On January 24th I took my car in for my tire. My appointment was at 9am. I waited for an hour and a half until my car was ready. My car was not in the front building when it was ready, manager said it was probably in the back building. My car was parked in reversed. Keep in mind it was raining nonstop that day. I get to my car and drive off. I only went to pick up my son from school and straight back home. Next morning I realized a dent on my car on the passenger side on the back. I called Firestone to file a complaint before I did, I asked if there were cameras outside he said yes. I received a phone call on January 29th saying there s no cameras outside by cooperation and due to me realizing it the next day the claim was denied the moment I left the property it became my problem and to file through my insurance for something I didn t do, that s ridiculous. My car was in perfect condition! I ve been driving my car for 6 years never have I ever reversed my car into anything. Clearly looks like it was revered into something. I am so upset. On top of that they charged me for the patch they did on my tire only to find out by my partner the tires have warranty! Don t take your vehicle there unless you want to inspect your car before driving off instead of trusting the company itself for their services!

Great pricing. Was allowed to use a $100 coupon on a $600 purchase which brought down the cost. Dropped it off at 8am and picked up my car at 11am. Quick, easy, and reasonable! Also got the warranty on my set of tires and a lifetime alignment. Will recommend to others!!!

I have been using Firestone for decades. I don't use this location often, but that will change in the future. I went in for tires and what I got was great and unexpected service. The Tech found a problem with my rear tire and fixed it. The service was great and the staff is really friendly. I will be back soon for my next automotive service or need. Keep up the Great work TEAM!

We have been to two different locations of firestones in the last 6 months, and both were too honest for their own good. One for a tire plug they did for free and another for a $10 look over where they were honest enough to tell me one of the issues was a little out of scope so all the rest should be done an another garage. For this reason alone, I will continue to try and give you first shot and our money because there is ACTUAL integrity to the staff a anyplace we have been to so far.

The manager from NOLA was so kind and helpful. I ve gotten my Firestone tires filled up here for free multiple times and the mechanics were always so efficient, nice, and warm (but hey don t forget to tip okay? It s the right thing to do). I ve never had them mansplain to me and I ve never felt uncomfortable when I didn t know what I was talking about.

Dropped vehicle off at 1045 and was told they d be able to look at it today. No one called to update. I had to call and get a status update and was told they could t look at the my car until tomorrow. If you re too busy just say you can t do it until the next day so I m not without a car for two days instead of one.

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!! I scheduled for a tune up and oil change online and the online appt was confirmed. When we arrived for the appt. We told he needed to do a diagnostic that would be an additional charge. Felt like a part of a scam. I usually take my car to the dealer and they always do an inspection when I bring my car in for mainteneace. They already understand that if they do an inspection and something is found, they will make additional revenue. I didn't understand the concept ofrefusing service and misssing an opportunity to generate revenue and walking away from the opportunity to establish a relationaship that will generate even more. The manager was more satisfied with being a bully and trying to force me to accept something I didn't request on my request for service. He is so use to insisting on the diagnostic that he assumed I wouldn't refuse. When he couldn't bully me into paying an additional charge, he refused me service. He explained that when he does a tune up and oil change and you leave with the same issues, you'll be upset. Said he's had this problem before. Then I felt alittle unsafe because he then seemed the kind of person who would allow someone to leave and incur damage to their car to make his point of paying for the diagnostic. I'm used to my service an a multipoint inspection because they care about the customer and know that any additional issues discovered will be a bonus. He was banking on being a bully and some may accept because they have set aside time to out of their busy life to make the scheduled appt. At this point, I no longer trust you to have my best interest at heart. I don't feel safe and expressed this to the manager. He's so paranoid and on a power rush, refuses to service my vehicle. One of the most rude experiences I have had and when I get bad vibes it is always best to walk away but this ended to my benefit. When I called the dealer and asked if I could schedle for an oil change and tune up, he explained what I already knew. We will do a complimentary multi point inspection to make sure there isn't any other problems you need to be aware of. GOOD business principals. The kind of courtesy I look for when I;m seeking any service. I hope the change that policy but if they don't, you don't have accept this Bully mentality. Walk away and find a service provider who respects you and and would let you leave with an issue without telling you because you didn't pay a diagnostic fee.

