When I give a business a five star rating, it really means 10 stars!!! Mr. Will, the store manager is incredibly professional and very thorough when it comes to what your car needs. I didn't think I could find another Randy who is the store manager at the Firestone in Chattanooga, but I did. Being that my daughter now lives in Nashville I want for her to have the same great customer service experience I've always had with Randy. Will is absolutely amazing and I am so glad that she will have the same experience. I don't go anywhere else but to Firestone because I just believe in great service and qualified, certified mechanics.

I posted something similar to their survey - so it speaks well that I'm doubling-down to make sure this location gets the credit it deserves on google reviews. Will, the manager, and his staff are top-notch. They are professional, kind, empathetic, and efficient. They have stepped in multiple times in a collaborative environment because they are solution-oriented. (I had SOOO many crazy problems with my Audi prior to getting a new car) I cannot count how many times Will has been my therapist through my car trauma. I asked Will one time if he could give me Firestone polo so I could answer the phones as an honorary, dedicated employee, in appreciation. He declined, as he should. ha! He and his team are the BEST!!

Fine gentleman.Previous Post:If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. Upset is an understatement. I brought my vehicle in on 1/6/24 for a 9am appointment. I came in for an alignment and a brake fluid exchange service. I was told that they would get to it in 2-3 hours, despite making an appointment. I decided it was fine and left the care there. After not hearing anything for hours, I called around 2pm to find out my car hasn't even been brought in for work yet but it was next up. I was told the total service would take 30 minutes. I call again at about 5:15pm. I find out that again, my car hasn't even been taken to the bay but was again, "next up" for a 30 minute service. Again, I brought my car in at 9am - scheduled and it's almost closing time and they haven't even gotten to my car. I drive by and they are closed. I come to Firestone to get good service at a respectable price. I will never do that again. No calls to let me know things were running behind or any sort of updates. I will never come to Firestone again. I will tell everyone not to come here. Let me preface, I've been a Firestone member since 2014.

Coming from someone who is a regular let me call my dad kinda gal, Will (store manager), is amazing. He s never trying to upsell me and I ve really come to trust him for all things car related. Twice this weekend another employee, Jeremy, dropped what he was doing to help me right when I pulled my car up. I love this location and can t recommend it enough.

This was a last minute repair for them. While leaving work I saw that one of the headlights were out and it was raining and getting dark and I had a long drive to make, so I knew they were close buy and decided to see if they could take the repair last min. They could and I was appreciative. It only lasted about an hour or a little over an hour.

William, the manager, was willing to take my motorcycle batter home to recharge after a mix up at the shop that resulted in it not being ready when I picked up my car (which was the original reason I came to the shop). It's rare someone is willing to go that far to provide outstanding customer service!

In the morning I seen a email with W/O 323906, I have not been to Firestone in years so I knew it was a mistake. About 11:00-11:45 I call and try to talk to someone about it. I end up talking to Josh (I believe that was his name). He would not listen to me, he was very rude, he over talked me and when I asked to speak to a manager he said he was a manager. I come to understand he as not a manager. I told him he was not doing a good job of listening to me and I was trying to tell him what I was calling about. He said maybe you need to speak to someone else and hung up the phone. I called my son (James D) who I spoke with the day before about getting a tire in for his truck. He said he saw Josh slammed the phone down and stormed off. I ask my son let me speak to the manager. He was told he was out for lunch. He (my son) left a message for the manager to give himself a call and me. My son call me last night to see if I received a call and I have not and he hasn t received a call back.

They took my car in, replaced the Prius battery and repaired a leak in my tire, at noon on Sunday, Dec. 24th - Christmas Eve!!! It was fixed and ready by 3:30, just before closing. Unbelievable. We are so grateful. Thank you! And Merry Christmas!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Waited five hours for my truck to get done. They kept saying my truck was next up and it sat on the rack for 2 hours. Wouldn t give me a definitive time frame and just sucked. Will not be going back.

I usually don t post reviews but this location is absolutely terrible.I brought my car in for an emergency tire repair at 11:30am and was told it would be 1.5 hr wait and 0.5 hr to repair.It is now closing time at 6:00 and I am still in line waiting to be worked on.

My daughter had a piece of metal scrubbing under her car. Took it late on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did they have it on the rack within minutes, but did not charge to remove it. Thanks sooooo much. Gained a new customer today!!

