I had my car towed to his shop from one where I was being quoted a very high price. He seemed confident that I was being overcharged and that he could repair my car at a much better price. Awesome experience - I saved $1500 from what I was being quoted at another shop - Repairs were done quickly and the car is running great! I will be back!

I recently purchased a 2005 Scion xb that needed a lot of work. Johnny took the car in and repaired the brakes and caught some damage to the rear caliper! Thank you!Our car also needed the main seal replaced! We took it in first thing this morning and just got it back this evening!! No more oil leak! Thank you to all you great mechanics working long hours to ensure our car is repaired well and in a timely manner. We will be back! You guys are amazing!

Great customer service, awesome price and professional work!!Ms. Jasmine at the front desk is the sweetest person ever and the owner Johnny took great care of me.These guys repaired my front drive shaft on my Mercedes for a fraction of the cost any other mechanic quoted me and done an awesome job. 2021 UPDATE: Quick, reasonably priced tire replacement, friendly service, great COVID19 procedures.2020 UPDATED: EXCELLENT COVID19 procedures in place. Quick service, friendly & knowledgeable technicians, personable receptionist & above all reasonable prices. I'm a repeat customer & won't take my vehicle ANYWHERE else for service!

Owner is amazing! Did an amazing job and fair prices! He fixed one of my vehicles, and will be working on my other one tomorrow!! I highly recommend this shop! Owner completely understand, and goes in depth detail and explains thing to where you understand what s going on! He will be the only Mechanic to work on any of my vehicles moving forward! This place is awesome. Let tell they do good honest work! I'm so impressed. I've lived in Nashville for over 20 years and never experienced such service.My clutch went out and these guys not only gave me a good deal but my car was ready in 1 day. Fabulous!

One of the most bad shop your will ever find on Nolensville Pike because I believe all they are doing is just to scam people and lied to the custom that they had fixed your car. They are going to messed up your so you can come back to them again so they can keep taking your money. I don't recommend anybody to go to this shop at all. they will give a warrant that isn't going to be accepted when you bring back to them. I HATE THIS PLACE.

My son told me about Good Deal Auto Repair and recommended them highly! I was not disappointed. Johnny the owner and his guys take pride in doing a very good job because they want you to return and bring others. The prices are very good and they will work with you on payment. They will also work with you on parts as well letting you purchase and bring them. They tell you exactly what is needed. I went to another shop and compared the price and the best deal was Good Deal! The staff and the lady who runs the office, Ms. Jasmine, is also very friendly and nice.

These people are awesome! I needed a car repair last week and they were great. They provide honest service at good and fair prices. They were able to get the part that I needed quickly and the repair was done fast. I stayed at the shop while waiting on the car repair and the entire staff could not have been nicer to me. Having car trouble does not make for the best of days but they were so kind and helpful to me while I waited. They have a customer for life in me. I only wish that I could give them more than five stars.

Got stranded in Nashville on a long drive from Springfield, MO to Tampa, FL when my car decided it was gonna freak out and start puttering when I tried to accelerate on the highway. Got stuck at a gas station at 9:30pm on a Saturday. My only option was to putter to a hotel for a few days, fearing the worst since I was traveling alone.Good Deal was the only shop open on Sundays and I am SO GLAD that I found them! It's been a rough week for me and this car issue was just the icing on the cake to take a bad week to worse.As soon as I pulled in my car to Good Deal I was made welcome and like they actually cared for me and my well being. The owner was incredibly friendly and even hooked me up with a good place to find some shawarma! They wanted to make sure I knew the prices up front and everything wrong with my car before I made a decision. Not only that, but the prices were very reasonable. They also topped up the fluids in my car and filled the tires with air for me at no charge.I highly recommend Good Deal to anyone whether it's for a tune up or if you're stranded in an unfamiliar city!

I don't like giving bad reviews, and certainly didn't mean to do that as I was under an impression it was a great place for car repair according to the rest of comment's. However, I've never had more stressful experience repairing my car than here. Parts not prorely installed, colors not matching. I ended up going to a different place to fix the rest of issues with a car. Unfortunately, I would not recommend. Thank you.