I cannot remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was awesome. I came in without an appointment and he was clearly very busy but he spent time explaining to me my options and had my car done within several hours. I will be back because of how efficient he was.

Proffessional and courtesy service. Friendly and welcoming. Shaun was great. The wait for 4 new tires and balancing and alignment was just over an hour. They kept up with their appointments and bookings.

Shaun took great care of me. He cared. He took down my information on the phone Friday night so when I came in Monday morning, he knew who I was and what I needed. He knew I was having a bout of bad luck and did the work as cost-efficiently as possible, which was free because he found that I had paid for insurance on the tires I had previously purchased from them. They were able to fix the industrial staple in my tire quickly and get me back on the road. Shaun and his crew have renewed my faith in and loyalty to Firestone.

This will be the second time. I will have to bring my car back there for a simple oversight. The first time was my brakes were done I spent seven hundred dollars on them and the tech couldn't detect that they were soft like a sponge and we're slowly going down to the second time was I have an oil change And detected and reset the settings. Now i'm getting a message change oil soon But this is the last time that I bring my vehicle to this location. I'm sure firestone will correct the Problem, but twice for me is enough.

*sigh* where to begin. I scheduled a simple oil change and also asked them to look at my check engine light that was on to see what s up.2 days later I get a call that my car is ready to go. I go pick it up, and it dies (???) as soon as I leave the lot. I go back in, explain my frustration, they take a look at it.Another 2 days later I get a call to go back and get my car. I start it, and it DIES again!!!! Before I can even leave. I m super frustrated at this point. They keep it for another day.Next day I get another call. It s ready to go. They test drove it, it s fine. Okay cool! I go get it it seems fine. I get it home, then am about to head to work when IT DIES FOR A THIRD TIME!!! I call them crying at this point because I need a car. It s been 4-5 days at this point without a car when all I wanted was an oil change and to check the engine light that was supposedly taken care of.2 days later, they call. We test drive with the manager in the car. It s fine after this but I was obviously scared for about 1-2 weeks after that my car would just die again lol.I will say, the manger was incredibly nice through all of this and very apologetic. However, it was just an awful experience. I deff wouldn t recommend this place for anything other than an oil change (if that) because they just seem to not really execute the job.

Hours are incorrect. They close at 6pm weekdays, not 7. Makes a difference when you are having car troubles and you call at 6:05 and get no answer. My vehicle had just started acting funny about 5:55, went into O'Reilly's since it was right there and they said call a mechanic, hence the attempt to call and visit Firestone. This is not like the old times when people working at O'Reilly's and AutoZone were actually into cars and could at least answer your questions. No, now they are just store clerks with cell phones and gadgets that MAY be able to check your engine light if it fits the attachment. Mine didn't.

I had a 8am appointment to get 1 tire changed. The team did not start on my car until 10am, took me total time of 3 hours with an appointment to get a tire changed. I was not a happy camper in this situation.

Staff was friendly, professional, fast and efficient.Tire was repaired and put back on car, spare (donut) was placed back in storage spot (roadside assistance just threw it in the back of SUV haphazardly). Would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend going here. Brand new car, got a nail in the back left tire. They replaced the tire. We pick up the car and it's shaking over 50mph, to the point it's not drivable on highways. We bring it back to get the tires balanced 3 times total because each time they say they 'think' they balanced it but not 100% sure and they're not sure where they put the new tire (by the end of it they seemed to have moved it all around). Regardless the car is still shaking. Finally, we give up and get an appointment at the dealership only to find out they somehow dramatically misaligned the front tires (see photo) in the process of replacing our back tire. Now we have to pay to fix that. Service: Tires

This is a great location and representation of Firestone services. I showed up in a "Enterprise Rental", which is covered start to finish at all Firestone repairs centers. They gave me VIP service ASA they acknowledged that I was in an enterprise rental. I had a flat on the main road in Donelson Nashville and was back on the road in about an hourDidn't cost a nickel.