Brought my car in Sunday morning. I was about to drive to SC to return home. Was told it wouldn t be long to have it looked at. 4 hours later trying to speak to someone on the phone who had any idea what was happening was almost impossible. I was then told it was looked at and would be fixed and when I tried to ask what exactly was being fixed I was put on hold and hung up on. Just to later be told I m 2 cars behind in line and they haven t looked at it. Come closing time I call again because I m still not updated and I m told the technician had an emergency and left hours ago. They towed my car and outsourced the work the next day. I was told that would be done by 12pm-1pm at the latest. Try 6pm.I understand emergencies happen and I truly hope they re okay. if you re too busy to get to my car that s also okay. But the lack communication and false information made the experience extremely stressful. I Would never recommend to a friend. I should ve originally towed it to someone more reliable and waited for anyone else to open the next day.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a tire give out on me late in the day with a mandatory meeting for my work the next day. I dropped my vehicle off at 6:00 PM and not only were they able to get it replaced by the end of their workday but they also gave me a very good price on the new tire. The manager Will was especially helpful. Will definitely use them going forward.Service: Tires

I ve always had good experiences here. Nice and explanatory. They really try to take care of your car and keep you posted with pricing before doing anything or get you a decent rate for bigger works. (especially if you communicate nicely). :) I usually get standard maintenance done here. Will is great and takes care of my cars needs. I do not typically write reviews but this Firestone was super helpful! My AC broke on a long drive to Nashville and I frantically called around to find somewhere to take my car. I got a hold of this location and they were super nice and provided great advice and were able to squeeze me in very next day for emergency AC repair. It was fixed next day before the afternoon was over. Everyone was really helpful and friendly and I am very thankful for them!

They told me it would be a couple of hours, and it was. Actually, It took a little less time. This is the nicest group of FS staff I've encountered in Nashville. My car rides so smoothly.

You need to ask explicitly what "needs" to be done vs doing something because your car is there for a repair. Simply overcharged for services not required to run up the bill.

Turned up for noon appointment for tire alignment, check-in tech said they were slow and would be able to get to me quickly.After an hour and fifteen, called me over to tell me my vehicle needed some additional work (usual money-makers: transmission fluid, cabin filter, etc.), but it wasn't even my vehicle which was still sitting where I'd parked it. They then said it would take another 1.5-2 hours to do alignment. Absolutely clueless, I'm done with this place.

They let you schedule an appointment online and then when you show up they tell you they re booked for a couple days. Why even let you book appointments online?? I have never used Firestone and I guess I ll continue that streak

They left off a lug nut on each tire and it's now missing some of the caps to the air valves. A "low pressure" warning light for the tires is now on and they couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

After waiting 3.5 hours for a tow truck and getting to Firestone right after close, Lucas went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road. Him + staff stayed for 40 mins past close to help us (we are traveling home to Florida with our dog and would have been stranded). Can t recommend this place enough! Lucas was the best person we ve ever worked with in any auto repair shop.

Not much has changed since the last time I was here. Still polite and courteous, but if you order tires please be aware of these few things.1. Make sure that they have them in stock.2. Make sure that they will be there before your appointment.3. If they don't have them in stock, they can accommodate you with another type of tire, at the same price as the one you wanted.I pretty much wasted my day coming here, now I have to reschedule or go somewhere else.Not a big fan of this particular Firestone anymore. I have been coming here for over a decade.I will be going elsewhere from now on.

My car broke down after a 12 hour drive to Nashville and these guys were able to identify and fix the problem in a reasonable time and manner. Had to extend my vacation a few days to accommodate it but it was also during a holiday and upon arriving at the facility I saw why it might have taken longer. The yard was packed with cars they were working on, they do good work but please consider that they have a lot of other things going on. If for what ever reason I m back in Nashville and my car breaks down, I ll be going there again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a bad experience today at this location. I made an appointment to drop off my jeep at 9:00am for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my AC checked. I decided to check in with them at 2:00 because no one had called me and they told me my jeep was ready. I arrived to pay for the services and they had not changed the oil or serviced the AC. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the oil change. And then someone told me my jeep was too new for the AC to be serviced (wish I had known that up front).I just expect better customer service from a well respected brand like Firestone. Very disappointingService: Oil change

Extremely busy location. My car rides better though so I'm not unhappy. I just wish there was better/more consistent communication about the status of the vehicle. Even an automated text to let you know that your car is ready instead of having to call and get hung up on multiple times before anyone would actually answer and stay on the line. Then be told... your car has been ready for over 2 hours.

This is another review about the time and communication. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and called back at 1:30 to get an update. They sounded confused and put me on hold, came back after five and acted like I was a new call, and put me on hold again for 20 minutes and then the line dropped, don't know if they disconnected or what. So I called back and said what was up, I'd been on hold that long, etc- they said hang on- I asked "are you going to put me on hold again?" and she said "I'm about to" and then did. So I hung up, to not hear the aggressive distorted hold noise and when they answered this time and asked if they could put me on a brief hold I said, "no, can you just call me back instead so I don't have to stay on hold?" and the response was a terse "sure, have a good one" and click. Not like, sure, I'll call back in 5/10/30 whatever. That was it- I was able to get a ride over 30 minutes later, no one had called back of course, and they didn t seem to even know where my ticket was- they looked for the key but it ended up being in the car.Look, I get you're busy. Just communicate and have some respect for other people's time.