This Auo Repair shop is the best in town hands down. I was in a rush and needed a quick fix with an affordable price. The individual I spoke with that took good care of me was named Johnny. He got my car in and out with a great price and also suggested other issues I should fix soon. I will take his advice on those issues and return to him to fix them in a timely matter. I suggest anyone that loves great customer service to go to Good Deal Auto Repair and let Johnny fix you up! I recommend this shop to anyone in town or out of town.... Please go to this shop for any kind of automotive repairs. I highly recommend this place!!!!!Good deal auto never disappoints with service. This mechanic shop is a rip off. Quoted me one price and the bill came out much higher. On top of that the technician did not balance my tires correctly and they refuse to correct the issue. Again do not use these guys you have been warned.Service: TiresService: Tires

This is the best place to go for any work you need on your cars in Nashville. John is always able to answer any questions you may have, and is very honest in all of his work. No appointments are needed for this place, and they are able to get you in quickly. Definitely my go-to mechanic, and one I am happy to know will always do great work! Thanks guys!

Professional, knowledgeable, quick service with a friendly atmosphere. I m definitely making them my primary car mechanics!!!!I came in for an oil, rotors, and break change. I was extremely grateful at the price and appreciated the quick service. This place is a first come, first serve and I ve been very happy with the service each visit.

Here is the truth about my visit. I'm working 500 miles away, with a rental van. I get to come home for the weekend and late Saturday afternoon my tire is almost flat. We filled it up & by Sunday morning it's almost flat again. It's Easter so NOTHING is open ... except for Good Deal Auto Repair. I call & she's "come on in". We drive over & my husband gets out & the repairman says "pull up right here." I'm still in the car. In less than 10 minutes he has the car up, tire off, puts in a plug, drops the car and we're done. On Easter!! I said " how much" He says "$15". I said "here's $20, keep the change". I headed back out of town that night. What a blessing they were!!! It's 5 days later & the tire is doing great!!! Thank you SO MUCH Good Deal!

I needed my belt replaced, and my car is one of the Nissan Versa models that requires a true professional to work on it. Not only did they fit me in at the end of the day, but they fixed my belt in a very timely manner. I was honestly shocked that they could even fit me in at all, and then that they were so efficient about fixing it. They also showed me my old cracked belt and explained what had likely happened to it. The price was incredibly reasonable, and most of all, they were very professional and nice--everyone from the clerk at the front desk to the mechanics. I recommend this place to anyone needing a car repair from honest people who will quote you a good price and provide good service.

BEST SERVICE AND WORK EVER !!!!!!! I can honestly say this was the best service I ve ever received when it comes to fixing a car. They re level of kindness and humility is the equivalent to what you get a chick fil a. He showed us exactly what was wrong with the car and told us the cost of every piece and was able to fix it within 45 minutes. They are truly the best place you could go to if you need something fixed. As we were waiting and talked to Johnny the machanic he told us that he remembered us from when we were kids. We were mind blown that he knew our parents and remembered delivering furniture for us over 10 years ago from his furniture shop. I don t usually leave reviews but I had to share this wonderful experience I received today.His work is amazing and he would never try to over charge you for anything. All the positive feedback on his reviews are so true. This is definitely the go to place to get your car fixed.

Great service in a timely fashion.My master cylinder had just failed. I found myself driving with almost no brakes on an early Sunday morning. I first visited a few known competitors in the area, most of them providing a quote from $500-$750 (Pep boys being the most expensive). I knew that the labor for replacing a master cylinder was not too problematic and the part itself is roughly $150.00. Enter Good Deal Auto.Not only was Good Deal open on Sunday when most of their competitors were not, they offered a great deal on labor; drastically undercutting their competitors. Johnny, I believe he is the owner, was understanding of my anxiety (driving without your brakes is an issue) and was willing to help. His prices are great, his service is expedient and his gratitude for customers is unparalleled. It was a great experience.

If you need work done on your car and you can t wait for it to take a long time this is the place to go. Johnny and his guys are awesome. They get you in and out in no time and what they fix stays fixed. They re honest about what s wrong and try to get the best prices in parts or will put in parts that you buy yourself and charge a good price for labor. No BS here! Been to them for many different things headlights, starter, control arms, alignment, and oil leak. They re very nice gave me rides back and forth from my apt to get my car from their shop. Highly recommend them!
