. Just contact us, and we'll do the rest, including billing your insurance carrier directly."Given this, I called the shop directly to attempt to get the ball rolling on a windshield replacement. After collecting a little information, the person on the phone literally laughed at me for not knowing my deductible off the top of my head (I did tell her I thought it was zero- I ended up being correct) and said she "didn't have anything in the system for me." I explained they were my first call per the website and she very rudely insinuated that I was doing something wrong. I had to pull out of her what I was *supposed* to do and finally she let me know that I need to call my insurance company first, then she will reach out to me. It seemed like she got a great kick out of listening to me fish for information on how I needed to proceed, when I have never had to go through this process before. I found her behavior very unprofessional and hung up the phone feeling upset to have been treated like an idiot when she easily could have just kindly directed me on the necessary steps.And to boot, when I called my insurance company after our call, they were confused and said I can absolutely set it up the way I was attempting and could not understand why the woman at Jack Morris couldn't proceed.Jack Morris has lost my business, it just shouldn't be that difficult to be kind to a customer on the phone. I scheduled with AAA Autoglass, spoke with a very pleasant woman on the phone and it was incredibly easy and fast to schedule.

Traveling from Myrtle Beach to Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills TN for TN TrailJam Jeep festival, A SUV hauling a Generator threw up a C Hook and it went straight thru the windshield Smashing entire windshield making it unsafe to drive and Steve the Shop Manager went above and beyond to accommodate to get us back on the highway in time for Liberty ( the Jeeps name) to be ready for displaying RED/ WHITE AND BLUE proudly. Steve & Daniel worked quick and We can't thank them Enough!The two ladies in the office were very Pleasant and all have outstanding Customer service I encourage all Jeepers to patronize this Awesome businessService: Auto windshield replacement

Took my explorer in for a replacement windshield as it was leaking. Got it back today. We'll tonight I turn on my wipers and they broke the linkage/ transmission so now the arms are popping.Well they are going to make it right and buy and replace it. Said it's very common. Steve is the man! I own a Toyota FJ Cruiser and I must admit, my hopes were out of the window(no pun intended) when the first 2 guys broke the new glass that was installed on the first day.Well, their manager stepped right in and simply got the job DONE. Not only that but he gave me a lesson on what he did so I felt like I knew alot more about the intricacies of the installation myself.