Definitely would not recommend. I scheduled an appointment online for 7:30am to get my oil changed. I dropped my car on-time and didn't get my car back till 6:40pm. When I called at noon, the employee was trying to convince me that I was a walk-in and didn't have a reservation. I told him I made a reservation online and even received a confirmation that the reservation was accepted. I offered to forward the confirmation and that's when he said he found the reservation in his system. The workers could not give me an ETA other than "It'll be done before we close at 7pm". In addition, the website said the oil change would include a 19-point inspection along with topping off my windshield wiper fluid. I know they didn't top off my windshield washer fluid and didn't receive any updates on the inspection. For a $113 oil change (full synthetic), I expected more.Service: Oil change

Called Firestone after I was stranded on the side of the road from hitting a huge pothole leaving me with two flat tires on my passenger side. Once my car was towed to Firestone, Shane took such great care of my car and had me back on the road in no time. Very grateful for Shane s sense of urgency, communication and transparency. Thank you Firestone, could not recommend Shane and this team more!

Never coming back. I have probably used this location 6 times and have had at least one issue each time. Three months ago I took it in with a spare tire on and needing them to replace the tire I took off. I also asked them to investigate the check engine light. They told me the light required a part which took five days to ship (which of course is not their fault), but after five days and them "fixing" it, the check engine light was still on. Plus, when the took the spare off and replaced it with a new tire, rather than returning the spare to the bottom of the truck they simply put it in the back of the truck. Maybe that's not a requirement, but it's lazy and bad customer service. Then last week I took my truck in for two new tires and an oil change. When I picked up my truck the next day they told me they would email me an invoice. When I got my truck home I noticed the old tires were simply moved to the back. And when I got the invoice it was confirmed--they only rotated the tires, they didn't replace them which was what we discussed. I had to return and expressed my frustration, as that is a complete waste of my time. They apologized and when I came back again to pick it up, I asked them to confirm if they had actually replaced the tires this time. The sales associate gave me a very sarcastic, "yes sir, I hope everything is perfect and up to your standards" comment. The manager was next to him and grabbed him by the arm and told him that his comment wasn't appropriate. I responded that I didn't appreciate his sarcasm to which he responded, "well you can just not come back." Which I won't.I will never be returning to this location ever again. And I suggest to anyone not to come here. It has never, ever been a positive experience.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Once again exceeded all expectations. My 2008 Caliber with 120k miles wouldn't start despite fairly new battery. The team at Firestone agreed to take a look. Matt et al went above and beyond allowing my trusted wheels to return better than ever. Thank you Firestone East Nashville as always!

Went here for a work trip across a few states because our rental had a flat, and within the two days they had my truck there they did not even move it. Needless to say, they did not preform any service they advertise, and lied to us multiple times that they in fact did. We were told that they fixed the puncture (apparently from a nail) with a patch and cover. Drove it to the Nashville office about 2 minutes away, and there was nothing to be seen. They let us go for free, but beware, they lied multiple times for an easy fix. Went to another place and they confirmed that we were lied to.Service: Tires

Tried to charge way too much for a new compressor. 2800! Won t be returning.Edit: Thanks Firestone for the automated response designed to mitigate damage to your public image. Seriously if you re reading this and considering going to Firestone, take your car to Nashville auto care on porter. They did this same job for 1900 in one day and it works perfectly. Firestone took a week and I had to call for an update only to find they wanted 2800! They must think their customers are stupid because a simple google search will show how ridiculous that quote is. Smh

I made an online appointment days ago and received a confirmation number via email. I called them to confirm it today and they said they had no record of it, they were completely booked and the guy on the phone said they're aware of the issue and they're working with corporate on it. What the hell. What a waste of my time. I had time set aside for this and everything and now I have to find somewhere else to take my car.Service: Tires

Wouldn t recommend coming here. I came for an oil change and brake inspection.When my car was ready they hadn t done the brake inspection and charge me $50 for a random service I had never heard of before (and one i definitely didn t ask them to do). I tried to refute it but the manger said it was standard. I was then told I d have to come back another day for the brake check.Naively, I went back another day and the manager was so rude and sarcastic at the check in, I decided it wasn t worth going through it again and left.Never coming back. I scheduled an appointment at the East Nashville location through the app. When I showed up, they said they don t keep up with the app and the next available appointment is in 5 days. If your business has an app, manage it properly. This is very unprofessional.

Had the best experience at Firestone today. Usually car troubles are stressful, but this was not the case. Unfortunately I had to quickly replace a couple of tires, but Stephen went above and beyond to make sure we got the right ones on there, and fast! I was able to drop my car off and pick it up just a few hours later. If you come here, ask for Stephen he was the best! Will definitely be returning for any future car needs.Service: Tires
